3rd P.O.V.

After buying new clothes for team Rwby and Jaune, they all decided to eat at the food court in the mall before going home.

Y/n: Ok, we're finally at the food court.

Jaune: This place is similar to the food court back at Beacon Academy.

Ruby: Huh, similar to Beacon Academy you say...

Ruby was remembering from the past when she and her friends had that food fight.

Y/n: Ruby, no! Don't you think about it.

Ruby: What!? How did you know what I was thinking.

Y/n: Ruby, I watched every episodes of your series that include that crazy food fight all you had back at Beacon. So, don't think about making another one in here. The last thing we need is people getting seriously hurt by the chaos.

Ruby: Oh...

Summer: Ruby, please understand that this world is not like remnant. People can get seriously hurt by you kids reckless actions.

Pyrha: And they don't have aura like us to heal any injuries. So, any injuries that will sustain can be permanent. Sure, we can try to heal them but that lead to trouble.

Ruby: Ok, I understand.

Weiss: So, what are we eating? I see many different restaurants around here.

Y/n: It your choice on what you want to eat, there's sushi, burgers, salad, pizza, ice cream, subway sandwiches, etc...

Blake: That many choices, huh.

Yang: Hmm... I'm feeling hungry for some pizza. What about you, Blake?

Blake: Eh, why not? I could go for a slice of pizza. Does this world have sardines as toppings?

Y/n: Yes.

Blake: And like that, I'm starting to love this world already even more.

Summer: I'll take them to get their pizzas, Y/n.

Y/n: Thanks, Summer.

Summer, Yang, and Blake walk together in a different direction to get their pizzas.

Y/n: What about you, three?

Weiss: Is there any food here that's low on fat.

Ruby: I could go for a burger!

Jaune: Same here.

Y/n: There's a salad bar, I can take you to it. And there's a McDonald's at the corner. Phyrra, why don't you take Ruby and Jaune to get there burger while I take Weiss with me to get her salad.

Pyrrha: That's sound ok with me. *thought* Weiss better not think of anything while she's alone with him.

Pyrrha, Ruby, and Jaune leave together to get their food. Leaving only Weiss and Y/n the two of them by themselves.

Weiss: Its only us now....

Y/n: That is indeed true, Weiss.

Weiss: *thought* Perfect~

She said happily in her head as she smirks to herself.

Y/n: Follow me, Weiss. The salad bar should be in this area.

Weiss: Lead the way, my prince charming~

Y/n: Prince charming?

Weiss instantly blush, losing confidence immediately she had earlier.

Weiss: N-Nothing! Forget what I said!

Weiss start speeding walking away from him while having a massive blush on her face.

Y/n: H-Hey, Weiss! Slow down, you're going to get lost!

Y/n chase after her not knowing they were being spied on. Around the corner, the four teens from before look on the two seeing there chance.

Jack: It looks like he's finally alone. More importantly alone with one of the four girls we saw earlier.

Jason: What should we do? Do you want to split up or something because I wouldn't mind going after the dorky blond and cute short-stack redhead with that beauty of an Amazon that's with them.

Drake: Same here! I want to get a taste of that bimbo blonde and nice ass goth girl especially that milf~

Luke: Heh, I want know if that albino chick that's with that nerd can scream my name as I fill her up. Hehehe~

Jack: No, we're sticking together and going after the tech nerd as I said before. I want to see him suffer again like we did before when I took his girl from him.

Luke: Oh man! Do you remember the look on his face. It was devastating! Hahaha!

Drake: I still can't believe you send him that video of you and his ex getting it on in bed while filming. That messed up! Ha!

Jason: That get me wondering, whatever happened to that girl. Are you still seeing her?

Jack: Nah, I left that chick immediately after I was done with her. I still get angry text messages from saying I "ruined" her life and relationship with Y/n or whatever. Pfft! Like I even care, she the one who slept with me and fell for my seductions.

They all start laughing until one of them realizes Y/n and Weiss are getting away.

Luke: Hey, Jack! They're getting ahead of us.

Jack: Let's get a moving boys! Time to have our fun by making tech nerd life a living hell.

All four of them leave together as they follow after Y/n and Weiss. Not knowing that Y/n isn't the same person he used to be from back then.

Meanwhile....

Y/n and Weiss arrive at the salad bar and are looking through the menu as they wait to order.

Weiss: A slow day today isn't?

Y/n: It's the weekday, Weiss. During the weekdays people are at work, at school, or running errands. It's during the weekend when the mall is packed with people.

Weiss: Just like Remnant in a way...

Y/n: .... Hey, Weiss.

Weiss: What is it, Y/n?

Y/n: Can I ask you something.

Weiss: Sure.

Y/n: When I showed you guys that episode when all of you fell inside the void. Did you see what happened to your father or at least what happened to Atlast.

Weiss: ....Yes. It was horrible loosing my home but I'm glad that at least my mom, brother, sister and Klein made it out alive. However, for my father... I have no words to be honest. Since what he did to me and my family especially the family name. I can't say I miss him but I do think he got what he deserve.

Y/n: But...

Weiss: But... he was still my father by blood so I somewhat conflicted in the matter.

Y/n can tell by Weiss low tone of voice that she sad because of losing another family member.

Y/n: ....Weiss, do you want to know what I think.

Weiss: Yeah...

Y/n: He may have been your father but he wasn't your daddy.

This sentence caught Weiss attention as she was confused what he meant.

Weiss: What do you mean?

Y/n: Your father, Jacques. You two may have shared the same blood but it doesn't mean you share a bond of any type. More specifically as father and daughter to be precise. Let me ask you this, what your definition of a family bond...

Weiss think for a moment to herself until she remembers the many memories and moments she shared with her team before looking back at Y/n with wide expression.

Weiss: My teammates...

Y/n: Exactly, Weiss! The bond you made with Ruby, Yang, and Blake. Change who you where before making you a better person. Don't you remember how you acted before joining Beacon academy.

Weiss: Y-Yeah, I was acting like a spoil brat in a way.

She said as she felt embarrassed.

Y/n: Hahaha!

Weiss: Hey don't laugh at me! Hmph!

Weiss pout angrily as she has a hint of blush on her face.

Y/n: I'm sorry,Weiss. I didn't mean to laugh at you like that. Is just I thought you were cute back then when you started acting like a tsundere.

Weiss: C-Cute?! *thought* He called me cute! No one has ever called me cute besides pretty or beautiful. This actually feels amazing to hear it from someone like him.

As the two continue enjoying their conversations with each other, they were suddenly interrupted.

Jack: Look what we have here boys! It's tech nerd! And he's with a pretty rich girl no less.

Y/n immediately knew who it was as he groans in annoyance.

Y/n: Not these guys...

Weiss: Do you know these guys, Y/n?

Y/n: Let say they're a pain in the ass... *thought* Specially what they did to me back in high school.

Jack then put an arm around Y/n shoulder.

Jack: Don't say that! Don't you remember the good times we had in high school.

Y/n: I remember... it was the worst time of my year because you and your idiot friends made my life in high school a living hell by bullying me around! Not to mention screwing with my ex girlfriend and sending me that damn video to see.

Weiss: *thought* Bullying... Ex girlfriend... what's going on?

Y/n shrugs off Jack arm as the other three walk toward Weiss.

Luke: Say pretty girl~ Why don't you hang out with us instead of him.

Drake: We can show you a good better than him~

Jason: What do you say~?

Weiss immediately was disgusted by three attitudes as she scoffed at them.

Weiss: You wish! Like I ever hang out with the likes of you three. Besides I know you type of people acting all desperate and lacking any manners.

Luke: Feisty aren't you, I like that in a girl~

Y/n got up from his seat.

Y/n: Ok, that's enough! Let's go, Weiss. These guys are starting to annoy me.

Weiss: Gladly, Y/n! I think I lost my appetite.

The two were about to leave but were blocked the four bullies.

Jack: Woah, Woah, Woah! Where do you think you two are going? We're not letting you two leave.

Drake: And we're especially not letting you leave this young lady with you.

Y/n: Weiss, I feel like we're not getting out of this without a fight...

Weiss: Same here, Y/n. I wished I brought my Myrtenaster with me...

Y/n and Weiss glared at the four bullies who are blocking their way as they feel like a fight is about to happen.
