I wake up with a fright. I heard something. I don't know what it is but I heard something. I jump out of bed and rush to the front of the store.
Right at the front of the store I see something sitting on the ground. I don't know what it is.
Slowly, I take a step towards the object. I pick it up and am so surprised I almost drop it.
It can't be. That doesn't make sense. I can't process this. It must be from the same person who sent the letter. This needs to end right now. My secret can't get out.

I sit up quickly. There's someone in the cottage. I don't know where or who but there's someone here.
I look around and I don't see Dearie. Suddenly the whole world stops. What if something happened to her?
I jump out of bed and run towards the door, where I run into Dearie. Why is she out of bed? It's weird, she shouldn't be up in the middle of the night.
"Oh, you scared me. I thought someone broke in. I didn't realize you were up." I say to her after a few seconds of us staring at each other.
"Oh ya. Sorry about that I just got up to..um...to...get water"
She's hiding something I know it. I don't know what it is but she's hiding something. But for the moment I just nod and go back to sleep.
