Since the 1970's, a strange and phantom radio station has been broadcasting a strange and mysterious buzz across its airwaves almost every second.
Every couple of months it is said that a voice with a thick Russian accent can be heard reciting the code, U-V-B-7-6, then the station goes back to making its regular buzzing noise again.
The origins for this are unknown, and no one knows who set it up, why it recites this code, why it was set up, and what the code means or represents. Some theorists believe that the code could somehow or somewhat relate to any Russian military operations of some sort, nuclear war, or atmospheric research.
