Pidge fell asleep all cuddled up to lance while the rest talked about space or news on earth the paladins missed. The rest just smiling when lance placed his jacket over Pidge to keep her warm but still keeping his arm around her. "why not take her to bed, we wait for you to come back down" shiro said with a father like smile. "i dont want to wake her and seems so cute all cuddled up to me" Lance said with a smile as he looked down to pidge sleeping face. "someone gotta it bad" matt grinned as he waved his finger at lance and wiggled his eyebrows. "oh shut it" Lance blushed. "aww he even caught her shut its" Hunk smiled at him. "that it, I'm taking her to bed, night everyone" Lance sighed and careful picked Pidge up like she was the most important thing to him and she was. "oh i placed some old clothes in the room for her to use since I'm sure she would like some clean clothes, i also put some of my pregnancy clothes in their just in case she still in her alien form" Mrs holt said with a kind smile and Lance nodded with a smile before going to the stairs. 

"he really has changed after meeting Pidge, he not flirted with others once and he only use loving ones to her" Coran said with a proud smile. "they really are perfect for each other but if i catch him flirting with others while dating her not even the blue lion can save him" Keith said with a kind smile but smirked near the end. "i dont think even voltron can save him if we found him cheating" Shiro said going into dad mode. "he my friend and all but i kill him for hurting Pidge after making her full in love so much" Hunk hissed. "um lance has always be flirty, I'm sure he get board of Pidge and just move back to his old ways, what the big deal" Kate said with worry. "oh if he dares hurt our little girl after she finally smiled and opened up then god so help him" Matt said with a evil smirk. "we have all of space to hide his body or parts that left over after we get our hands on him" Keith smirked evilly and the other paladins along with matt all did a evil laugh. 

"oh be nice to the guy, dont forget he was the first person to reach his hand out to Pidge and made her believe the castle was her home while the rest of us just made her feel like family but if he dose end up hurting her then i know the perfect place to take him where the acid slowly burns" Coran grinned and the others nodded to him. "trust me boys you dont need to worry about him hurting her, i seen how full of love his eyes are when looking at her and how he only cares about her during a room full of others, he rather die then hurt her I'm sure" Mrs holt said with a bright smile. "but you would tell the cops we were here all night if we do find him cheating and he suddenly disappears .. right" shiro asked with a small smile. "we be helping you lot in making him disappear" Mr Holt warned. "oh Kate since me and lance be meeting our families at our base, wanna go with shiro, keith, matt and coran to look the lions over" hunk asked with a kind smile. "really that be super cool" Kate said excited.

"they got my death planned out, should i be more worry they already ready to kill me or upset becuase they think i betray you" Lance said confused since he could hear the rest downstairs as he laid on the bed with Katie laying her head on his chest and their arms around each other. 

Katie woke up cuddling up to lance and blush rushed to her cheeks as she saw his sleeping face. Their legs were tangled together and Lance arms wrapped around her keeping her close to him while her arms did the same to him. She laid her head on his chest listing to his heart and waiting for him to wake. After another ten minutes and the smell of food lance started to wake and smiled when he looked down seeing Katie still cuddled up. "Morning" Lance smiled and kissed her head. "morning, thanks for carrying me to bed" Pidge said with a smile ad kissed his chin since she was too tangled to reach any other part of his face. "anything for you, did you sleep well" Lance smiled brightly. "yeah i think last night was the best night i ever slept, what about you" Pidge asked with a huge grin. "the best" Lance smiled and after a little more cuddling they decided to get out of bed and get ready. Pidge dressing one side of the room as lance did the same both not daring to face each other until they hear an all clear from both. 

Lance mouth fell open and his eyes sparkled as Pidge was wearing a white dress that ended just above her feet. It had a green ribbon as a belt and the straps was green with the bottom of the dress being a green stipe. A couple of small light green flowers of the white and she just looked beautiful lance couldn't stop staring. Lance was just in his normal blue top and jeans since he bought spare clothes unlike Pidge who left them in the lion by mistake. 

"do i look bad in human clothes" Pidge said with worry as Lance was still staring at her. "no, you look beautiful, the most beautiful person i ever met" Lance smiled his breath still taken away and they both blushed. "really" Pidge smiled and lance walked over taking her hands. "i feel like I'm seeing an angle" Lance smiled and they kissed not seeing the door-way full of people watching with smiles. 

"oh I'm gonna cry" hunk said with a sniffle. "its ok to cry at something so sweet" Mr holt said already crying. "he got  me at the angle part" Matt said with a bright smile as he cried a little. "what the hell" Lance hissed as he and Pidge tuned to them all. "I'm so happy for you both" shiro smiled brightly. "dude you really caught a gooden, please make sure to never lose her" Keith said with a kind smile and lance smiled. "oh please tell me your two are going to get married, oh make sure to call me when you go dress shopping" Mrs holt smiled brightly making the two blush. "a wedding that a little too much for now" Pidge said blushing and holding hands with lance as he died from blushing. "dont worry we make you the best looking bride ever" Coran smiled and cried.

"oh she looks human again" Kate said as she walked passed and wonder why most of the guys was crying. "oh i did, why didnt you tell me" Pidge said with a small pout as she turned to Lance who found it super cute and couldn't stop blushing. "well i think your cute and beautiful in any form so i guess i didnt realise you changed" Lance said with a loving smile and Pidge pulled him into another kiss making the others walk downstairs for breakfast. 

They all ate breakfast and talk about silly little things on earth. Like how a soldier who trained with them all got married or how the queen speech went. Pidge didnt really understand most of the small chat and just sat eating. She listened with a small smile when she noticed how happy lance looked about talking about such silly things. She noticed how close he and hunk was to kate. She was a little jealous since Kate is just her earth self and Lance might start to fall for her by mistake. She thinks Keith noticed the little worry in her smile as she watched lance, hunk and Kate make small jokes because he sat next to her in the back of the first car. Shiro and matt sat in the middle seats while Mrs holt sat in the front seat while the soldier drove. Lance, hunk, Kate and Mr holt was in the second seat since Lance asked if he could sit with Kate to catch up. Katie didnt mind since she knew he must have missed earth and wanted to chat with his friend again. 

"Kate broke her leg the day shiro came crashing on earth trying to warn us, Lance and hunk felt bad leaving her in base why they went to space but they knew she be safe and could heal on earth. She was a bit jealous finding out they got to go to space and meet aliens along with so much more but its a good thing she didnt come" Keith said with a small smile. "a good thing, why" Pidge asked with worry. "because if Kate didnt have a broken leg then she would have been part of the team and helped us trace the green lion faster meaning we might have never met you, I'm glad we got to meet you Pidge" Keith said with a kind smile and Pidge felt happy that he rather have met her instead of being on the same team as Kate. "thanks keith, I'm sorry for worrying over such silly things" Pidge said with a small smile. "no worries, I just hope that explains why he so excited to talk with Kate since he had to leave her behind while saving the world since its something she would wanted" Keith smiled and Pidge nodded before they both went in a comfy silence and looked out the back windows. 

"are you sure, you be ok while i go see my family" Lance said with worry and he held Katie hands in his. "i be fine lance, go to your family I'm sure they missed you as much as you missed them" Pidge smiled kindly. "just call me if you need me, I coming running without fear" Lance smiled and kissed her cheek. "go have fun" Pidge giggled and waved as her boyfriend and hunk walked inside the base along with Mr/Mrs holt. 

"Pidge you can run ahead and be with green while we walk with Kate since we gotta explain the rules about the lion and how she should not touch certain parts of the lions" shiro said with a small smile. "sure, thanks" Pidge smiled and started running towards her lion who sat up once feeling Pidge coming near. "it seems her lion missed her as much as she missed her" Matt laughed with shiro, Coran and keith. "so that the green lion, you think if i didnt break my leg i would have made a bond" Kate asked as they walked shocking them all since they didnt think about what would have happen if Kate came. "no, Pidge made a bond with the lion long before you broke your leg, she only trust Pidge" Keith hissed shocking Kate a little. "well who knows the truth, Green might have picked Kate since Pidge would still be stuck on her planet but we never know" Coran said with a small smile. "I sure missed a lot with you guys, so who lion can i enter first" Kate said excited as they reached the lions find pidge talking with green as she laid on green paw. 

"I'm so glad you like the dress, i like it too after hearing lance call me an angle, humans have good taste" Pidge giggled as she talked to her lion who turned in her mind or just purred at her. As Katie laid talking with her Lion her thoughts started going wild after hearing Kate laugh and joke with the others as they looked around shiro lion.

"what if Kate did join the team, would she still have the lion"

"Kate is just her earth version and all the other lions went for a human so would green chose Kate later"

"was she good enough to be the green paladins since she was different from them all"

"if Kate came to her planet two years ago would green let her become the green paladins, she would have been in bed with a broken foot so she just see the lion fly off with Kate if that did happen" the green lion tried to commutate with pidge telling her that she only wanted Katie as her paladin but Pidge thoughts just kept clouding her.

"did the other paladins trust her or was trick into trusting her because she had Kate face"

"what about lance" Katie froze as that thought pop into her head.

"did lance really love her or did he love Kate" tears started to fall and the green lion started getting restless and growing a little making the other jump a little.

"did lance love Kate and Katie was just a replacement for her becuase they had the same face" more tears fell and the green lion started roaring making everyone in base hear and Lance started running towards the lion with worry with Hunk not far behind him.

"would Lance start to fall in love with Kate and leave Katie" tears fell and the green lion put up a force field over herself making keith, shiro, matt, Coran trapped outside trying to break it open to see if Pidge was ok.

"what if Lance did leave her for Kate, Kate was so much better then her. They been friends during training, he always look out for her, they had their own jokes, he smiled around her, she had less problem then Katie and Kate was a human girl something Lance was know for wanting" Pidge fell more depressed and couldn't hear the green or other lions roars. She couldn't see that a force field was placed around them. She had no clue what was happening as she cried on the paw.

"what happened"  Lance yelled as he reached the outside f of the green lion force field. "we dont know" matt said with worry. "how the hell do you not know, you were right here" Lance yelled at him and Keith tapped him on the shoulder. "calm down, we dont know what happened since one minute she was laughing with her lion then all of a sudden the green lion started going crazy making our lions start roaring and then the field went up" Keith said with a frown. "unlike the paladin of the lion can close it down but Pidge isn't moving, cant Kate do it since they the same person" Hunk asked with worry and trying to think of plans but Lance grabbed his big friend. "how the hell are they the same person" Lance growled scaring hunk and Keith was able to pull him of. "The lions only pick one paladin at a time, if the green lion chose Kate all of a sudden then she no longer have a bond to Pidge, we could try but I'm not sure if Pidge ever be bond with the lion again" Coran said with worry.

"no losing the green lion with hurt her and if the lion picked her earth self that might break her even more since she feel like she just a replacement to the human Kate" Lance said with worry and placed a hand on the field. "you dont think Pidge started fearing her place being taken by earth Kate, it might sound crazy but she did just meet this planet Kate and she was never met to leave her own planet meaning everything she done with us was gonna be with Kate and now she scared she no longer needed" Shiro said with worry as he thought about it. "why would she be scared of losing everything to me, she the alien who could end up killing us all" Kate says with worry. 

"because you are her from this world, you were wanted, you have family and friends, you were part of the group from the start, she see you as the better Kate or Pidge in this world while she just a replacement to you since you couldn't join us, she must be feeling like a replacement for you for all of us to use and with allura going crazy at her for not being normal that would just make her think she worth less for not being human" Keith sighed as he thought about it all and why she was truly worried over lance and Kate friendship. "but Pidge is pidge while Kate is just Kate" Matt said with a frown as he held his left arm.

"we know that but Pidge never had a family, never had friends, never had a real home she was always being used or was made to suffer so she start to fear once she found someone who would be better then her in her eyes anyway" shiro said with worry and Kate felt a little offended. "well in my eyes I'm the better model" Kate pouted. "we just need to make her feel like she belongs and not just a replacement but with this force field we cant" Hunk hissed and they other paladins tried breaking it but no use. "if this goes on the lion could go wild trying to calm Pidge or prove she the one who she wanted to bond with" Coran said with worry.

"please, let me stand by her side, she needs me and i cant just stand watching her like this" Lance cried and the force filed opened a little making him fall inside but keeping the rest out.

Lance stood up and noticed the others yelling something but he couldn't hear them, the field must have been soundproof. After seeing where Pidge was laying he ran over to her and hugged her in the tightest hug he could.

"Katie, please calm down" Lance cried as he hugged her passed out body. "your the only person i love in this world, your the only person i want to smile and make laugh, your the only person i want to protect even it meant me dying, your the one person who ever stole my heart ... so please wake up and be mine" Lance cried into her hair not caring how sappy he looked.

"Lance" Pidge said shocked as she opened her eyes and feeling him embrace. "its you who i want Katie, no one else" Lance cried still hugging her. "lance i dont want to lose you" pidge cried and hugged him back. "you never lose me Katie, i promise to always be by your side no matter what" Lance smiled and grabbed her cheeks. "really but I'm not as good as earth Kate, i could never make you happy" Pidge cried and Lance kissed her. "Katie your what makes me happy, if i ever lost you i lose the will to live" Lance said with a loving smile and put their foreheads together.

"I'm sorry lance, i didnt mean to lose my cool" pidge cried. "you have nothing to be sorry about, its my fault i should have loved you more and made sure to never let of your hand" Lance said with a sadden smile and Pidge held his cheeks. "no lance dont blame yourself, your the best thing that ever happened to meet and I'm so happy to have all your love" Pidge smiled and kissed him, the two sat their smiling and hugging each other. Not seeing the force field come down and everyone walking closer with smiles if relief.

"i love you Katie" Lance smiled brightly and eyes full of love that only ever aimed at her.

"i love you lance" Pidge smiled brightly and they kissed once more before hearing a slight cough from keith.

"we all here as well" Keith smirked with his arms crossed. "at least its not over the live chat inside the lions this time" hunk grinned making the two blush. "they have came far but being so lovely dovely in public is your next worry" Coran smiled and the two lovers stood. "family hug" matt said with a huge grin. "family hug" Pidge giggled and they all hugged pidge making it hard for her to breath but she just smiled as she remember she was truly loved. "just remember Pidge, your the person the green lion choose and your pidge who part of this crazy family, we could never want someone else" Shiro smiled kindly and Pidge cried tears of joy. "we all love you pidge ... well i love you most" Lance said with a smirk as the others glared at him for flirting.

"shouldn't you get back to your families since you two just ran from the base and I'm guessing you didnt tell them anything" Kate said with a worried smile while both lance and hunk went pale with worry.

"my family gonna kill me" Lance said with fear. "oh god i left the family cake cooking, it gonan be so burned" hunk said with worry. "well nice knowing you lover-boy lance" Keith smirked and patted his arm. "we miss your cooking very much hunk" matt said wit ha grin as he patted hunk arm and both boys turned to shiro for hope. "I'm proud that i got the chance to fight with you both, you always will be remembered" Shiro said with a smile and both boys pouted. 

"are parents that scary" Coran asked since he dont remember this scared when it came to his own parents. "yes its an earth thing" Kate giggled. "go find them and make it up to them by spending the rest of the day together, we can have our team voltron dinner at breakfast instead" pidge said with a kind smile and kissed lance cheek making him smile at her. "nope, your coming to meet my family .. i cant wait to show of my own little angle" Lance grinned proudly and carried Pidge bridal style towards the base.

"what a man, he gonna distract them with his girlfriend so he gets to live" Matt said shaking his head as they watched him walk away with Pidge. "what a smart idea, man what a horrible time to be days away from shay when i need her" Hunk sulked as he started walking. "dont worry hulk i come with you and say that i set your lion of by mistake and that why the cake burn, then i leave you to have happy family time" Kate smiled as she and hunk started to walk. "hunk just admit he was dating shay" Shiro said with a grin. "he lucky lance didnt hear that since he be winding him up over it" Coran smiled and shiro/keith phones went of. 

"well lance didnt hear it but it seems Pidge did since she turned to her alien form heard with her cat ears" Keith smirked as he couldn't wait for the talk during breakfast. "wait why would Pidge change forms, isn't she meeting lance family wouldn't she be too nervous in her true form" Coran said with worry and the two boys phone went off again. "it seems lance wanted his family to meet her in her true form since he sees her beautiful either way and wanted to show them how cute and lucky he was to catch her heart" Shiro said with a sweet smile and tears falling. "wow he smooth" Matt laughed.
