(Y/N) pov

     I am walking down to the docks in Vale with team RWBY, cause I had nothing better to do, and Weiss is unusually excited about the Vytal Festival coming up soon.

Ruby: I don't think I've ever seen you this excited Weiss, its weirding me out.

(Y/N): Seriously, excitment from the Ice queen. We must really be in trouble.

Weiss: How can you not be excited. A festival dedicated to the cultures of the world. There will be dances, parades, a tournament. Oh, the amount planning is simply wonderful.

Yang: You really know how to take something fun and make it sound boring.

Weiss: Quiet you.

We continue walking until we come to the port, where some new ships are arriving.

Yang: Remind me again, why we are spending our Friday at the stupid docks.

Ruby: Ugh, they smell like fish.

Weiss: Well, I heard that students from Vacuo will be arriving by ship today and as a representative of Beacon. I feel it is my solemn duty to welcome them to this fine kingdom.

Blake: She wants to spy on them so she can have the upper hand in the tournament.

(Y/N): Sounds about right.

Weiss: You can't prove that.

Ruby: Whoa.

Everyone looks at Ruby then at the half destroyed dust shop down the street. We walk over to the crime scene and ask the officers.

Ruby: What happened?

Officer: Robbery, second dust shop hit this week. This place is turning into a jungle.

Yang: Thats terrible.

(Y/N): Yeah I was here just last week for a refill on ammuniton.

Officer1: They left all the money again.

Officer2: It just doesn't make a lick of sense. Who needs that much dust?

Officer1: You thinking the White Fang.

Officer2: I'm thinking we don't get paid enough for this.

Weiss: The White Fang, what an aweful group of degenerates.

(Y/N): Whoa easy, Weiss.

Blake: What's your problem?

Weiss: I just don't care for the criminally insane.

(Y/N): Oh boy, here we go.

Blake: The White Fang are hardly a group of psychopaths, more like a group of misguided individuals.

Weiss: Misguided? They want wipe out all of humanity.

Blake: So they're very misguided. It still doesn't explain why the White Fang would rob a dust shop in the middle of downtown Vale.

Ruby: She's got a point. I mean the police never caught that Roman Torchwick guy I ran into a few months ago. Maybe this was him.

Weiss: That still doesn't excuse the fact that the White Fang are a bunch of scum. Those faunus only know how to lie, cheat and steal.

Yang: That's not necassarily true.

(Y/N): I mean you guys have known me as faunus for a long while now and I don't lie or steal, right.

????: Hey stop that faunus!

(Y/N): Aww, come on.

We rush to see what the commotion is about and a monkey faunus is running across the docks away from port authorities. He then jumps on a lamp post and eats a banana.

Officer: Hey, get down here you no good stow away.

????: pfft, are you kidding. A no good stowaway would've been caught. I'm a great stowaway.

He throws his banana peel at an officer and runs past our group and I notice him wink at Blake, which makes me uneasy.

Yang: Well Weiss, you want to see the competition. There it goes.

Weiss: Quick, we have to observe him.

Everyone else runs after him except Blake who hangs back a second.

(Y/N): Blake? You ok.

Blake: He winked at me.

(Y/N): Seriously, thats the part you bumped on? I do that all the time.

Blake and I catch up with the others as Weiss falls to the ground, unknowingly bumping into someone.

Weiss: No, he got away!

(Y/N): I got this!

I start chasing after the monkey across the rooftops for what seemed like an eternity. I finally corner him and pin him against the wall.

????: Hey whoa, dude! What's your beef?

(Y/N): Calm down. I just want to talk.

I let go of him and we start talking.

(Y/N): What's your name?

Sun: Sun WuKong, the name.

(Y/N): Original, names (Y/N) (L/N). What are you doing hiding out on a ship.

Sun: Well I am a student of Haven Academy, but I was born in Vacuo. What about you?

(Y/N): Menagerie originally, I am a student of Beacon. So listen I don't really tolerate stealing or anything like what you pulled off today. So I am going to let you off with a warning.

Sun: Cool, thanks.

(Y/N): However, I hear of one screwup, one misstep I don't care how small, we are going to have a problem, understood?

Sun: *gulps* Yes sir.

(Y/N): Then we're done.

Sun: Wait, seriously?

(Y/N): Yeah, totally done. See ya.

Sun: Thanks I owe you big time.

Sun runs off and I go to rejoin team RWBY at their dorm to see how their doing. I get to the door and I hear screaming.

Blake: Well, maybe we were just tired of being pushed around!

Next thing I know Blake opens the door and rushes past me.

Ruby: Blake, wait come back!

I then walk in and know instantly that Weiss pushed this too far. I walk to her and pick her up by her jacket.

Weiss: Ok, (Y/N) use your words, please.

(Y/N): I have more than enough words to describe you, Ice Queen. Now what happened!

Weiss: Blake has been a faunus and a White Fang member all this time and we never knew.

(Y/N): And did you stop and think for a second why she would hide that from you of all people. She was a member but she didn't agree with what they were doing recently so she left to try and do right. But then you never did care about the truth did you?

With that I drop Weiss and storm out to find Blake. I follow her scent to the fountain in the courtyard. As I get there, Blake is taking off her bow and showing her cat ears.

(Y/N): Blake?

She turns around to look at me and she has nothing but sorrow in her eyes.

Blake: (Y/N), I-

She get cut off by me gaving her a heartfelt hug, and she melts into the hug and starts crying as well. I continue holding her as I sit us down on the fountain.

(Y/N): I am so sorry I wasn't there for you.

As we sit there I feel a presence close by. I look around and see, trouble.

Sun: I knew you would look better without that bow.

I look at Blake and tell her that we need can take cover in the city for a little bit. So we head to a hotel for a long night of thought.
