firstly—in the same vein as my previous update, i want to thank you guys so much for 1k VOTES! usually the reads-to-votes ratio can be so skewed but we've already hit 1,000 and i am so, so grateful! 🌟🌟 i love and appreciate you guys so much.

we're on a star wars kick right now! this update is for nina's kylo ren fic, SKYFALL! two things: 1) nina is another one of my lovely "return customers"; and 2) this cover satisfies one of my current graphic design interests, kylo ren (accurate as of 03/01/2025). i have made two covers for SKYFALL:

cover i. is heavily inspired by promotional material for the star wars sequels, primarily the last jedi which i rewatched the other day (and is the main reason why kylo got added to my "current interests" list. in actuality i'm indifferent to him but if i recall correctly i've not made a cover for him before, so!). it's intended to emulate official posters for the movie the same way your GOLDEN cover that i previously made is in the style of the stranger things posters. this cover is available in my typical "intense" star wars style colouring as well as a more muted version. for that muted version i was aiming for a vintage, gouache-like effect.

cover ii. is more akin to my "simple" style of covers. it's a bit unconventional but i quite like it! again, there are alt. versions of this cover available for two other colourings. i really like how this one turned out, though surprisingly (for both covers LMAO) i found it difficult to source high-quality images of kylo ren. you would think there are lots of them, with his popularity as a character and the movies' popularity in general, but... still. or maybe i just have the google yips? (is that what it's called? i only know that word from how i met your mother 🤣)

          the amount of ai-generated images on google images now is also insane. i haven't noticed because i guess only recently i've been using google search for images again? but wow, it is NOT good out there.

🪧 a note for the general audience: i am nearly done with all current requests and hope to re-open this lotto for new ones again very soon! 🤗 i have been going by chronological order of requests, but left people who made multiple requests till last, so if you noticed i've skipped over you, don't worry! i'm coming back around, i just want to fulfil every *individual* request first for fairness' sake.

          you may have missed the announcement on my message board, but after i re-open my requests i will be a bit more selective with which ones i accept. updates will also be slower. i love making graphics and i love you guys but! primarily this account is for writing and so i want to focus on that. i appreciate your understanding in advance!!
