Mikey lifts up the manhole cover.

"This is the way to the lair" Mikey said.

"Okay lead the way Mikey" Shinigami said.

The group climbs down the ladder and head though the swears.

"It's dark down here" Mikey said.

"I got you !" Raven said as her hands glows.

"Sweet" Mikey said.

"Why do you think we called her Raven?" Jaded said.

"Well I thought it was because she was like a Raven" Mikey said confused.

Shinigami pats Mikey on the shell.

"Where to Mikey ?" Shinigami asked.

"This way" Mikey said.

After 30 minutes they arrive at the lair. Mikey takes a deep breath. Shinigami places a comforting hand on his shoulder.

"It's going to be okay we have your back" Shinigami said.

Mikey smiles at Shinigami.

Mikey walks into the lair and heads into the dojo to see Splinter sadly looking at pictures.

"Dad ?" Mikey said.

Splinter turns around and sees Mikey. A smile comes to his face.

"My son" Splinter said.

Mikey runs up to Splinter and hugs him. Tears stream down Mikey's face.

"Dad I'm sorry that I ran away" Mikey said though tears.

"It's alright my son your home now and that's all what matters" Splinter said.

"I just took your advice to follow my own path but I got home sick..."

"My son I understand. You don't have to explain yourself" Splinter said.

"You do ?" Mikey asked.

"Yes when I lost my wife and daughter I left Japan to follow my own path I  wanted you to do the same thing" Splinter said.

"So your not mad ?" Mikey asked.

"Of course not my son" Splinter said with a smile.

Mikey smiles at Splinter.

"There's something I need to tell you" Splinter said.

"What is it?" Mikey asked.

"I didn't adopt you from the pet store like your brothers" Splinter said.

"Wait what ?!" Mikeu said confused.

"Sit down my son and I'll tell you what happened" Splinter said.

Mikey sits down in front of Splinter.

"It happened 14 years ago" Splinter begins.

Splinter was hiding in the shadows as he scots for food. He suddenly hears cries of baby in a alleyway. Curious Splinter went to check it out. In the alleyway he sees a baby turtle in a box. Splinter looks for a note but it wasn't there. He wonder if someone was looking for him. The baby turtle looks at him.

"Hello little one" Splinter said with a smile.

The baby turtle crocks his head to the side.

"Where's your parents?" Splinter wondered.

Splinter knew he couldn't leave the baby turtle. So he gently grabs him from the box and heads back to the shadows. He looks at the baby turtle.

"I think I'll call you Michelangelo" Splinter said.

Mikey looks at Splinter in shock.

"That's it ? What about my parents? Did I have a mom ?" Mikey asked.

"I never saw your mom" Splinter admits.

"This means I'm not related to my brothers! And your not my dad!" Mikey shouts.

"Sometimes a family dosen't need to be related by blood. Your still my son" Splinter said.

"I need to find my mom" Mikey said as he stands up.

"I won't stop you if this is part of your journey to finding your own path" Splinter said.

"Thanks dad" Mikey said.

"But remember you will always be my son" Splinter said.

Mikey smiles before exiting the dojo.
