Final Chapter of Book 2

Kelli's POV

After a plane ride the felt like forever we finally landed back in Texas. They whole way there I was both mad and scared, I was mad because of what both Alex and Justin did. They had no reason to come and attack us like that, and the worse part is that they are Jason's brothers and yet they still try to hurt us.

I was scared because I don't know if the gang was able to hold them off, they are a strong gang don't get me wrong, but they were caught off guard. I just pray that they were able to hold them off or kill them all before we got there.

I look out the window as we drive to Pattie's house so we can drop off Melanie. I don't want her around when an attack is happening. I look over at Jason who has a pissed off look on his face, I'm not if it is because of the fight we had or because of the fight that we are about to go into.

Once we pull up to Pattie's house, I get out of the car and grab Mel out of her seat, along with her bag of clothes, diapers and toys. Derek and Jason follow me as I make my way up to the front door, I knock twice and wait for the door to open. When it does I see a smiling Pattie standing in front of me, I will never get over her smile. It's so warm and welcoming, she always makes me feel at home.

"Mom we are going to need you to take care of Mel for a while, is that ok with you?" Jason says taking Melanie out of my arms and handing her to Pattie.

"Of course sweetie, is there something wrong?" She asks. Jason looks down at me and I nod, it's think to tell Pattie about Alex and Justin, those are her sons and she must know.

"Umm Pattie, Alex and Justin are alive. We've known for a while but didn't know how to tell you and you should have been the first to know. I'm sorry" I say pulling her into a hug. She stands there quite for a minute then begins to cry.

"I can't believe it. Im not mad at you guys I'm just in shock" she says hugging me back.

"Umm guys, we have to go now" Derek says from behind us. I pull out of Pattie's hug and kiss Mel on the head and step back, watching Jason do the same.

"We'll come back later to get her" Jason says before kissing Pattie on the cheek then walking over to the car. I get in and look over at Pattie and Mel, they both wave before walking into the house.

"Chandler says that they did leave an hour after they came, but know they are back" Derek says from the backseat. I look over at Jason and grab his hand, he quickly looks over at me and brings my hand up to his lips, he kisses my knuckles then lays both of his hands on his lap.

"Look babe, our fight in the hotel was stupid. I know that you just want the best for the kids and I will do everything in my power to have you and them be happy and safe. I love you and I love the kids and it will kill me if anything happens to any of you. I promise after we deal with this, we will try to get out of this, I know it will be hard but I'll do anything for you. I will forever love you and only you" Jason says while rubbing my hand. His sweet words bring tears to my eyes, knowing that he is willing to give up the only life he has ever known is amazing, but I can't let him do that.

"Jason this is all you know and this life is ours now. I was stupid to think that we can actually get out if it, I guess we will just have to be even more carful and ruthless when the babies come" I say leaning over kissing his cheek. He smiles and nods.

"I love you" he says kissing my hand while looking at the road, carful not to crash into anything.

"And I love you" I say back. Im glad that we made up over that stupid fight in the hotel room. It really was stupid and all my fault, but you can't really blame me for wanting my kids to be safe.

About 15 minutes later we turned onto the street where our house and the gang house is. I look over to Jason and back at Derek, they nod their heads 'yes' telling me that they were ready. The whole way here I couldn't help but think about how much this must hurt them, I mean this is their brothers that are attacking us.

We pull into the drive way of gang house and look around for any sighs of Alex or Justin but there were none. The three of us grab our guns and make our way into the house. There was no a sound all through the house until Jason knocked six times on the wall, a code that we came up with.

Just then our gang came out of their hiding spots and into the living room where we were standing. I take a second to look at them, they all had blood all over them. Their clothes were torn and very tired looks were printed on their faces.

"They left, but only for a second" Chaz speaks up while rubbing his arm. I walk over to Maegan who has a worried look on her face.

"Don't worry, we'll take care for them" I say pulling her into a hug. She nods slowly and hugs me back.

"Alright look guys, I just want to say thank you for holding them back until we got here. Now we won't stop until they are all dead, do you understand?" Jason says looking at everyone in the room. We all nod and wait for him to continue.

"One last thing, everyone will do everything they can to protect Kelli. I don't want she or the babies getting hurt" Jason say walking up to me, he stands in front of me and pushes a piece of my hair behind my ear.

"Jason i can handle myself. I'll be safe" I say trying to convince him.

"I know but I'm not taking any chances" He says before kissing me. He pulls away and looks around the room.

"Ok, here's the plan, Chandler I want you a-" before he had a chance to continue, the whole room fills with smoke. I cover my face as someone rushes me outside, once we get outside I notice that the front yard so full of angry looking people. About ten or so, but my eyes land in Justin who is standing in front, right by Alex. He gives me a sad look and mouths the words 'sorry' to me.

"Well well well, look who we have here. Little brother Jason McCann. I've been looking all over this shit town for you and now I have found you" Alex says with a crooked smile on his face, I look around at this gang, all armed with guns and other weapons. I look at Justin who has his head down, I can't believe that he would side with Alex after everything.

"What do you want Alex?" Jason asks calmly.

"I just want to talk brother" Alex says with a smile, he takes a step closer, which causes me to tighten my grip on my gun.

"Your not my brother" Jason says with a coldly laugh while shaking his head. This causes Alex's face to turn blood red.

"Look I came here to say I'm sorry for what I did to Kelli, but your little gang there thought I was going to try and blow all of you up. All I wanted to do was say sorry but that's not good enough for your stupid sidekicks" Alex says looking at the gang behind us.

"Alex, why don't you just leave. Your not wanted here" I speak up. His dark eyes land on me, pure hate coming my way.

"Stupid bitch" He says shaking his head. This cause Jason to step closer to Alex, so that they are face to face. I step closer to them just incase anything happens, but I watch Justin to the same. I quickly look at Justin the back at Jason and Alex, they exchange words but I can't understand anything.

"I should have killed you and mom when I had the chance" Alex says after a second. Jason's face turns red and he pushes Alex backward. I point my gun at one of Alex's goons that was running to Jason, I pull the trigger, watched the goons body fall down to the ground.

My shot started the war because before I knew it, everyone was shooting at each other. I see a girl with blue hair running straight at me, I move out of the way and put my leg out so it trips her. She falls to the ground but flips over so she is on her back and pulls me down with her. She climbs on top of me and pulls out a knife, before she can do anything with it, a bullet grow trough her head.

I see Jason put his gun down and run over to me, helping me up. He pulls me into a hug, I look over his shoulder to see a man aiming his gun at us. I just rise my gun and pull the trigger, watching him fall dead.

"I told you to stay back, I take my eyes off of you for two seconds and look what happens" Jason says kissing me and rubbing my stomach.

"Jason im fine ok, let's just get rid of these bitches" I say pulling out of his grip. He laughs and nods, we turn and look around the lawn, there is about seven dead bodies on the ground, and I don't even want to know who many of them are our gang members.

Just then Jason runs off to help Ryan, I look around for Justin. I didn't see him anywhere, maybe he was one of the dead bodies that was in the ground.

I felt someone grab me by my arm, dragging me around to the side of the house. I wiggle out of the grip and punch the person in the face. I hear the person groan, I point my gun at the person but before I shot i take a chance and look at the person. I'm shocked when I see Justin holding his chin.

"Wow, you've gotten a whole lot stronger since we last fought" he says with a laugh. I can't help but smile. That soon goes away when I remember what's going on. I push him backwards by his shoulder.

"How could you side with Alex, after everything that we have been through. After everything Jason and I did for you and you go with Alex?" I say getting upset. He sighs and steps closer to me.

"He told me if he didn't then he was going to kill you, Jason, Mom, Dad and everyone close to me. I couldn't even dare think about him hurting you, so I agreed. But I guess it doesn't matter now" he says looking back at the yard full of bullets and blood. Before I could say anything back I heard someone scream my name.

I run back into the yard to find a very large man holding Maegan down by her throat. I grab by knife, run over to him and stab him in the back of the head. Maegan pushed him off while I help her up. We look around the yard to see only a few people left fight. I notice that most of them were our people, I smile at just how strong we are.

I notice that Jason was laying on the ground so I made my way over to him and help him up. He stands up and hugs me, i notice that he was bleeding right above his eye.

"Oh god are you ok?" I ask him while wiping the blood away. He nods and pulls me in for another hug.

"Ok! I'm done with this bullshit! Now I came here to finish you guys off" Alex shouts from behind us. Everyone turns and looks at him.

"I'm sick and tired of Jason taking all of the credit! I showed him everything he knows, me and no one else! But yet he gets all the credit for blowing up all those places, killing all those people when I'm the one that should get the credit! So I'm going to end all of the right now" Alex says.

It's like it's happened in slow motion and there was nothing I can do about it. I watched as Alex rises his, aims it's our way and pulls the trigger. I was waiting for the bullet to hit me, but instead I watch it enter straight into Jason chest, into his heart.
