6k reads, guys! 😱😱 wooo! wooo! i feel like because i've said thank you so many times in my updates it's starting to sound insincere, but seriously—thank you so much! i deeply appreciate your continued support. seeing everyone's votes and comments on my work genuinely makes my day! i love you!

on a more somber note... i have finally finished house m.d. to use the word "finally" is probably a bit of a stretch since i only started watching it at the beginning of december, but 😨 i'm distraught all the same. what do i even do with my life now? yes, the show definitely went off the rails in that last season (as shows often do) but i'm still upset... it's been a long time since i've been invested in a tv show i hadn't already watched. and it's also been a long time since i finished a show, full stop.

like do i just die now? 😭😭 i will keep living through kat who is still on season 4.

anyways, you guys are here for the update not my houseposting. this update is for "return customer" (third time's a charm!) aurora's story, DARKEST HOUR.

cover i.'s resources i think you can tell was made with the literal "darkest hour" in mind. clock! ⏰ i really liked how this one worked out, and it was pretty straightforward to make. as i did last time, i have made a different version with a (very minorly) different tone in case you didn't like the main one. you can imagine how pleased i was to make a batman cover with black and red 🥰🥰

cover ii. is the classic bayports red. noooot a lot to say about this one either, other than that i also added some clockfaces to further the "darkest hour" theme in the first cover. or like... hour in general. the clockfaces are in roman numerals since it looked better and was a lot less distracting than the standard arabic numerals. again, another version of this cover is available if you don't quite like the red on the main one.
