As the Dark RWBY was formed, they make their way to Beacon Academy. To ensure the success of the mission, Grimm Ruby used magic to disguise herself and her team as this universe's Team RWBY. Once they got their disguises, they began walking among the crowd.

Commander Weiss(Disguise): Look at all those ants. Without guidance they are nothing.

Supreme Leader Blake(Disguise): Typical Schnee arrogance. 

Sun Dragon Yang(Disguise): I'm with Blake on this one. How can you even walk with that stick so far up your ass? 

Grimm Ruby(Disguise): Would you girls please be quiet? The last thing we need is to draw any unnecessary attention to ourselves before we get our hands on what we need. 

Sun Dragon Yang(Disguise): And what exactly are we grabbing?

Grimm Ruby(Disguise): You'll see. 

As Dark RWBY began navigating through the halls of Beacon Academy, they are stopped by Team JNPR. 

Jaune: Hey guys! Back from your mission already? 

Dark RWBY were caught off guard by the sudden appearance of Team JNPR. Sun Dragon Yang and Supreme Commander Blake were preparing to attack them, but they were stopped by Commander Weiss. Pyrrha quickly noticed that there was something off.

Pyrrha: Is something wrong?

Grimm Ruby(Disguise): It's nothing, Pyrrha! We're just reporting on the success of our mission to Professor Ozpin! 

Commander Weiss(Disguise): We're actually in a bit of a rush. 

Nora: Aw c'mon, Ice Queen! It's the weekend! You can lay off the studying for the weekend!

Grimm Ruby(Disguise): Actually, I'm having Weiss help me study over the weekend. 

Grimm Ruby couldn't help but giggle. It was clear to Pyrrha that there was something off about Team RWBY. Weiss seemed colder and more distant than usual. The usually loud and boisterous Yang was quieter than usual. And when she glanced over at Blake, she could see something in her eyes. Something that seethed with hatred. 

Jaune: You okay, Pyrrha? You seem kinda spooked. 

It didn't take long for Grimm Ruby to see that Pyrrha was suspicious of something. She knew she had to think of something quick in order to get Pyrrha off the suspicious trail.

Grimm Ruby(Disguise): It's been a pretty weird day for us. We had to deal with a lot more Grimm than we thought and we're pretty tired. Sorry if we don't seem like our normal selves. But everything is fine!

Pyrrha looked into her eyes and saw something different in her. She saw chaos in her eyes. Even her smile unsettled her. She couldn't understand what was going on. As Grimm Ruby smiled a fake smile, Pyrrha finally found the strength to speak.

Pyrrha: Apologies, Ruby. We won't delay you any further. 

Despite seeing the smile, Pyrrha felt uneasy. All her instincts told her something was wrong with not only Ruby, but the rest of Team RWBY as well.

Jaune: Hey are we still up for that sparring match tomorrow, Ruby? 

Grimm Ruby(Disguise): Sure! I'm sure we can make it!

As Dark RWBY parted ways with Team JNPR, they continued making their way up the Beacon Tower where Ozpin's office was. 

Sun Dragon Yang(Disguise): That was way too damn close. We should've killed her when we got the chance. 

Grimm Ruby: But then we would've had to kill the rest of Team JNPR which would probably alert the rest of Beacon and make our jobs needlessly harder. You really got to start thinking about the bigger picture, sis. 

Soon enough, Dark RWBY finally reached the top of the Beacon Tower and into Ozpin's office. Grimm Ruby used her magic to unlock the door. Upon seeing that no one was inside, Grimm Ruby ended the spell and the disguises faded away. 

Grimm Ruby: Now then, girls. Follow my lead. 

With that, Grimm Ruby began searching Ozpin's office for the object she seeks while the rest of Dark RWBY stand by and watch for anyone that may get too close to the office. It didn't take long for Grimm Ruby to find the object she was looking for. She found a hidden door beneath Ozpin's desk and forces it open. She then finds an ornate brown staff with metal details, a floral pattern, and adorned with an emerald gem. As Grimm Ruby picks it up, a sadistic smile falls on her face. 

Sun Dragon Yang: That's it? You had us break into Beacon just for some stick?

Grimm Ruby: Looks can be deceiving, "sis". This staff is Ozma's Staff and it is imbued with magical powers the likes of which Remnant hasn't seen in a long long time. 

Supreme Leader Blake: With that kind of power, Ozpin could've ended the misery of the Faunus. Instead, he simply stood by and let us suffer. He is no better than rest of the Humans. 

Commander Weiss: Typical Faunus rabble. As if your kind could ever amount to anything other than animals. 

At this point, Supreme Leader Blake became hostile towards Commander Weiss, but Grimm Ruby steps in. 

Grimm Ruby: Now now, girls. Don't go killing each other just yet. We've still got a job to do. We have Ozma's Staff. It should give us quite the head start in our adventure to unleash the Dark Multiverse upon the Multiverse. Now let's get a move on before....

But as Grimm Ruby said that, Ozpin along with Glynda Goodwitch entered the room. Upon seeing Dark RWBY, it quickly became clear that something was wrong. Despite the plan going south, Grimm Ruby simply smiled as she and the rest of Dark RWBY prepared for a fight in the halls of Beacon Academy.
