Instantly as soon as the police were there, gun shots were fired. The two men in the room with us against the ten officers.

Khylein screamed as one of the men fell onto her lap and she didn't give him a second thought as she pushed him onto the floor where he now lay motionless.

One man down, one to go. Or so the officers thought.

Louis didn't care about anything except getting these kids out of here. Once they were safely out of the building, he'd have officers search the building in case anyone had gotten killed. Then he'd have to tell the parents that have lost their children the devastating news.

He knew he'd have to tell some parents this because just looking around the room, you could tell there were not twenty students here.

Louis turned toward the door just in time to see a boy standing in the doorway and a man running down the hall.

Pushing past the boy, he took off after the man.
