"(y/n), you good?" Eddie asks as he looks over his shoulder, the adults biking it down the road quickly to his trailer.

"Yeah! It's just been a long while since I've ridden a bike!" she gasps as she quickly loses control for a second, dodging a light pole and going onto the grass before pedalling back onto the road behind the others. "I'm ok!" Billy bikes next to (y/n), also struggling a bit since he hasn't ridden one since he was a kid back in California. The group pedal as fast as they can down the road and through the forest, laying low when they pass Victor's house with bats circling around it. "Holy fucking shit..." (y/n) whispers, seeing the eerily dangerous house as the night sky was just filled with ear-splitting screeching and crackling from the bats. "Guys, how much further!?" She whisper yells, the group turning around the bend at the end of the hill.

"Just here!" Eddie calls back, the group pedalling through parked trailers until they stop in front of his and get off their bikes.

"That's gotta be a Guinness World Record. Most miles traveled interdimensionally." Robin says.

"Just inhaled a bunch of that crap. It's stuck in my throat." Steve complains while (y/n) wheezed for a second.

"I have never... in my entire life... biked that much for that long! In one consecutive go!"

"It was only 30 minutes princess." Billy muses.

"Only!? Only!? Bullshit! I only rode to and from work back home and that was only 5 minutes!" (y/n) hisses lowly as the group walks into Eddie's trailer. "I'm so fucking unfit for all this shit-" she immediately shuts up as she sees the red vine-covered gate on the ceiling of Eddie's trailer. "Fucking hell..."

"This is where Chrissy died. Like, right where she died." Eddie mumbles.

"I think there's something in there..." Robin mutters out, seeing a shadow press against the thin film before being dented down like it was trying to push through.

"What the fuck is that...?" Billy hisses, moving (y/n) behind him as she peeks out behind his arm to see. The adults all burst into screams as the film rips apart, stumbling back from the giant hole in the ceiling. When the thing-whatever it was that broke through the film-was gone, the adults slowly crept to stand under the hole.

"No way!?" Steve gasps, the adults looking up to see the kids upside down and waving at them from the other side.

"Dustin, I'm going to throttle you when I get my hands on you for scaring the shit out of me!" (y/n) hisses when she noticed it was him holding the pole and he laughs.

"Hello to you too (y/n)." everyone laughs happily knowing that they are finally getting back home, Max even relieved to see her brother and Billy felt the same when he saw his sister was still safe. The kids quickly get a move on to create a rope and a landing pad for the adults to land back home, Max and Lucas carrying Eddie's mattress and dumping it right beneath the gate while Dustin ties together the bedsheets.

"Eddie, what the fuck..." (y/n) grimaces in disgust at what she saw above her, stains littering his mattress.

"Fucking hell Munson..." Billy raises a brow at him.

"I don't know what those stains are." he quickly retorts back but obviously no one believed him.

"Not quite sure how these physics work. But, uh... here goes nothing." Dustin says as he holds the makeshift rope, throwing it up and it falls through the gate in front of the adults. 

(y/n) moves to pull on it and it feels secure somehow. "Physics really was like, I'm out of here." she mutters out, Robin going first to try and climb it to be the experimental guinea pig. She climbs onto the rope, reaching her head through the gate and gravity starts to take over when she yelps as she falls down on the mattress.

"Guys! You have to try this! It's fun!" Robin yells out through the gate.

"All right, guess I'll go." Eddie moves to go next when no one else spoke up to go, grabbing the rope and climbing. He yelps as he falls through, landing on the mattress and he quickly sits up with excitement in his eyes. "That was fun!"

"I don't know if I can climb that. I ain't got no body strength... I've never climbed anything before..." (y/n) mumbles out in worry, her fear of heights also getting to her.

"I'll go through first ok princess. I'll make sure to catch you." Billy says, kissing her cheek. "I'll see you soon."

"See you soon love." (y/n) smiles, watching her boyfriend climb the rope and drop on the other side. 

"Ok Harrington, can you help her up?" Billy asks and Steve nods.

"I'm going to lift you up ok (y/n)."

"Ok..." she says warily, yelping as Steve picks her up and lifts her higher up the rope so she could grab on it. She jumps up and holds onto the rope, pulling herself up until she could feel the gravity pulling on her hair when her head goes through the gate.

"I'm right here darling!" Billy says, encouraging her to climb through and she closes her eyes as she lets herself fall. 

(y/n) screams, feeling the fall being longer than it's supposed to and she cries out in pain as her back slams against the hard floor, her ears ringing painfully as she clutches her head.

"Fuck!" she hisses out in pain, swearing to kill Billy that he let her fall as she opens her eyes but pure fear sets in. She saw the red sky above her, the vines of the Upside Down around her and she slowly sits up. "Billy? Guys?" her eyes well up with tears as she screams for them, her voice drowned out by the chimes of the clock that pounded through her head. "No! Please! I want to go home! Billy!" she wails out, clutching her head as it pained with each chime, begging for it to stop.

"(y/n)! Nancy! Come on! wake up!" Steve yells out in fear, trying to shake both girls awake as their eyes rolled back and they twitched.

"Billy, it's Vecna!" Max gasps and her brother curses loudly before jumping up to climb the rope.

"Please! Let me go home! I just want to go home!" (y/n) cries out, her holding back from ripping her ears off as the chimes just got louder and louder until it just disappears. She gasps out in relief, looking around to see that she was no longer outdoors but inside a mall and she quickly recognises it as StarCourt mall.

"Do you remember what you did, (y/n)?" the girl whips her head around when she suddenly hears a voice, not recognising who it was. "Or have you already forgotten?" the voice echoes around her, it distorting around her. "When I kill someone... I never forget." the voice turns younger and she holds her hands to her mouth as she recognises the voice.

"(b/n)?" (y/n) whispers, slowly turning around to see him standing in front of her. 

"(y/n)? You're finally here." her brother sobs for her and she breaks down seeing him alive again in front of him. "You came."

"I'm here (b/n)! I'm here" 

"You came to kill me." (y/n) stops short before she could go to her brother, hearing the viciousness in his voice. "Is that why you're here? To abandon me again and leave me to die?"

"No! No (b/n)! I wouldn't-"

"-but you did." he hisses, walking towards (y/n) as he snarls at her, tears falling down his cheeks. "You left me to die. You are the reason I'm dead. You killed me. You abandoned me."

"I'm sorry (b/n)! I'm so sorry! I would do anything for you to come back to me! Please! It's my fault! It's all my fault!" (y/n) cries out, watching with wide eyes as blood trickled from her brother's eyes instead of tears.

"You moved on so easily, moved on without me. You killed me and forgot all about me."

"No (b/n)! I didn't! I love you! You're my brother I would never forget about you!"

"You should always remember the people you kill (y/n)." the girl sobs as she turns around to see Billy walking towards her. "You left us to die."

"Her walkman isn't working!" Steve panics, scrambling to try and fix (y/n)'s walkman when Billy drops back into the Upside Down. He takes it from him, letting Steve try to wake up Nancy, begging her to open her eyes as the kids above them scramble to find a song for the girls.

"Madonna, Blondie, Bowie, Beatles?Music! We need music!"

"This is music!" Eddie and Robin screamed at each other.

"Max! I need your walkman!" Billy screams out, panicking when blood trickles out of (y/n)'s eyes instead of tears. "HURRY!" the redhead quickly nods, taking off her walkman and quickly throwing it up through the gate before falling down. Billy catches it and scrambles to put in (y/n)'s cassette when Nancy suddenly gasps out and breaks out of Vecnas's curse, crying in Steve's arms.

"Billy... no... no please..."  she shook her head, crying as she saw blood seep from his chest and his mouth. "All I ever wanted to do was keep you safe-"

"-then what about me (y/n), you're own brother?" the girl turns around to see her brother start to decay away.

"(b/n)!" (y/n) tried to run towards him but she was locked in place, stuck standing in the middle of the mall.

"You would rather save your brother and not your lover?" Billy taunts her and she shakes her head.

"What about me (y/n)?" the girl wails out as she sees Max standing next to Billy, blood trickling from her eyes as bones snapped in her body.

"You don't care about us (y/n). We all die because of you." Voices of the entire Hawkins group echo around her, suffocating her as they begged and pleaded for her to save them. They begged her to not let them die, and pleaded for her to do something but she couldn't move as she was forced to watch her family die because of her. She was stuck and she couldn't save them, couldn't do anything to keep them alive.

"Please! Please don't do this to me! I'm trying! I'm trying!" (y/n) screams out as she tries to move her legs, the voices getting louder and louder as the walls of the mall suddenly started to spin and crumble away to reveal the Mindflayer as it roared. "No! Stay away from them! Please! Stop! Just stop!" (y/n) watches with fear as the Mindflayer sends out tentacles to pierce through all of her loved ones and she begs Vecna, calling out his name to stop, to not hurt. 

"What will you do (y/n)?" Vecna's voice whispers through her head as her loved ones scream out for her.

"Don't hurt them! Please! Let them go! Stop! STOP! JUST LET THEM LIVE! TAKE ME! TAKE ME!" (y/n) lets out an ear-splitting scream that silences the world around her as she falls to her knees.

Billy hyperventilate as he holds back his tears when (y/n) suddenly lets out a shrill scream that shook the earth, falling to her knees and he quickly kneels down with her. "(y/n)! Please, please come back to me!" he begs, putting the headphones on her ears and playing her song on full blast.
