One of the incarnations of Shane Hunter.

Trivia: Basically the father figure of Team GEATS. How he is also GEATS like Ace well... long story short, he somehow wished and desired for it at that one Grand Prix that he won recently before he became Gazer as another Desire of the Grand Prix.
