~ years ago when Yang and Ruby were kids ~

Summer:" Honey, Can you take Yang and Ruby out for some Ice cream?"

Y/n:" Sure thing babe"

Y/n kissed summers cheek and went to go find his kids when he went to go see them, they were outside playing with each other.

Y/n:" Oh girls~ Mommy wants to ask you all something "

Yang;" What is it, dad?"

Y/n:" Go ask her! I'm sure you two will be very happy with the response"

Yang went running inside the house, Ruby wasn't as fast as Yang, so she was falling behind her, she then tripped and fell.

Y/n:" Aww~ come on sweety"

Y/n picked her up and walked into the house seeing, that yang was screaming in pure happiness, as Ruby looked around.

Y/n;" Let's go get some Ice Cream!"

Yang:" YES!!"

~ at the Ice Cream Store ~

Y/n:" 4 cones please "

????:" that would be $10 please"

I handed him a twenty and smiled, he was about to return the change, but I told him he could keep it as a tip.

When I grabbed our cones I walked out of Ice cream shop and seen a little girl crying, she was being yelled at by an older man who was about to hit her, but I grabbed his arm and twisted it.

Y/n:" Leave her alone"

Man:" Argh! She stole something from my store!"

He said while I was still holding his hand in place.

Y/n:" How much was this thing she stole"

Man:" 12 dollars!"

Y/n looked at the little girl and saw that she was all messy and dirty, so he let go of the man's hand and gave him fifteen dollars.

Y/n:" get out of here before I break your arm"

The man ran out with the money before I gave her my ice cream cone and patted her head.

Y/n:" What's your name, little girl?"

She just stared at me and ate the Ice cream, I chuckled and got up.

Y/n:" Don't worry little girl, things will get better for you"

She just nodded and finished the Ice Cream, I pulled out 100 dollars and gave it to her with a smile.

Y/n:" Go buy yourself things"

I got up and started to walk back to Yang and Ruby, they looked at me with a smile.

???:" W-wait what's your name!!"

Y/n:" Y/n, Y/n Rose"

Roman:" Why did you do it?"

Neo:" Do what?"

Roman:" You were supposed to bring Raven back here"

Neo:" She hurt Y/n, I had to do something"

Roman:" Y/n this, Y/n that, Who the fuck is Y/n! He's probably some ugly ass dude with two kids "

Neo:" The nicest person I've ever met in my life, he even saved me once"

Roman wrapped an arm around Neo and kissed her cheek, She looked at him and sighed.

Roman:" Can we go to bed now, I hate listening to your problems and shit"

Neo:" Why not break up with me then"

Roman:" Because I took you in when you were a kid, I basically own you"

The words own you echoed throughout Neo's mind before she got up and walked towards the door.

Roman also got up and grabbed her arm before she turned around and-

Neo hands were covered in blood, her clothing was bloody and she had a psychotic smile on her face.

Neo:" You don't own me anymore... "

She said before laughing like a madman, she then left the house that she and her Ex "boyfriend" staying at.

~ Somewhere else in vale~

Ruby:" Dad what are you doing?"

Y/n:" Buying Ice cream, just like you and Yang wanted?"

Ruby:" Why couldn't one of your servants do it?"

Y/n:" Because... This reminds of the time when you and Yang were kids... When we all came here for Ice cream... The smiles and laughs you girls shared... I just wanted to remember something sweet"

Ruby smiled before she started to walk back to the mansion with her father.

They walked by someone with Pink and Brown hair when Ruby turned to look at her, she was gone.

Y/n;" Something bothering you rubes?"

Ruby:" No... Let's go home"

Y/n looked back to make sure that, they weren't being followed, he turned and saw a single ice cream cone on the floor.

Ruby was also staring at it, she then looked towards Y/n and saw the same look of confusion she had.

Y/n:" Where did this cone come from...?"

Ruby:" I-I don't know... But whoever dropped it really likes Neapolitan ice cream"

Y/n:" Let's go home, this isn't natural"

Neo blushed madly as she saw that Y/n had picked up the Ice cream.

Neo:" Enjoy it Y/n... It has all my love in it... "
