this update is for one of my favourite people to make graphics for, "return customer" aurora! for her the mandalorian fic, REBEL MOON. 🌙 welcome back to RUSSIAN DOLL, aurora! it's been a really long time since i've made a cover for din djarin, so i was happy to make another one again, and especially for you.

cover i. follows what's outlined in your form, aurora! it was difficult to find a photo of sophia in a position where i could edit a lightsaber in, so i ended up using this random still from the loki tv series where she's actually got her hand on a railing. after adding the lightsaber i wanted to keep things simple but there was just too much empty space. so i added din and the child to make things more interesting to look at; my usual astronomical illustration, too. i chose a very ornate font for the title, and if you look closely you can see moons in the Os!

cover ii. is a bit of an added bonus / thank-you gift for your continued support! i thought i'd try my hand at a the mandalorian comic cover, too, so here you go! i used clea strange as your oc's comic faceclaim. the mandalorian comic run(s) are published by marvel which is why you'll see a little marvel logo in the lower left corner there.

          i made both covers with purple as the main focus, but there's a more pink-purple alt. version for both and a red version... just in case... 🤣
