As Team RWBY stormed into the room, there was a tense standoff. Upon seeing Cinder and her team, Team RWBY were confused. 

Ruby: Cinder? What the heck are you doing here? 

Cinder: We're....on a mission. 

Grimm Ruby began to chuckle at this.

Grimm Ruby: Oh this is too rich! I'm totally not surprised that you're here, Ruby. But this? Ha! This is too priceless!

Ruby: We know what you're planning! We're not about to stand by and let you succeed!

Grimm Ruby: You can try to stop us. It won't do you any good, but you can try! 

Ruby: Alright, team! Take them down!

With that, Team RWBY clashed with Dark RWBY. As the intense battle broke out, Cinder and her team decided to help Team RWBY. During the initial clash, Sun Dragon Yang charged at Ruby, but Yang steps in and blocks her dark counterpart's attack.

Yang: You're not about to rough up my sis like that!

Sun Dragon Yang: You should really ditch the deadweight! You'll feel a lot better!

As Sun Dragon Yang  pushed against Yang, Blake fired a shot from Gambol Shroud at Sun Dragon Yang. This allowed Yang to press the attack while Mercury joined the fight. Immediately, Supreme Leader Blake lunged at Blake and attacked her. 

Supreme Leader Blake: You are a traitor to the Faunus. 

Blake: You sound exactly like Adam!

Supreme Leader Blake: Adam was weak. He could do what I have done for the Faunus. 

At the same time, Weiss engaged in a swordfight against Commander Weiss. Commander Weiss parried Weiss's attacks. 

Commander Weiss: Pathetic. Have you learned nothing from our last encounter?

Weiss said nothing as she charged at Commander Weiss. When she got close, she fired a Dust powered shot with Myrtenaster. During the course of this fight, Ruby took the fight straight to Grimm Ruby. 

Ruby: We know what you're planning! We're not about to let you unleash the Dark Multiverse on Remnant!

Grimm Ruby: Man I love that blind optimism of yours! If only you know about the company you were keeping!

Grimm Ruby then kicks Ruby to the ground. She then kicks a crate of Dust towards Ruby. Grimm Ruby chuckles as she fired a shot from her Crescent Rose. This ignited the Dust, causing it to explode, blasting everyone back. Grimm Ruby cackled at this as she walked into the next room. As Team RWBY slowly recover, Ruby chases after Grimm RWBY. When the battle between Team RWBY and Dark RWBY resumed, Cinder followed Ruby. Meanwhile, Grimm Ruby activated the run down androids. As they powered up, they began loading Dust Crates into a nearby airship.

Grimm Ruby: Now we're cooking. 

It was at this moment that Ruby arrived. Grimm Ruby turned around and chuckled at Ruby. 

Grimm Ruby: I figured that explosion wasn't enough to take you out. 

Ruby: We're putting an end to your plans!

Grimm Ruby: Oh really? Well I hate to be the one to say this, but it's already over. You just don't know it.

???: Not if I have anything to say about it.

As the voice called out, Cinder approached Ruby and Grimm Ruby. Grimm Ruby chuckled at Cinder's presence. 

Grimm Ruby: This just keeps getting better and better! 

Ruby: We're stopping you! Right here, right now!

Grimm Ruby: Oh if only you knew....

Without warning, Grimm Ruby attacked Ruby and Cinder with speed and ferocity. Cinder was taken aback by the ferocity of Grimm Ruby's attacks. At one point, Grimm Ruby was able to isolate Cinder. 

Grimm Ruby: Oh don't worry, Cinder! I won't be revealing your little plans! It's much more fun that way!

Cinder: You won't be laughing when I incinerate you!

Grimm Ruby: Temper temper!

As Grimm Ruby said that, Ruby rushed in and attacked Grimm Ruby, forcing her to break off her attack. But as Ruby pressed the attack, Grimm Ruby used Crescent Rose to throw dirt into Ruby's eyes. Grimm Ruby then kicks Ruby to the ground and attacks Cinder. Before Cinder could press the attack, Grimm Ruby uses her Semblance to slip past Cinder and materialize behind her. Before she could react, Grimm Ruby landed a devastating strike which depleted Cinder's Aura. At the same time, the androids finished loading all the crates of Dust into the airship. 

Grimm Ruby: Right on cue.....

Grimm Ruby then whistles to her teammates. Without hesitation, Dark RWBY broke off their attack and ran to the airship. While Team RWBY and Cinder's team chased after them, Dark RWBY got on board the airship. As Ruby got up, she saw the airship getting away. 

Ruby: We have to stop them!

As Team RWBY and Cinder's team chased after the airship, Grimm Ruby fired a Dust powered round into a nearby crate of Dust. This detonates the Dust and blasts them all back, allowing the airship to take off. As the airship flies away, Grimm Ruby laughs.

Grimm Ruby: Ooooh, nice form, but a little rough on the landing. They may have to settle for the bronze. 

After that, Grimm Ruby walked back to her teammates. 

Grimm Ruby: Alright, team! Next stop, Merlot's Island!

Commander Weiss: What about Team RWBY? 

Sun Dragon Yang: And those assholes with them?

Grimm Ruby: Oh they'll try to stop us, but we'll be one step ahead of them!

With that, Dark RWBY set a course for Merlot's Island. In that moment, Grimm Ruby was one step closer to his plan on unleashing the Dark Multiverse. As for Team RWBY, all they could do was plot their next move. But for moment, they needed allies for this fight. And they would find allies in the unlikeliest of places.
