Okay so last time Liam ran away from the Rose family and encountered Ansem in the woods. The cloaked man then took advantage of the darkness in Liam's heart and possessed him. What will happen to Remnant now?
Zane ran towards the ruins of the dark castle with Donald and Goofy hot on his heels as they made their way to the top. Zane gripped the Kingdom Key as he prepared to face whatever threat lied ahead. Master Yen Sid said that he would find a lost link from his past at this castle, but he didn't go into detail. Although that wasn't important right now, he had to save the world from Ansem. Zane could see a light at the top of the staircase, they were reaching the top! Zane doubles his speed as he rushed to make it to the top of the broken castle.
"So you finally arrived boy, are you ready to meet your end?" A dark and evil voice said as his back faced the three heroes. "Ansem I'm here to stop you once and for all!" Zane said as he pointed the Kindom Key at the Grey haired boy? Why did this guy look familiar for some reason? "My, My you're quite confident in your abilities young Zane! Although will you be able to defeat me, like you defeated Maleficent?" Ansem said in a condescending tone as he still didn't turn to face the eleven year old. "God would just shut up already! Quit running your mouth and fight me already!" Zane growled out as he tightened his grip on the Kingdom Key.
"Hahahahaha! You three wish to fight me? A child, a duck, and a dog? Well if you wish for an early death so be it!" Ansem said as he summoned the Keyblade of Peoples Hearts before turning to face him. Zane felt his breath get caught in his throat, there in front of him was a twelve year old boy with whitish grey hair. "L-Liam is that you?" Zane asked shakily at the sight of his long lost friend. "Wait Zane that's Liam?!" Donald said in disbelief at the sight of Zane's childhood friend. "Gorsh I didn't think we'd find your pal this way." Goofy said as he readied his shield for the coming battle.
"Liam Rose isn't here anymore! The boy is just my vessel, the friend you knew is gone forever!" Ansem said as he let out a maniacal laugh. "Ansem you've crossed the line, you can try to consume the world in darkness, try to kill me, but no one messes with my friends!" Zane shouted as he rushed Ansem Kingdom Key at the ready. Ansem raised his Keyblade and clashed with Zane's, the two began to exchange blows that continued to cancel each other out. The two Keyblades struck against each other as sparks flew wildly from them. "Your good boy! I'm starting to see what the old Wizard saw in you!" Ansem sneered our as he sent a wave of dark energy from his hand that sent Zane skidding backwards.
"Do you ever stop talking?!" Zane fires back as he once again rushed Ansem and got a lucky strike on his chest. Ansem slid backwards slightly from the attack before charging Zane. Ansem unleashed multiple strikes on Zane that sent him sprawling to the ground. "Zane!" Both Donald and Goofy shouted as they ran up to they're fallen friend to see if he's okay. "What's the matter boy, where's the fire you had from earlier?" Ansem laughed once again before he gripped his head in pain. "S-Stop h-hurting Z-Zane!" A different voice spoke from Ansem as he continued to grip his head in pain. "Wait who said that?" Donald asked as he looked around for the source of the new voice.
"That's Liam's voice, he's still in there!" Zane said as he stood up and readied to Kingdom Key once again. "Z-Zane k-kill m-me! I-It's t-the o-only w-way!" Liam struggled to say before Ansem wrestled back control of his body. "That little worm still had some fight in him huh? Well after I kill you I'll take care of him once and for all." Ansem said as he pointed his Keyblade at him. Zane stood strong and waited for Ansem to attack with renewed determination. "Die boy!" Ansem shouted as he rushed towards Zane and swung his Keyblade downward. Zane blocked the attack as the two of them entered a struggle once more.
"Your friend is right you know, killing this body would be the only way to get rid of me!" Ansem said with a cackle as continued to put pressure on Zane. "Why do you care anyway? The boy fell into darkness, why save him?" Ansem continued as he grew an evil grin on his face. "Liam if you can hear me then please listen. You are worth saving, I don't care if you fell into the darkness. I'll standby you no matter what! Because it's better to walk with someone in the darkness then it is to walk alone in the light!" Zane shouted triumphantly as knocked Ansem backwards with his Keyblade.
           Ansem doubles over and grabbed his head once again as Liam fought for control of his body. "G-Get out of my body!!!" Liam shouted as the armor melted off of him and a black sphere shot from his chest. Liam stood there Keyblade of Peoples Hearts in hand and wearing the same black robes Ansem had. The black ball turned into Ansem who was now royally pissed off. "Zane take this, use to free your friend from your heart!" Liam said as he handed the Keyblade over to Zane. "What are you going to do?" Zane asked as he turned to his friend in confusion. Liam picked up a metal pipe and pointed it at Ansem. "I'm going to hold him off." Liam said as he got ready to battle.
             "Liam that's a pipe." Zane said as he just stared at his friend in disbelief. "Beggars can't be choosers! Just hurry up and free your friend!" Liam ordered as he rushed Ansem as he sent waves of dark energy towards him. Liam jumped over the energy before bringing the pipe down on Ansem's head. "How do you like that?" Liam taunted as Ansem merely glared at him. "You're going to wish you never resisted me." Ansem said darkly as he rushed towards Liam and began sending wave after wave of dark energy at him. Liam jumped and dove under the energy waves as he tried to get a few more hits on Ansem. "I'm sick of you begone!" Ansem shouted as he sent a large dark energy wave that Liam blocked with his pipe breaking it.
                    Liam struggles to stand up as he watched a portal of light appear behind Ansem. "What is this? Who summoned this portal?" Ansem said in confusion at the sight of it. "That would be me." Liam turned towards the female voice only to find a girl that was the same age as Zane standing next to him. "Good job Kairi! Now it's time to finish this!" Zane said as he readied the Kingdom Key. "I will not be defeated by children!" Ansem roared as he prepared to attack although quickly found himself being tackled into the portal by Liam. The two disappeared into the portal much to the shock of the others.
"Liam!" Zane shouted as he watched his friend disappear into the portal. "Zane go after him, I'll be fine with Donald and Goofy, go help your best friend!" Kairi said as Zane nodded before running straight for the portal and jumping into it. Zane found himself on a familiar beach from his dreams as he looked to see Liam staring down Ansem in what appeared to be a new form.

"What now boy you're all alone and are defenseless against me!" Ansem said with a cackle as he sent the shadow to attack him. Zane blocked the attack before smacking to Shadow back to Ansem. "He's not alone! He's got me, Donald, Goofy, and Kairi! Your the one that's all alone Ansem!" Zane said as charged the man once again and began to face him in combat.
"Damnit! Zane is risking his life to help me and here I am defenseless and weak!" Liam thought to himself as he watched his friend get knocked around by Ansem. "I wanna fight to!" Liam shouted as a Keyblade appeared in front of him. "W-Wha? Is this my Keyblade?" Liam asked as he grabbed hold of the weapon before looking at the fight in front of him. "What now boy? You say Liam is not alone yet here you are fighting alone! What do you plan to do against me?" Ansem taunted as he had he shadow rear back to strike Zane down. Although the attack was blocked by a new Keyblade. "Who said he was fighting this battle alone?" Liam said as he struck Ansem across the chest.
"Why won't you just stay out of this you urchin?!" Ansem roared in anger as he glared at the two Keyblade wielders. "Zane let's take this guy down together!" Liam said as both of the readied their Keyblades and charged Ansem. Liam struck Ansem first and then Zane springboarded of his back and struck Ansem again. The man tried to retaliate, but his attack was block once again by Liam before he was struck in the back by Zane. While Ansem was still disoriented Zane struck him across the chest and Liam struck the shadow he was using as a weapon. Ansem was once again sent flying backwards as he dug his feet into the ground.
                 "You brats, I'll make sure your deaths are slow and painful!" Shouted in rage as he ran forward and had his shadow strike both boys. Liam and Zane blocked the attacks before rolling out of the way of the next, they then ran towards Ansem and slashed him on the chest with their Keyblades. Ansem stumbles backwards before falling onto his back, the shadow disappearing in the process. "Give it up Ansem we've got you on the ropes!" Zane said as he pointed the Kingdom Key at their collapsed enemy. Ansem shakily stood back up as he glared at the two Keyblade wielders with absolute hatred.
                 "That's it! You worms will know the true power of darkness!" Ansem roared to the heavens themselves as Destiny Island and the ocean around it were replaced by a black void. Liam and Zane found themselves floating through this void as they scanned the area for Ansem. The two Keyblade wielders turned to find a horrific a living ship that carried what appeared to be a city was flying towards them.

"Welcome you insects to the World of Chaos!" Ansem's boomed throughout the void as the ship began firing on the two boys. Liam and Zane began deflecting the energy shots with they're Keyblades as they raced towards the ship. "Zane you take the right, I'll take the left. Once those cannons are out of commission, we go for Ansem." Liam said as he turned left and Zane turned right.
                Liam flew along the left side of the vessel and began cutting down the cannons that were firing on him and Zane. After that Zane began to fight Ansem, while Liam attacked the face on the front of the Vessel. After destroying the face Liam entered the dome on the ship and began attacking the inside. "Zane all of his defenses are down! Finish this guy for good!" Liam shouted as Zane rushed towards Ansem and stabbed him in the chest. Zane and Liam flew away as the vessel exploded and left a very weak Ansem. "Darkness will consume all! You cannot stop the darkness!" Ansem said as he shook from being injured.
Liam shot forward before slashing Ansem across the chest finishing him off and finally ending the battle. "God that guy really doesn't know how to shut up!" Liam said as he looks back at Zane before floating over to him. "So you got any idea on how we get out of here?" Liam asked as he looked at his best friend in curiosity. "Your guess is as good as mine." Zane said as he looked around the dark void in hopes of finding a way out of the black void. All of a sudden the same portal of light that Kairi summoned appeared in the dark void a short distance away from the boys.
Kairi, Donald, and Goofy watched the portal with baited breath as they prayed for their friends safe return. The three friends jumped for joy at the site of the two Keyblade Wielders walking out of the portal. "Zane, Liam!" Kairi shouted as she ran up to the two boys and pulled them into a big hug. "Happy to see you to Kairi!" Zane said as he chuckled at the actions of his friends. "Gorsh you two really gave us a scare there!" Goofy said as he walked up to the three friends with a smile on his face. "All's well that ends well I suppose!" Donald said with a chuckle as he also walked up to the rest of the group.
                    "Well I must say I didn't expect to find this!" Donald and Goofy turned to face the voice only to find a certain mouse standing there. "Your Majesty!" The Two said as the ran up to their old friend. "It's good two see you to as well! Also Zane great work saving the world!" Mickey said with a laugh as he smiled at the young Keyblade Wielder. Mickey then walked up to Liam who instantly dropped to one knee and bowed his head. "Your Majesty please forgive for what I have done! I was weak and let Ansem and the Darkness in!" Liam pleaded at the Keyblade Master. Mickey simply smiled and patted the boy on the head.
"Liam there's nothing to be sorry about, the heart can be weak at times, but that doesn't make you a bad person. Please come with us to visit Master Yen Sid, I'm sure he'll want to talk to you." Mickey said as he turned to walk away. Liam stood up and watched as the rest of the group began to follow the king back to Master Yen Sid. Liam watched them go and he couldn't help, but let a smile spread across his face. "Hey Liam what's taking you so long? Hurry up or we'll end up leaving you behind!" Zane said to his friend as he turned and ran down the stairs. "Hey wait up knucklehead!" Liam shouted back as he chased after his best friend for the first time in a long time Liam smiled.

Alright it's finished! Sorry if this isn't completely accurate to the boss fight, but I didn't feel like writing for three years to include every part!
