anger of the storm

Her mind was somewhere else. Bibiana was lucky not to see Bivolo in the eyes because she had so much anger bottled up inside her. Even if they put her in the Pipeline or cuffed her with some special handcuffs. She would've found a way out or said mean things.

"No signs of macular damage. Your retina and cornea seem unaffected," Caitlin told Barry, after checking his data. Bibiana bit her lip as she thought about something.

"I told you, I'm fine," Barry assured them.

"You said Bivolo whammied you. No desire to go MMA on any of us?" Felicity asked.

"No," Barry said. "I mean, something weird happened with his eyes for a second."

"Weird thing?" Caitlin asked.

"Yeah, everything went red," Barry said.

"You were right," Caitlin replied. Bibiana was confused, but then again, she was out looking for the perfect cupcake.

"Okay, next thing you know, Bivolo was gone," Barry explained. "Look, obviously didn't work on me, so--"

"It was stupid of you to go out there alone with Bibiana. You take too many risks," Caitlin stated. "As fast as you are, that's gonna catch up with you."

"Caitlin, I'm not Ronnie. You gotta stop treating me like I am," Barry told Caitlin.

Bibiana covered her mouth from the outburst. Because you do not bring out the dead finance card.

"You're right. You're not," Caitlin said. She walked out of the cortex.

Bibiana left to go to the training area. She wrapped her fist and started to punch the punching bag. Her frustration with the meta was getting to her. She was also wondering when Barry would ask her out. When she'll let the cat out of the bag. When she'll start having a better relationship with her family. When she'll start to feel normal. She always had a mask that covers that pain up.

The girl punched the punching back again with all her problems and angry. The bag ripped open, spilling all the sand onto the floor. She was breathing hard as she tried to catch her breath. Bibiana kneeled down and saw that the sand turned into part glass. It came to her attention that she must've punched with her electricity.

She got up and went back to the cortex. Felicity was on the phone when Bibiana took a seat.

"Okay. I'll call you back later," Felicity said. "That was the Arrow. He says Barry is acting strangely."

"Strange how?" Dr. Wells asked.

"He's been whammied," Joe answered, entering the cortex. "He was acting angry. It was scary. And his eyes they glowed."

"It's possible his body's fighting the effects, so it's hitting him slower," Caitlin stated.

"When it comes to rage, that's not good," Dr. Wells pointed out. "The longer you suppress emotion--"

"The bigger the explosion," Felicity finished.

"You go all Hulk on people," Bibiana commented. "Oh, you people have to be happy I wasn't affected. Cause I can be pretty mean."

"Considering what he can do, how do we even stop him?" Joe asked. Everyone turned to look at Bibiana.

"Oh, no!" Bibiana said. "It's too dangerous for the both of us. I can accidentally kill him or he can trap me in a room and make me feel claustrophobic. Good thing I never mentioned my biggest fear before."

"A cold gun would come in real handy right about now," Cisco said. Too bad that Captain Cold has the cold gun.

"Hey," Joe responded.

"I'm just saying," Cisco said.

"None of us can stop Barry," Dr. Wells stated. He looked at Bibiana. "Well, without killing him. Fortunately, Felicity and Bibiana know someone who can. I think you better call back Oliver Queen. We're gonna need the Arrow's help."

Everyone looked at Bibiana and Felicity. Bibiana was surprised that Dr. Wells knew who the Arrow was. Then again, it didn't take much to figure it out if you were a genius.

"Ooh, see, I knew the Arrow was Oliver Queen," Cisco stated. "I mean, I had it narrowed down to a list of 150 people, but he was definitely on that list."

Digg looked at Cisco before he turned his head. "So you have a way to stop Barry's rage fest?"

"I have an idea about how to do that. Joe, I'm gonna need your help," Dr. Wells informed them.

"We need to find him before he hurts somebody," Joe said.

"We have him," Felicity replied. Bibiana cracked her fingers and Felicity looked at her amazed. "Facial recognition picked him up on a traffic camera downtown. Oh, God."

"Is that Eddie?" Bibiana asked, looking at the surveillance better. The girl got up and immediately went into her suit chamber. With a flash of purple light, she walked out as Electric Storm.

"I know that you have risked your life to help people, to save them," Iris said. Electric Storm silently dropped next to Iris and held a fight to her lips. Or where her lips would've been since she expanded her mask to cover her whole face. "Someone who does that does not suddenly turn around and wanna hurt people. Please."

The Flash turned his head a little and was about to attack Eddie. The Arrow shot arrows at Barry. He pulled the red little hulk off of Eddie.

"Go!" Electric Storm shouted with her fake voice. "Both of you! Go now!"

"You need to calm down," the Arrow told the Flash.

"And you need to hold on," Barry said. He took off with Oliver.

"My money is on Electric Storm," Bibiana heard Caitlin's voice.

"I'm flattered but I need to help the Arrow," Electric Storm said. She needed to stop relying on people for rides. Bibiana looked at the phone lines and hoped she could do what the Mist could do.

The girl imagined her electricity in her body, turning into pure electrical form. Her body went into the power line and found herself where Oliver and Barry were. In her actual body and not as electricity.

Bibiana was so happy she got there before Oliver shot the power box. She ran far from it because it was a reflex from her past life.

"You missed," Barry said.

"No," Oliver replied. The box exploded, which caused Barry to be thrown.

"You need to calm down, Barry," Bibiana said before she performed her new trick. She appeared in a different spot and saw that Barry had an arrow stuck onto his body.

"Two thousand milligrams of horse tranquilizer should be hitting you anytime soon," the Arrow stated.

Electric Strom stood next to him. They both saw Barry take out the arrow and started to burn off the tranquilizer.

"Do you happen to have any more?" Bibiana asked, charging up her hands. With at least enough to hurt Barry. She hoped.

Before Oliver could reply, Barry started to run around the two. The Arrow looked at Electric Storm as he notched another arrow. Bibiana wrapped herself around Oliver as he shot the arrow and lifted them towards a building. Barry ran up the building and met them at the top.

"We're not done," The Flash stated.

"Crap!" Bibiana yelled. Barry pulled her into the building but let Oliver fall. The girl looked over the ledge and saw Oliver shoot another arrow. Barry ran down the building, leaving Bibiana at the top.

"Barry is trying to kill Oliver. Also, I learned something new," Bibiana explained over her earpiece. The girl did her trick again and found herself on the ground.

"Is that all got?" Barry asked.

Bibiana watched as the two fight before Oliver hit Barry in the face. She watched Barry hit Oliver all over the body. The girl wanted to shot Barry but she couldn't risk it with Oliver there. Barry threw Oliver on the floor.

The Arrow had two arrows shot at Barry which he caught.

"Fool me once," Barry said. Oliver threw an arrow at Barry's leg. Bibiana proceeded by throwing electricity at Barry. The two men got up.

"I still believe in you, Barry," Oliver said.

"Barry," Bibiana added.

Barry ran with a fist ready to punch Oliver, but he caught it and hit Barry. Oliver grabbed Barry and turned him around towards the open alley.

A white van arrived with Joe and Dr. Wells inside. The S.T.A.R. Lab turned to the side and the doors opened. A flash of colors started to flash. At one point, Oliver let go of Barry as they watched the colors. Once they turned off, Barry was groaning.

"Barry?" Oliver asked. "You okay?"

"Oh, this is gonna be a special kind of hangover," Barry said. Bibiana let out a chuckle before she threw herself at Barry and hugged him. Her little nerd hero was back to normal. She let go of him.

"Fuck it," Bibiana said. Her mask disappeared and she reached up and kissed Barry. When they pulled apart, Bibiana's mask appeared again.

The three of them were walking down the alley, as Oliver helped Barry.

"Oliver, I'm sorry," Barry said. "And Bibiana, I'm sorry for the note I left."

"What note?" Bibiana asked confused. She had no idea Barry left an angry note in her apartment.

"This is not your fault," Oliver said. "But we still have your metahuman to take care of. Anything left in the tank?"

"Well, if not, there's three of us, right?" Barry said.

"Right," Oliver said.

"Can we get Wing Stop afterward?" Bibiana asked.

"My identity is a closely guarded secret known only to a few and if it were to get out it will endanger my family, my friends and it would embolden my enemies to retaliate at me through them," Oliver explained.

"The world will never know that Oliver Queen is the badass green riding hood," Bibiana stated.

"What Oliver is trying to say is that he had a lovely time working with you and getting to know each of you and he can't wait to do it again soon," Felicity said.

"Right," Oliver confirmed. Bibiana was secretly shipping the two and hoping they would get married soon.

"You know it didn't sound like that's what he was saying," Cisco said. Bibiana let out a burp as she finished eating.

"I may not agree with your methods, but thank you," Joe thanked Oliver.

"You're welcome," Oliver replied.

"Hey, if I had a DNA sample I was unable to fully break down do you think you could isolate the genetic markers for me?" Felicity asked Caitlin.

"Sure. What's the sample from?" Caitlin asked.

"Canary's murder," Felicity said. Bibiana frown at the mention of that. Her and Felicity had talked over the phone over the death of Sara Lance.

"Of course," Caitlin replied.

"Mr. Queen, I met your father once. A charity event," Dr. Wells said. "One of the things we spoke of was you. I think he would be very proud of the man you've become."

"Thank you," Oliver responded. "And please, call me Oliver."

"Tell Digg, I'm buying him lunch next time I go to Starling City," Bibiana said. Her friends had already bugged her about her kiss with Barry. There was more to deal with later.

Barry kissed Bibiana with passion before they sat in Bibiana's kitchen. He destroyed the note before Bibiana could see it and cooked dinner. He was upset over his talk with Oliver and Iris but Bibiana brightened up his day.

"What did you cook for us, chef Allen?" Bibiana asked. She smelled something delicious. It reminded her of something important.

"So, I looked up some traditional recipes from your dad's family background," Barry explained, rushing to take out the food. "It took several tried but I mastered at making dumplings and Ma Po Tofu."

"Oh, they look just as yummy when I ate them when I visited China," Bibiana stated.

The two talked, laugh, and ate the food. The girl finally felt normal for once and not left in the ruins. It was a moment she hoped would never end.

"Bibiana Ai Solace, will you be my girlfriend?" Barry asked.
