Billy and (y/n) spent their time together looking at the stalls, mucking around with the different fabrics and the hand-invented toys. They tried the different sweets that were being sold and listened to vinyls of ACDC, Duran Duran, Bon Jobi and Mötley Crüe playing in the background. (y/n) persuaded Billy to buy vinyls of his favourite bands after she saw him admiring them, promising that she would let him play them on his record player at home. 

In turn, Billy bought some gifts for (y/n). She was interested in a walkman and a couple of tapes of songs she liked plus some films that she thought would be fun to watch with Billy. They ate the pretzels while they walked around, deciding to eat a small lunch at a restaurant nearby their house before dropping off the items they bought at home.

"What's the next stop, Hargrove?" (y/n) grins as Billy raises a brow at her.

"What happened to calling me Billy?" she shrugs, chuckling at how annoyed he looked. "Nope, you are not allowed to refer to me by my last name. That option is long gone now."

"I'm just playing you, Billy." (y/n) grins.

"Good. The only time you can say Hargrove is when it's your last name." Billy smirks as he catches her off guard with his comment, her cheeks flaming at what he was implying. "Don't worry, I'm just playing you Mrs Hargrove." he whispers in her ear and she gasps, shivers running through her body. "We're here princess." speaks up and (y/n) blinks at the building in front of her.

"An aquarium? That's odd, even coming from you."

"What can I say, it's best to keep people guessing." Billy took (y/n) around as she gawked at the different sea creatures, having his arm around her waist the entire time as she glared off at dudes that look her way.

"Oh, they have an ice cream store here!"

"That's mainly the reason we came here. Their ice cream is the best." (y/n) tugs Billy to the store and they both have their ice cream together while looking around the aquarium. They left early to have some dinner, the sun just starting to set as the couple sat down on an open balcony overlooking the ocean.

"This date has been so much fun Billy!"

"We got one more stop darling. I know you will like this one the best." he grins at (y/n) as she raises a brow at him.

"You've been spoiling me non-stop today, you're even paying for everything."

"You did say that I could pay for our next date. I intend to live up to that promise."

"Don't go too overboard here."

"Nothing is too much when it's for you." Billy kisses (y/n)'s hand that he was holding, her flushing from the cheesy line.

"God I can't resist your charms can I?" he chuckles lightly with her, the two spending their Californian sunset together at the posh diner restaurant.

"Why are we at a skating rink? I didn't peg you to be a skater." (y/n) snickers as Billy rolls his eyes, taking her inside to be blinded by the dark and a few strips of lights shining on the pathway.

"This may be a skating rink, but only during the day. During the night though," (y/n) gasps as she walks out into the open of a club, lights strobing around while people danced on the dance floor or drank at the bar. "it's a night club."

"Now this, is the best place I've seen yet!" Billy chuckles, taking (y/n) to the bar and ordering a couple of shots for the two of them. "You really know what a girl likes." she grins at him as she takes hold of a shot glass.

"A remember a certain girl enjoying Vodka and drinking a lot. Figured this might be her scene as the final stop."

"You got that right!" (y/n) easily downs the rest of her drinks, taking hold of Billy's hands after he finished his and drags him to the dancefloor.

The music was so loud that it reverberated through their bodies, numbing their minds and hearing but that didn't stop (y/n) from belting out the lyrics. Billy just smirked, taking hold of her hips and pulling her close to dance with her. Her back was against his chest, taking her hips to move against his as she leans her head back against his shoulder. (y/n) tangled one of her hands in Billy's hair, the other holding his hand that was on her hip which moved down to rub her pelvis.

Intoxicated or not, Billy couldn't get enough of (y/n), tangling his free hand in her hair to pull her head closer to his. Their lips were only a hairbreadths apart and he moves down to nip her bottom lip, smirking at the hitch of her breath before he turned her around to have her face him properly. (y/n) hung her arms around Billy's neck as he moved to hold her waist tightly, pulling her close and leaning down to her neck to kiss her softly. He peppered soft kisses against her skin, earning that sweet sigh from (y/n)'s lips.

He didn't want to do anything she didn't want, nuzzling his nose against her neck as he just held her tightly in his arms while they swayed to the music. He was in love with her, with all of her and he finally got his happy ending with her. He could make the memories with her in his childhood home, take her to places to experience in California, to just live with her and be with the person that loved him and made him feel loved.

"I am in love with you (y/n)." Billy mutters out against her shoulder, the music drowning out the words so she couldn't hear him but she did and her heart grew feeling the same way. Her memories may be temporary shot but that didn't mean her feelings for Billy were too.

(y/n) takes hold of his face and makes him look at her as she held his cheeks. "I'm in love with you too Billy..." His eyes widen as he catches the words from her lips before she pushed up to kiss him and he wasted no time kissing her back. 

Billy wrapped an arm around (y/n)'s waist to pull her closer, relishing in the sweet taste of her lips that he thought he would never be able to taste again. Shivers ran down his spine from the spark that lit between them, (y/n) kissing Billy deeper as he tangles his fingers in her hair. Everything finally felt like it fell into place as she held his face, caressing his cheeks lovingly as her lips moved against his sweetly before she lowly leaned back for air.

Billy groans softly, missing (y/n)'s warmth already when she moves back and he tightens his hold on her. "You have no idea how much I missed you (y/n)." he whispers, leaning his forehead on hers as he held back his tears. "I thought I lost you forever..."

"Like I said before... I'm not leaving you behind Billy... I made you a promise..." (y/n) whispers, a memory flashing in her mind of patching Billy up in a bathroom after an ugly fight as she mentioned the same promise to him.

"Good because I'm not letting you slip away again." He growls lowly before kissing her deeply.

"(y/n)! Let me out of here! Let me out!" Billy screams out as she looks around in shock to see that she was in a pool sauna room.

This... Something was wrong...

Something didn't feel right... this wasn't right...

"I've done things, (y/n). Really... bad things. I didn't mean to. He made me do it." Billy continues to beg and she looks at him with wide eyes, the door she swore was blue was now red. The rest of the room actually was red and covered in vines.

"Please, believe me, (y/n), it's not my fault. I tried to stop him, okay? I did!" Billy cries out but she tried to hear what he was saying over the incessant deep clock chimes.

"It's gonna be okay. We're gonna get that thing out of you!" she yells out, running towards the door, crying as Billy looked at her with tearful eyes. His body was riddled with vines and it was a horrible sight to see him in pain. The frown on his face slowly turned into a smile and (y/n) screams as Billy suddenly broke through the door, launching at her.

She falls on her back, gasping as his hands pinned her down on the StarCourt Mall floor. He hovered over her while the Mind Flayer screeched behind him, dark soulless eyes staring back at her.

"This is all your fault." His voice echoes and (y/n) shook her head. "All this is your fault (y/n)." He grabs her face and moves her head to the side and she sees the whole gang strung up like dead corpse puppets. She lets out a scream to see their dead faces, crying out for them. "You killed them all. This is all your fault. If you never came here, none of us would be dead." (y/n)'s head was sharply turned back and she cries seeing her dead brother's face looming over her, his body decomposing.

"I'm sorry! I'm sorry (b/n)! Please forgive me!" 

"If you didn't, he wouldn't be dead." (y/n) hisses in pain as her brother lifts her up by her hair, making her watch as Billy stands before the Mind Flayer protecting Eleven. She lets out a shrill scream as the Mind Flayer pierces through his body.

Billy stirs awake, suddenly feeling cold as he reached out for (y/n) to find that her body was missing. He quickly sits up, panicked as he looked around his empty bedroom before rushing out, calling for her. He checked all the rooms in the house and finds no sign of her, his mind going crazy that she was taken away from him until he runs outside the house.

"(y/n)!" he finds her on the road and she lets out a heartbreaking scream, falling to her knees and Billy rushes over to her. "(y/n)! Get off the road!" he yells out, eyes wide when he sees a car and he quickly grabs her, pulling her to the side to safety. "(y/n)! Wake up! Wake up! Darling please wake up!" he begs her, seeing her unconscious but crying. "(Y/N)!" he screams out, shaking her and she gasps as she snaps out of her nightmare, bursting into tears.

"Billy..."

"I'm here darling, I'm here." he pulls her into his chest, holding her tight as she cried on his shoulder, gripping the back of his shirt tightly. Billy's heart broke as (y/n) wailed out for him, not wanting to let him go and he knew that something was going to happen. Something bad.
