Author's note:

My friend told me I can't finish Runaway without giving you some kind of message. I wasn't planning on leaving just like that. LOL

I want you to know what this story means to me. It's so important to me because I found some kind of sanctuary, a safe place in it. And I sincerely want it to be a safe place for you too. I wanted to express what a loss of a loved one truly looks like and all the consequences coming out of it...grieving, hating on the whole world, not being able to stand on your own feet again. But (there's always but) I also wanted to show that it is possible to learn how to live again, no matter if you find your salvation in your friends, your family or a loved one. If you really want it, it's possible.

Both Nikki and Daniel deserved a happily ever after. After everything they went through, they really deserved that. She finally learned how to trust him and how to live with Sofia always being somewhere near. And Daniel...Daniel learned when it's time to let go. They both got some kind of message out of it which made them better people.

The last thing, I want to invite you to my new story, called Game of Lies. The first chapter is coming up in a week or two when I'll have read more than one chapter but I want to use this opportunity to announce it. Game of Lies will be a little different from Runaway. This means it won't be so innocent.

Summary:
