As the dark versions of the other members of Team RWBY were brought into Remnant Prime, they looked around their surroundings, clearly realizing that they are at their respective universes. Commander Weiss soon spoke up.

Commander Weiss: What is the meaning of this? Why am I here? 

Grimm Ruby: I brought you all here. Welcome to Remnant Prime. 

Sun Dragon Yang: I hope you got a pretty good goddamn reason for dragging me out here. Now I don't know who you are or why you look like my dead little shit of a sister, but let me make one thing clear.....

Grimm Ruby: Temper temper, Yang.  I could send you all back to your universes, but then you'd get the front row seat to the end of your universes.

Commander Weiss: What are you talking about? 

Grimm Ruby: Oh that's right. You don't know. Well let me tell you a little story. A story about the Multiverse. You see, this world is one of infinite worlds across the Multiverse. But there are some worlds that are spawned from the shadow of the Multiverse. A shadow born of every fear and bad decision ever made or dreamt. That is the Dark Multiverse. That is where I and all of you hail from. And the best part about it is that every single world within the Dark Multiverse is doomed to rot away and eventually be destroyed. My Remnant has long since been destroyed, not that there was much left to destroy. As for yours? Next on the chopping block. It's kinda funny, isn't it? It's almost like we were all just one giant mistake and the Multiverse is correcting it's little mistake by destroying every world spawned in the Dark Multiverse. 

As Grimm Ruby says this, she begins to laugh uncontrollably for a moment. The rest of the dark versions of Team RWBY watched as Grimm RWBY regained her composure. 

Commander Weiss: You brought us here for a reason. Out with it. 

Grimm Ruby: Oh you're so impatient! You're just like my Weiss....right before I gutted her with her precious little sword. As for why I brought you here? Simple! I want to drown out the light of the Multiverse. I want the Multiverse to drown in the darkness of the Dark Multiverse. However, I can't do it alone. And what's a Ruby without Team RWBY?

Commander Weiss: You expect me to work alongside a filthy Faunus? How revolting. 

Supreme Leader Blake: You're just like all the other Humans I've gutted. And the most satisfying of all my kills were the Schnees. 

Sun Dragon Yang: Frankly, I don't give a shit what you want "Rubes". But the only boss of me is me. 

At this point, it was clear to Grimm Ruby that the dark versions of the other members of Team RWBY had no interest in working with her. But Grimm Ruby wasn't fazed. 

Grimm Ruby: If you don't want to work with me, fine. I'll just send you back to your universes to die. Or I could just kill you all myself and find other versions of you who will fall in line. But if you join me, then you'll be rewarded beyond your wildest dreams. When the Multiverse is shrouded in darkness, countless worlds of the Multiverse will be fair game. Meaning you could have your own Remnant to do with as you please. 

As the Grimm Ruby says all this, each member of the dark Team RWBY took a moment to think over Grimm Ruby's proposal. Grimm Ruby's promise enticed many of them and they quickly joined Grimm Ruby. But Commander Weiss could see that there was more to Grimm Ruby's plan than she we letting on. Despite this, she joined Grimm Ruby's cause. The Grimm Ruby smiled at this. 

Grimm Ruby: See? Was that so hard? Now that we got the....old team together, we've got some....items that we need to grab.

Commander Weiss: You expect me to partake in petty theft? That is beneath me?

Sun Dragon Yang: What's the matter, Ice Queen? Afraid to get your pretty little hands dirty?

Commander Weiss: Your childish attempts to insult me will get you nowhere, you well endowed Neanderthal. 

Sun Dragon Yang: I always knew you were jealous of these bad girls. Looks like I got my confirmation. 

Grimm Ruby: Now now, girls! There's no need to fight amongst ourselves! You see Weiss, breaking the boundaries between the Multiverse and the Dark Multiverse is going to take a lot of power to pull off. Even my Silver Eyes couldn't pull it off. Which is why we need the Relics, silly! Now then....our first step into our adventure is Beacon Academy. We're got to "borrow" something from old Ozpin. 

As Grimm Ruby said this, Commander Weiss fell silent for a moment. Despite her own reservations on trusting Grimm Ruby. As for Grimm Ruby, she knew that this alliance was fragile at best. She knew that at the end of the day, they had their ulterior motives. But it didn't matter to her. All that mattered was that the plan moved forward.

Grimm Ruby: Let it be known that Dark Team RWBY rides again! The Multiverse won't know what hit em!

With that, the Dark Team RWBY had been formed. Now Grimm Ruby had the means to move forward with the next state of her plan to thrust the Multiverse into total darkness. In that moment, the next stage of the Grimm Ruby's plan had been set in motion.
