"Are you fucking serious, Kong!?"

"I don't have any other way, Aim." Kongpob replied, showing his pleading puppy eyes that made Aim sigh.

"Don't look at me like that Kong! You know that this will be difficult for you!" Aim shouted back

Kongpob bit his bottom lips as he fidgeted in his place.

They were in the office cafeteria. Kongpob and Aim were just called by their boss to inform them that they have to move to Thailand within 2 months.

But when Aim and Kongpob were about to exit from their boss's room, Kongpob asked Aim to go ahead as he wanted to talk to their boss about something important.

Kongpob took more than one hour inside the room which made Aim curious about what his best friend might be talking about.

When Kongpob came out, he asked Aim to accompany him to the cafeteria.

He told Aim the most shocking news that Aim could have ever thought about.

"See Kong, cross-dressing like a girl is very hard. And you can't change your voice! How the hell would you do that? One day or other P'Arthit will figure out about you." Aim said, his voice filled with hopelessness.

Kongpob looked up Aim and sighed.

"I will make everything ready, Aim. I had talked to our boss already. Tom had asked me why I am doing this. Since he had been knowing me for these past years and know about me and Lia, he understood when I told him about my past. He agreed to help me with this. He told me he will change my ID and will collect duplicate records and passport."

Aim's mouth was wide opened as he heard what all Kong had planned about. He was sure that Kongpob had already set his mind for this, there is no way to retreat him from this.

"And about P'Arthit...." Aim's ears perked up at the name. He looked at Kongpob for him to continue.

"I will try my best to stay away from him, Aim. I'm not worth his memories. I not worth it for him, Aim. Its better he doesn't understand me. If he does then...I don't know. I might need to answer his questions which I don't want to. He is more than anything for me Aim. I want him to live without me. Maybe he has already forgotten me by now." Kongpob chuckled at his remarks.

"Kong..." Aim looked at his friend, his eyes filled with sadness.

"I'm fine, Aim. I'm fine. If one day he finds out who I'm really am then let it be but I don't want to give in so easily." Kongpob said as he smiled bitterly.

"I will go back to work, Aim. Have to finish everything before we go to Thailand." Kongpob said as he stood up, putting his ID card around his neck and walking away with his hands in his Jean's pocket.

Aim watched from the seat at Kongpob's retreated back.

Aim had always thought about how his friend could smile at outside while inside he's erupting like a volcano. Aim had been seeing Kongpob for the past 5 years and it was the worst years.

Kongpob was not the same Kongpob anymore that he knew. Kongpob was no more the brave person anymore. He is not the same person anymore who only looked towards the positive side of everything. Now, whenever Kongpob makes a decision, he thinks about the negative side and worries about it. Especially when it comes to Lia.

Kongpob's most charming smile that made everyone fall for him was no more existing. The cheerfulness and energy in his voice had long gone.

He has become thinner, dark circles under his eyes which he covers up with foundation creams, his face has long lost its glow.

The Kongpob that everyone knew was no more.

Aim sighed as he remembered how much his friend has suffered for the past years. Both physically and mentally.

The only thing that made Kongpob's thoughts away from death was Lia's presence.

Kongpob returned back home with many shopping bags in his hand. He walked inside to meet Rina who was waiting for his arrival. He smiled at her and gave her the day's payment before he bid her good night, which after he closed the door as she exited from the room.

Kongpob walked to his bedroom and was greeted with Lia's cute sleeping face. Kongpob's lips curved up as he saw his daughter nuzzling her nose against her plushy, her face peaceful and bright.

Kongpob kept the shopping bags in the bed and opened one by one to reveal different women's clothing, accessories, and makeup. Kongpob opened the last bag to reveal a long black wig. A small sigh left out from his mouth thinking about his visit to the hospital the next day for vocal practices, to be able to speak in a woman's voice before he reaches Thailand.

Tears whelmed up in Kongpob's eyes. He was not ready for this. He was not ready to meet Arthit, he was and never been ready to meet Arthit. It pained him a lot to even make the decision that he took 5 years before.

Kongpob rushed to the bathroom as small sobs left out from his mouth. The last thing he wanted was to wake his angel up.

Kongpob looked at his reflection in the mirror. Sobs continued to come out of his mouth. Tears rolling down his eyes.

"Why are you like this, Kongpob?! You are an idiot! You are not worth enough for this life! Why are still alive!? Why!? Can't you just leave everything and end your life!? You are a burden for everyone!"

Kongpob started beating himself as he blamed him own for everything.

Kongpob fell onto the floor and started crying aloud. He was no more the strong person everyone knew off.

"I'm sorry, P'Arthit. I'm sorry for coming into your life again. I hope that you had already forgotten me and will never recognize me. I'm sorry, P'Arthit. I love you so much."

His voice fading away as his eyes slowly closed, feeling the touch of water in his body from the shower which he turned on.

Flashes of Lia came to his mind.

Lia had always been his reason to live in this world. He knew many people hated him and he never bothered about it, but for Lia, he always tried to be the best. He doesn't want his baby girl leaving him one day.

Kongpob still remembered how the day during his delivery date was.

Flashback...

"May, can you please sit there? I'm fine." Kongpob tried to explain to May who was asking him every now and then how he was.

May raised an eyebrow at Kong but so sighed as she sat down.

"Kong, seriously? Can't you smile more, Kong? Why are you always like this? It will affect the baby." May said, his voice filled with concern.

"May, you know I can't do anything about that. You know I can't forget everything in such a short time." Kongpob said as he caressed his bulged belly.

May sighed as she looked at Kongpob. For the whole 9 months of pregnancy, Kongpob never asked for any craving. Nor did he had any mood swings. And May felt it different from what she had known about pregnant people. He feared that Kongpob's depression had taken him all over.

"I will get some water, May," Kongpob said as he tried with difficulty to stand up.

May sighed and sat in her place, she knew she would get an earful from Kong if she asks to take the job over.

Kongpob walked wobbly towards the kitchen, with his right hand on the belly and caressing it.

"Ahhh!!!!!! ,Mayyyy!!!!!!!!!"

Who was heard Kongpob screaming rushed to the kitchen in a panic. Her eyes widened at the sight of Kongpob lying down on the floor, holding his belly.

"May!!! I think it's time! I can't handle this!"

Kongpob's scream brought May back from her awestruck state.

She quickly bends down and touched Kongpob's belly which was rock hard. Her eyes widened and soon she helped her best friend to stand up.

"Please!!! I can't handle this!!! Ahhhh!!! No!!!" Tears started rolling down from Kongpob's eyes as the baby started kicking and moving inside the belly.

"Kong, please be strong! Please hold for a few minutes!" May said as she helped him get back inside the car.

May got inside the car and drove it towards the hospital. She called Aim and informed him to come to the hospital immediately and that Kongpob was going for his labor.

As soon as they reached the hospital, Kongpob was laid down on the stretcher.

"P'Arthit!!!! P'Arthit!!!!!! Ahhhh!!!!No!!!!" Kongpob's head turned vigorously to both sides as he called out for the person who means the world to him.

Kongpob was soon entered into the labor room. May was asked to wait out and pray for her best friend as the conditions were critical.

May sat near the labor room and was in shock. Not because her friend was in labor but she heard how clearly Kongpob was screaming the name of the person who he wanted to forget till the time he entered the labor room.

Tears rolled down from her eyes thinking of the torture her friend is having.

"May! How is Kong!?" Aim's voice brought May out of her daze.

She quickly turned towards Aim and hugged him, crying.

Aim sighed and hugged her back as she told how Kongpob screamed Arthit's name.

"He will be okay, May. He had come through this long. We will help him, May. We will never leave him like others." May nodded her head in her boyfriend's chest.

"Kongpob Suttilak's relatives?" The nurse's head popped from the labor room.

"Yes! Here!" Aim and May stood up quickly and approached the nurse.

"How is Kongpob? Is he find? How is the baby?" May asked the nurse.

The nurse smiled and nodded her head.

"Yes, both the parent and the child are healthy. There were some complications but we overcame them. And it is a girl child."

Wide smiles spread over Aim's and May's face as they heard the news.

"You can visit the mother and child after we move them to the room. I may take my leave now." The nurse said and went inside the room.

Kongpob slowly opened his eyes from sleep. His eyes squeezed shut at the sudden beam of light. His eyes opened wide as the sudden realization hit his mind.

"My baby!!" Kongpob screamed as he sat straight. He clutched his abdomen in pain because of the sudden movement.

"Kong! You're awake!"

Kongpob looked at the source of the voice to find Aim walking towards him with a wide smile on his face.

"Don't worry Kong. The baby is safe. And it is a girl." Aim said as he read the worry in Kongpob's face.

Kongpob's lips twisted to a smile hearing it.

"Where is she?" Kongpob asked excitedly.

Aim chuckled before he went towards a cradle at the corner of the room and took the small bundle inside it in his hands.

He walked towards his friend and handed the bundle to his hands.

A drop of tears rolled down Kongpob's eyes as he looked at the back round eyes which were staring at him.

"My baby! My baby!" He cried as he planted small kisses on his daughter's face. Making the baby girl smile as it tickled her.

"I love you so much, my dear. You are so beautiful!" Kongpob said as he chuckled, rubbing the small cheeks with his long fingers.

Flashback end...

Kongpob opened his eyes. His eyes red and puffy from crying.

He turned off the shower and dried himself and dressed up before he stepped out of the bathroom with his hair still dripping.

A small smile appeared in the middle of his depressed face as he saw his baby girl.

He walked to Lia and sat beside her on the end, planting small kisses on her head.

Kongpob quickly dried his hair with his towel when he found the water droplets hitting Lia's face.

"Kongpob I have told you many times to dry your hair properly! Here, come! I will dry it."

Tears drop down from Kongpob's eyes as the words for the person he loved the most played in his mind.

Kongpob wiped his tears with his palm and looked at his daughter who was sleeping peacefully.

"You know Lia? You are just like your father. Your round Black eyes, white skin, your cute dimple. Everything! Everything reminds me of your father. Do you know what is the meaning of your name Liane? It means the daughter of the sun," Kongpob chuckled.

"Arthit's daughter, my sun's daughter."

A bitter smile formed on his lips.

How can  I call him mine after all these years?

"I'm sorry I couldn't show you your father. I'm sorry baby. I hope you won't see him ever. I don't have answers to your questions."

Kongpob didn't know what he might face in the future. For now, what he knew was that his life is only for his daughter and he will never change it. Even if he meets the love of his life again.

That's what he believed.
