"We can use Driscoll as bait. If we let her go and follow her to where she needs to go, we can go to the source!" (y/n) points out after Nancy explains how the old lady was saying 'I have to go back', the flaying take place somewhere else where Eleven was prevented from seeing.

"If we can find the source,then maybe we can stop him. Or at least stop it from spreading or doing whatever the hell he's doingwith those chemicals." Nancy says and the two girlfriends nod at each other.

"Then let's go to the hospital!" Max exclaims, everyone running back to the cars to zoom off to the hospital the old lady was hospitalised in.

"Ok, just follow my lead." Nancy says as they get out in the parking lot, walking into the hospital but (y/n) pulls Billy to walk with her behind the group.

"What are you doing?" she shushes him, making him crouch behind the group and using them as a wall. (y/n) jogs past the group and hides against a wall, snickering to see the group getting caught by the lady at the front desk while she and Billy got to go off Scott-free. "It's amazing how I manage to continue to learn more things about you." Billy chuckles as they crouched against the wall, walking further down the hallway without being caught and ducking around a corner.

"Being someone unimportant sometimes has its perks." (y/n) shrugs as she leans against the wall with Billy standing in front of her.

"You are not unimportant, you're special." he smirks, tilting her face up as he held her chin, bumping his nose against hers. (y/n) smiles softly, leaning her head against Billy's shoulder and waiting for someone to join them. "Took you two long enough. Where are the others?" (y/n) looks up to see Jonathan and Nancy.

"Only two visitors allowed at a time." Nancy says, leading everyone to where the old lady was kept.

"Is it me or is it eerily quiet here?" (y/n) looks around seeing no signs of life on the floor of the hospital they were on, papers dropped to the floor and lights just flashing. Nancy furrows her brow, walking faster and opening the door quickly to where Driscoll was but it was empty with no body in it.

"Are you sure this is the right room?"

"Yeah." Nancy answers Jonathan as she flicks through the medical report.

The lights suddenly crackle and flicker. "She's gone home." the couples quickly turn around to find a flayed standing by the doorway. "We were hoping you might come back." Jonathan and Billy moved in front of their girls to protect them while Nancy tried to talk to Tom and snap him out of it but he was advancing on them quick.

Jonathan quickly grabbed the vase and smashed it against Tom's head. "Run!" he yells out, grabbing Nancy's hand and Billy grabs (y/n)'s tight, them running away from the flayed.

"Fuck!" there was another flayed standing in front of them, the couples sprinting down the other way of the hallway.

"Go, go, go!" Billy yells out as he rips open the emergency doors, the girls running down the stairs as the boys run after them. (y/n) struggles to open her bag while running, taking out short barrel rifles.

"You brought guns!?" Nancy gasps out.

"Of fucking course I did! If I get dragged into this shit, I ain't going empty-handed!" (y/n) tosses one to Nancy and Billy, Jonathan, unfortunately, being the only one in the group who doesn't know how to handle guns. "Fuck, I'm turning into a dangerous American..." (y/n) groans out, the group bursting out into another hallway. She turns around and starts shooting at the guy chasing them. 

He wails out in pain, stumbling back before growling at (y/n). "You're going to regret that."

"It's not working!? Bullets have to work right!?" (y/n) exclaims, yelping as Billy grabs her and drags her down another hallway.

"We lost the others!" Billy hisses out, trying to find Nancy and Jonathan but they were just gone. "In here!" he takes (y/n) into a room and she runs for the phone on the wall as he locks the door.

"It's ringing!" (y/n) panics as she hears the footsteps, hissing out for someone to pick up the goddamn phone on the other end.

"(y/n)!" she screams out when the small window in the door shatters, Tom peeking his head in with a malicious smile.

"Hi there. I'm here for you (y/n)." he unlocks the door and Billy fires at the flayed man but it doesn't affect him as he grabs the barrel and crushes it.

"You fucking bastard-" Billy hisses out, throwing a punch but the flayed man grabs his throat.

"No!" (y/n) screams but the flayed throws her against the wall, Billy choking when he gets slammed against a cabinet. "Billy!" (y/n) yells as she fires at the flayed before it could hurt him and it snaps his head to look at her, throwing a steel chair at her. She quickly dodges the object thrown at her but gasps as her rifle was taken from her and snapped in two. 

(y/n) shuffles back in fear as the man advances her, trying to look for another weapon. "Stay away from her!" Billy screams out, stabbing the flayed's back with surgical scissors and it cries out in pain, turning around while taking the scissors out.

"You son of a bitch!" it growls out and Billy sneers as he raises his fists, (y/n) slowly standing up.

"(y/n), get out of here!"

"No! I'm not leaving you!" she gasps as Billy punches the flayed, kicking him in the stomach and landing a few more hits when it grabs his arm and twists it. "Billy!" he groans out in pain and (y/n) quickly grabs the steel stool again, planting her feet and swinging her arms hard to smash it across the flayed's face. "Don't touch him!" (y/n) screams out as it stumbles against the wall, her quickly grabbing Billy and backing away from the flayed. "Your arm-"

"-I'm fine." he hisses out, shaking off the pain. "We need to go-" he gasps as (y/n) screams in pain, ripped from his side as another flayed grabs her by her hair and throws her out into the hallway. "(y/n)-" Billy groans in pain and falls to his knees when the other flayed stabbed his side with the scissors, fighting it off to try and get to (y/n). She groans out as her body skids across the floor, looking up to see another man she didn't know with dark vines crawling over his body.

"Billy!"

"Run (y/n)! Just run!" he screams out to her and she panics, seeing him struggling against the flayed but quickly gets up when the one in front of her tries to grab her.

"Billy-"

"-go!" her eyes tear up, not wanting to leave him and (y/n) quickly runs away from the flayed but it goes after her. She dashes down the hallway, grabbing a fire extinguisher and going into a random hospital ward with curtain dividers. She closes the door, looking for a place to hide and crouches behind some metal curtains. (y/n) closes her eyes, covering her mouth as she cried, hearing the creature call out for her name

"Oh (y/n)! I know you're in here. Just come out and we can stop this game." She tries to control her breathing, seeing the shadow of the creature.

"You hurt Billy! Now you mess with me!" she screams out, swinging her arm to smash the extinguisher against the flayed's face. She quickly steps back, seeing it groan painfully as he touched its broken mouth until it lurched back again as if it was hit again, the side of hit's head dented in.

"(y/n)..." it reached out to her and she swings the extinguisher down on its head, it crumbling to its knees. Its back suddenly cracks as if it was hit again by something else until black goo poured out from its neck on either side like it was stabbed by two people. (y/n) panted out as she dropped the extinguisher, the creature dropping to the floor in a dead heap of mass. She stumbles back, falling to the floor as she tried to catch her breath when the lights flickered around her.

"Not again... Please not again!" (y/n) quickly got up on her feet, feeling sick and disgusted as the body in front of her suddenly started convulsing and melting. She covers her mouth, the creature gurgling as turned into a bloody goo and she turned around to gag, trying not to puke.

"(y/n)!?" she heard Billy yell out for her and she felt the weight fall from her shoulders knowing he was still alive. She walked slowly behind the goo that crawled out of the room, seeing Billy on the other side of the hallway from her along with Nancy and Jonathan together as the goo from their side conjoined with the others.

"Guys..." (y/n) started panicking when the goo merged, growing bigger and bigger. "Guys!" she screams out, the lights suddenly turning off but flickering back on to reveal a giant meat creature roaring at her.

"(y/n)! Run!" Billy, Jonathan and Nancy yell out and she bolts for the exit door, slamming her body against it to open it as the others try to grab the creature's attention.
