In the last chapter Kairi along with Neo, Lea, Team JNPR, Team RWBY, the remaining members of Team STRQ, and Penny were able to eliminate the Heartless and Nobody army! Although what happened to Zane when he went to fight Xemnas?

Zane ran towards Beacon Academy as he had his sights set on Xemnas, his friends could handle the Heartless and Nobodies without him. Zane made it back to the main building as he jumped into the air before landing on the side of the tower. Zane began running up the side of the tower towards Xemnas. Xemnas activates both his laser blades in the palms of his hands as he dived off the tower. Zane and Xemnas met halfway as they clashed. "Your not going to plunge Remnant into Darkness Xemnas! We will stop you!" Zane said as he tried to overpower Xemnas and go on the attack to finish this.
               "You defeated new once, but can you do it without Liam by your side?" Xemnas asked as he knocked Zane back with his laser blades. Zane flipped as he regained his composure in midair before gliding back to the side of the tower. Xemnas jumped off the side of the tower as he met Zane in midair as their weapons clashed once again. Xemnas knocked the Kingdom Key out of Zane's hands, but Zane quickly summoned Oblivion and blocked the Organization Member's next attack. Zane then used his Telekinesis Semblance to grab Xemnas and slam him into the tower before gliding towards him.
Zane switched back to the Kingdom Key before striking Xemnas multiple times in a row. Zane then jumped backwards as he landed on the side of the tower again. Xemnas got back up as he turned to face Zane. "You have improved since our last battle, but it will make no difference." Xemnas said as he and Zane ran at each other. Zane slid under Xemnas's laser blades and aim an attack at his back. Xemnas blocks the attack by positioning one of his blades behind him. Xemnas backflipped over Zane before summoning more laser blades in the air around him.
Xemnas fires the blades at Zane as the Keyblade Wielder deflected the lasers before knocking Xemnas backwards up the side of the tower. Xemnas and Zane clashed again as they traded attacks that kept cancelling each other out. "No matter how hard you and Organization 13 try Xemnas, you'll never extinguish the light!" Zane shouted as he broke the stalemate before preforming a powerful upwards slash that sent Xemnas into the open area of the tower. Zane jumped up into the enclosed area of the tower as Xemnas got back up and faced him once again.
"Well then if your so confident in your claim, then prove it to me." Xemnas said as he surrounded Zane with laser blades. Zane quickly turned into Master Form as he levitated Oblivion with his free hand. Zane hand Oblivion spin all around him destroying the laser blades that surrounded him from angles. Zane then sent Oblivion flying towards Xemnas as the Organization member blocked the floating Keyblade only to be struck by a jumping attack by Zane. Zane then unleashed attack after attack with the Kingdom Key before knocking Xemnas backwards before sending Oblivion at him.
              Xemnas was then struck from all directions by Oblivion as it flew around striking him repeatedly. Xemnas was nearly pushed against the railing as he was finally fed up with the constant attacks being unleashed on him. Xemnas caught Oblivion before throwing back at Zane before he was surrounded by dark energy. Xemnas's robes changed as he used his laser blades to cut the roof off of the tower, as the sky was now completely visible overhead. Zane had dove to the ground to avoid the laser blades and looked up to see Xemnas floating in the air.

"Oh great we're doing this again." Zane groaned as he stood up and levitated Oblivion back over to him. "Now to show you the full power of Darkness!" Xemnas said as he summoned spheres of dark energy the size of boulders that he sent flying towards Zane. Zane hit the dark energy sphere with the Kingdom Key as it was sent flying back into another dark energy sphere. Instead of the two spheres destroying each other, they fused together to create a larger dark energy sphere. Xemnas sent the dark energy sphere flying towards the tower as it hit the platform it burst into purple electricity that coated the entire platform and shocked Zane in the process.
               Zane could feel his Aura draining rapidly and quickly jumped into the air and launching Oblivion at Xemnas. Xemnas caught Oblivion by the handle before quickly throwing it back at Zane. While Zane was distracted with stopping Oblivion with his telekinesis, Xemnas disappeared and reappeared behind Zane. Xemnas slashes Zane in the back with his laser swords before grabbing him by the neck and throwing him high in the air. Xemnas that disappeared and reappeared above Zane. Xemnas clasped his hands together before slamming them into Zane's chest as he was sent flying down towards the top of the tower at high speeds.
                   Zane impacted the tower as cracks appeared on the platform around him. Zane could feel that the last of his Aura had depleted when Xemnas hit him towards the ground. "What hope do you have? Your all alone and no one is coming to save you." Xemnas said as he floated high in the air with his laser blades at the ready. Zane shakily stood up as he spit some blood out of his mouth. "Your wrong Xemnas! My friends and I are always together! Our hearts are connected, so I'm never alone!" Zane shouted as the Kingdom Key disappeared as Oath Keeper appeared.
              Oblivion and Oath Keeper floated at Zane's back as his clothes turned white with black line designs, Zane had entered Final Form once again. Zane flew into the air as he was now level with Xemnas. "Your new form will not change your outcome." Xemnas said as he summoned hundreds of laser blades in the air around them before sending them flying at Zane. Zane held his hand out in front of him as he stopped all the laser blades with his telekinesis. "Lets be how you like being on the receiving end of this!" Zane shouted as he sent all of the laser blades flying back towards Xemnas as he disappeared once again and reappeared behind Zane.
Xemnas attempted to slash Zane in the back with his laser blades, but his attacks were blocked by Oblivion and Oath Keeper. Oblivion and Oath Keeper slashed Xemna in both his sides, sending him flying backwards. Zane turned to look at the Organization Member as he looked down and spotted the rumble created from the tower roof. Zane used his telekinesis to levitate all of the rumble up into the air around him. "You know Xemnas, without my friends I wouldn't even be half as strong as I am now. So are emotions and other people really as useless as you say they are?" Zane asked the Organization Member who just stared at him blankly.
                  "Others are merely tools and emotions are weakness, your power is nothing." Xemnas said as he flew towards Zane with his laser blades. Zane launches the debris at Xemnas who cut most of it in half, but failed to notice the two large pieces of debris that were on either side of him. Zane used the two pieces of debris to crush Xemnas between them. "Was that nothing?" Zane asked as he noticed a burning red line appearing on the debris as Xemnas cut the debris into tiny pieces. Xemnas panted as he was starting to feel himself getting exhausted and his injuries were starting to stack up.
                  "You shall not win, Remnant will be plunged into Darkness and Master Xehanort will return." Xemnas said as he disappeared and reappeared behind Zane as their weapons clashed. "That's not gonna happen! You and Organization 13 need to stop underestimating us!" Zane shouted as he and Xemnas both struck each other. Xemnas was sent flying high into the air, while Zane landed back on top of the tower. "You cannot stop the Darkness, everything was born from Darkness, even Light." Xemnas said as he looked down at Zane with a glare on his face.
                Zane returned Xemnas's glare as he got ready for what will most likely be Xemnas's final attack. "That May be true. Xemnas, but just like you can't stop Darkness, you can't extinguish the Light! As long as there's Darkness there will always be Light!" Zane shouted as he had Oblivion and Oath Keeper float in front of him. "Is that so? Then by all means, show me the inextinguishable power of the light!" Xemnas shouted as thousands of his laser blades appeared in the sky around him that were then further boosted by the power of the dark energy that turned them from red to purple as they were all pointed directly at Zane who stood strong.
              Zane focused as Oblivion and Oath Keeper pointed directly at Xemnas. The Kingdom Key also appeared as it also pointed at Xemnas and floated above Oblivion and Oath Keeper to form a triangle. Xemnas launches the thousands of laser blades as the three Keyblades began to spin in a circular motion. "Be consumed by the Darkness!" Xemnas shouted as the laser blades were almost on top of Zane. Suddenly a gigantic laser beam of light energy was directly from the space that was in between the three Keyblades as it flew towards Xemnas.
               "Kingdom Cannon!!!" Zane shouted as the beam of light energy wiped out the laser blades and completely engulfed Xemnas. The beam of light energy died down as the three Keyblades disappeared and Zane dropped down to on knee as he reverted back to his normal form. Xemnas fell out of the sky and impacted the top of the tower, is robes back to their normal black color. Zane shakily stood you as he looked at the collapsed Xemnas. "It's over Xemnas, you've lost." Zane said as Xemnas laughed before slowly getting back up. "On the contrary Zane, I think I've won." Xemnas said with a laugh.
Zane was confused by Xemnas's words until he was grabbed from behind by Xigbar as Young Xehanort walked up next to Xemnas. "You did well in getting the final piece we need Xemnas." Young Xehanort said as he gathered Darkness in his hand. "Your to late! My friends are probably on their way right now!" Zane shouted as he tried to break free from Xigbar. Young Xehanort smiled as he walked right up to Zane. "Unfortunately, you have lost Zane Goodwitch. Now rest!" Young Xehanort said as he pressed his hand with Darkness to Zane's chest as it entered him.
Xigbar dropped Zane to the ground as Zane tried and failed to get back up. "The time is almost upon us, now the time of our victory is upon us!" Young Xehanort said as he, Xemnas, and Xigbar let out a laugh. Zane felt his vision getting blurry as he struggled to stay awake. He felt the Darkness creeping towards his Heart, but something seemed to be blocking it from reaching his Heart. Zane finally lost consciousness as he passed out from the Darkness that was forced into his body. The three Organization 13 Members heard footsteps as they turned.
"What did you do to Zane?!" Kairi shouted as she glared at the three Organization Members. "We simply prepared him for our final stage! Now our mission shall be complete!" Young Xehanort said as he smiled at the group. "Like we're gonna standby and let you get away with it! Your little plan goes up in flames right now! Got it memorized?" Lea said as he summoned Flame Liberator. "Your a little late." Xigbar said as a mass of Darkness appeared on the ground in front of the three Organization 13 Members. "He has arrived." Xemnas said as the group surrounded Zane's body and prepared for whatever was coming.

So Zane was able to defeat Xemnas, but Organization 13 had other plans! Now something is coming as Remnant is close to being plunged into Darkness! Although where is Liam? What are Ruby and Yang doing in the forest? Will Raven be able to catch up to the two girls? What is that mass of Darkness? How will the battle progress?
