So this isn't going to be me guessing who the next maidens will be or who the current maidens are. No, everyone and their grandmas do and does that. I am guessing their powers. So for one I already did a speel in YMMV where I ranted about how the fall maiden had powers that I thought would be more appropriate for the Summer and Winter maidens but here I wanted to put down more of my ideas for how the maidens work. Well now that all that stuff is done let's start with the first maiden seen in show: Fall.

So like I said I think that the reason the Fall Maiden had powers that would be more appropriate for the Summer and Winter Maidens is because Fall is in between the two seasons so it would have a mixture of the two. Now I also think that each of the Maidens shares a base power set over the elements so all of them have some control of the "elements" and probably some other basic stuff like increased strength, reflexes, etc. Now that's all good and I think Rooster Teeth may go that route but I highly doubt that they will just do that. I mean that would be kinda boring and lazy to just have these four super powered individuals have the same power set. I mean what makes the Justice League interesting is that not everyone has Green Lantern rings or the X-Men are not just a bunch of Ice People running around. Well that and different personalities but that's besides the point. So I think that the Maidens will not only have tiny variations in their powers like Spring and Winter being more resilient to cold but also have powers that are unique to them which is where I am getting to the meat of this idea.

When it comes to the seasons in older cultures have been associated with birth (spring), life (summer), dying (fall), death (winter), circling back to birth or rebirth. Having that in mind I think that Fall's unique power would have something to do with the dead. Like she's able to bring some one who has died back from the dead as a ghastly twisted version of their past selves. And no this is not just some way to get Pyrrha back!... They'd bring Summer back too.

Now continuing on with the idea that I said above then Spring would have something kinda like that. Like the Spring Maiden may be able to bring those people back as they were before or playing with the rebirth thing maybe the Spring Maiden can reincarnate people in a new form. I don't know just something other then "she good with plants".

Alright now let's move to Summer. With this one and Winter I can't really come up with something along the lines as Fall and Spring. Sorry. So Summer the season is known to have long days and even has the longest day of the year "Summer Solstice" so I thought that Summer would be stronger during the day. Not that she would have no powers at night just that she would be weaker then the other maidens at night time. So at dawn and dusk her powers are equivalent to Spring and Fall's but during the day her powers far surpasses the others but once it's nighttime Summer would be the weakest of the four. She would still be stronger than your average hunter just not as strong as she is at dawn and dusk. Winter would have the opposite of Summer so weaker during the day and stronger at night.

So yeah that's my idea of what RT may do with the Maidens and their powers. Have a great day/evening depending on when/where you are reading this.
