REMNANT:

A world crawling with Monstrous nightmares known as Grimm, who have plagued mankind since the very beginning. But Mankind has formed warriors to fight against the Grimm known as Huntsmen & Huntresses, their greatest strength is their ''aura'', a manifestation of one's soul which acts as a forcefield and a way to heal minor wounds but sadly, the con of having aura is that once it's depleted, the user will be helpless.

However, if their aura is channeled, it gives the user to create an ability known as a ''semblance'', basically a superpower that reflects one's personality.... Or the other way around

Not only that the huntsman & huntresses relied on their aura & semblances, they also relied on elemental crystals known as ''Dust''. The humans of Remnant used Dust for basically everything such as ammo, power, all sorts of things.

But Humans & Grimm are not the only ones on Remnant, because there's another race that's similar but yet different than humanity known as The Faunus. They're similar because of their appearance to humans, but different because they have animal features & traits such as animal ears, tails, night vision sense, etc..

There's also a forgotten history about how Remnant was created, but that will be revealed later on with our heroes who will soon meet each other

EARTH:

Birthplace of the human race, a world much that's much like Remnant as it is to Earth. Unlike Remnant, Earth's technology is primitive, but its creators learn to get better and make great advancements in technology, kind of like when they sent Niel Armstrong & Buzz Aldrin to the moon in 1969

Unlike Remnant, Earth has no Faunus and without them, Humanity found ways of hating... each other through war, fights, protests, racist comments on the internet or in real life, etc...

Back with Earth's technology, even if Earth doesn't have dust crystals at all, Humanity used other sources of power to thrive on as they used these resources to create marvelous & destructive things they used throughout history, such as the nuclear bomb
