(A/N: hello readers welcome to the second chapter of the story, I apologize for not updating this book in a long time, life has been pretty busy and I didn't have much time. But I hope I get to continue with this one, with that being said, let's begin)

"Deep into the darkness of the woods where a large cave was filled with the sounds of loud hissing, an unexpected event was happening, one that got the attention of multiple cold blooded legless creatures. Different kinds of snakes were slithering inside the cave and making their way to a particular spot where the moon shines on a huge lake and multiple snakes began surrounding the lake as more and more came in. They all hissed loudly as if they were calling for something, they were impatient and wanted to go through it immediately, some even started to bicker amongst each other. It didn't take long for something to happen as a loud dominant hiss was heard in the crowd of snakes arguing to each other and this alone was enough to get the attention of the reptiles as they stare at the lake. Nothing seemed to happen as the snakes all began to look around wondering where that loud hiss even came from, it didn't take long for something else to happen"

???: All of you are pathetic

(A/N: music)

"A deep male voice echoed in the cave which caught the snakes off guard, suddenly rising from the lake was a another snake. However, unlike the rest, this one was larger and it's eyes were glowing a purplish light. From the appearance, the snake appears to be a cobra, although with it's size and the unusual feature with it's eyes, this wasn't a regular cobra"

"Upon rising up and revealing it's large size, the other snakes began to tremble in fear at the presence of this large reptile, it was clear that the giant cobra was a superior individual of it's kind, the dominant alpha of it's realm. They were all puny and could easily be considered an easy prey for this cobra, it didn't help that with it's eyes glowing, they were completely paralyzed by the sight of it. It didn't take long for the giant cobra to look around it's surrounding and face the trembling snakes, soon it's eyes stopped glowing and the source of the voice would be revealed as it suddenly spoke"

???: I see that my presence has gotten all of you rilled up. No need to fright, you will all still slither for another day. However, today I need your assistance

"Upon finishing it's sentence, the snakes all went from being scared to now being curious. They wondered why in all of Remnant this great cobra needed the assistance of random snakes, it didn't take long for the cobra to speak once again"

???: A particular member of our species has wandered off within human society and has been living amongst them. Unfortunately, she decided to abuse her gift and use it for atrocities that are against our laws. Her name is Kaa

"Upon saying that name, the numerous snakes suddenly began to hiss in rage. It seems like they all knew this particular python and clearly despised her with all of their beings. The cobra understood their anger and knew how much damage Kaa has done to these poor unfortunate reptiles"

???: I hear your anger for her. She had lied to you about your future, as well as manipulate you for her own goals. And right now, she is hidden amongst the humans and Faunus playing with their feelings and making them disappear one by one. Because of her sinful actions, humans and Faunus are now starting to hunt us for the wrong reason while completely mistaking the true criminal. And I wish to put an end to this

"The snakes all stopped hissing upon hearing the cobra's last sentence, wondering what the process would be in order to stop this python. They became silent and waited for the proposition of the cobra"

???: Here's what you need to do. Go through the many places of the human and Faunus realm and track her down through her scent, your forked tongue should be good enough to catch her smell. Once you found her, bring her to me, I'll put an end to her pathetic little life

"With the instructions being given to them, the snakes hissed loudly and didn't waste time as they scattered out of the cave going into different directions. Their objective seemed like a perfect way to get their payback on the serpent that tricked them and even though they couldn't harm her, they knew the cobra had many ideas to deal with her. Speaking of the cobra, he was now on his own as he stared up at the light of the shining moon thinking to himself and grinning"

???: (We'll see who gets the last laugh, Kaa...)
