T H I R T E E N:
frozen to the atoms
"I figured out a way to track Captain Cold," Cisco said, walking into the cortex.
"Captain Cold? I kinda like it," Bibiana said, looking down at a paper. Her eyes were red and puffy but nothing that makeup can't fix. Well, except her powers and her red eyes.
"You gotta stop naming these guys," Caitlin said. They all knew that the nicknames made everything seem less real.
"Barry, listen to him," Dr. Wells told Barry. Who had ignored Cisco.
"How?" Barry asked, after letting out a sigh.
"The cold gun is powered by an engine control unit," Cisco said. "A microcomputer that regulates air to fuel ratio so the sub-cooled fluid in the chambers don't overflow and-"
"Explode," Felicity said.
"Right," Cisco said, pointing at Felicity. "This ECU was receiving updates wirelessly from my tablet. If I boost the signal using Central City's network and send a false update, we'll get a pingback and then-"
"We can locate Snart," Dr. Wells finished off.
"How long will it take?" Barry asked.
"Uh, first, I have to hack into the city's network, so 30 minutes maybe?" Cisco said. Bibiana scoffed, with her and Felicity, they can have it done sooner.
"Bibiana and I can do it less than 30 seconds," Felicity said. Bibiana grabbed her laptop and started to hack at the same time as Felicity.
"You forget. When it comes to hacking Felicity and I are the ones you call," Bibiana said. It brought them back to their college years. They were hacking to expose people but that little hobby went downhill their senior year.
"Fastest women's alive, bitches," Felicity said. "I didn't mean to call you bitches. I was just saying what Bibiana would've said."
"She has a point," Bibiana said. They were done before Felicity said anything. "We were done 10 seconds ago."
"Are you kidding?" Caitlin asked.
"You are talking to the girl who hacked into the Pentagon for fun and the girl who can almost hack into my programming," Bibiana said.
"Hey, I'm close to decoding your codes," Felicity said.
"All right, I'm sending the updates," Cisco said. "We're connected."
"Network is triangulating the location," Felicity said. Bibiana ran to her suitcase and got into it.
"We got him," Caitlin said. "He's heading west on Nelson toward the train station."
"If he's leaving, it appears Mr. Snart may have gotten what he came for," Dr. Wells said. Bibiana walked out of the automatic dresser, looking like her alter ego. Electric Storm.
"When we put our minds to it, dude, nothing can stop us," Cisco said, a few seconds after Barry took off and came back. Barry then turned off his earpiece. "Oh, you turned off your earpiece off. How are we gonna talk to each other?"
"I don't feel talking right now," Barry said. He then took off. Bibiana was still standing with her team and she had a paper stuck to her face.
"Why am I still here?" Bibiana asked, removing the paper from her face. Everyone turned to face her.
"Do you want to read that paper?" Caitlin asked. Bibiana brought it up to her face and started to read it.
"He doesn't want me there," Bibiana said. "Because last time, I almost died if it hadn't been for my electric shield."
"Wait, electric shield?" Cisco asked amazed.
"The more important question, you almost died!" Caitlin and Felicity yelled at the same time.

Everyone was so into keeping track of Barry, that even Bibiana abandoned her work on her shield. She checked the only information that his suit was telling them.
"You should go after Barry," Felicity said. Bibiana looked at Felicity before she looked back at the work. She was still in her suit.
"You heard him, Felicity," Cisco said.
"He wants to do this alone," Caitlin said.
"I won't be able to get there in time," Bibiana said. "I can run the average speed of any human and people can get my plate numbers."
"Of course he said that. He's hurt," Felicity said, responding to what they all said. "You're his team and his friends. If I had a nickel for every time the Arrow told me to back off, I'd be as rich as Oliver Queen. Who I mention because he's the richest person I know, or used to be. The point is you have your partner's back. No matter what."
"I have something that might help," Cisco said. He pointed to the LED machine that was in the corner of the room.

"Drop it," Cisco told Snart. He was pointing a cold gun at Snart, who was pointing a cold gun at Barry. Bibiana stood by Cisco, with electricity crackling in her hands. Caitlin and Felicity behind them. "This is a prototype cold gun, four times the size, four times the power."
"And I have 200 mA or 0.2 AMP, enough to be lethal," Bibiana said, her purple electric mask looked more dangerous than ever. "It would be a shame if I turn it up enough to the point where it can stop a heart or fry a brain."
"I was wondering who you were talking to," Captain Cold said. "I also wondered who the girl under the mask is."
"Hey, unless you wanna taste your own medicine, I'd back the hell up," Cisco said.
"Or unless you want something I recommend," Bibiana said.
"Your hands are shaking. You've never killed anyone," Snart said, taking notice of Cisco's shaky hands.
"There's a first time for everything, Captain Cold," Cisco said.
"But Electric Strom has," Bibiana lied. One o one of having a military family. You learn how to withdraw information and lie better than anything.
"I will shoot you and she will electrocute you," Cisco said.
"You win, kid," Snart said, withdrawing the gun. "I'll see you around."
Snart started to walk away.
"Hey, leave the diamond," Cisco demanded.
"Don't push your luck," Snart said. Caitlin and Felicity powered down the machine.
"I couldn't shoot him if I wanted to," Cisco said, turning to Barry. "This is actually the S.T.A.R. Labs vacuum cleaner. With a lot of LEDs."
"I never killed a man on purpose," Bibiana admitted too. She let her electricity enter her body again. "Military training is actually paying off."
"Let's get you warm," Felicity told Barry, helping him up. Bibiana bit back a frown and held her facial expression neutral.
"Thank you," Barry told Cisco.

"We've been trying to track Snart," Cisco said, "but he must've disconnected the signal somehow."
"We'll find him, Cisco," Barry said. "Together."
Bibiana stood next to Caitlin with her phone in her hand. She had forgotten that she broke her tablet and was forced to use a small device.
"You have a great team here, Barry," Felicity said. "Speaking of teams I should probably get back to mine."
"It's nice meeting you, Miss Smoak," Dr. Wells said. "Please extend a hello to the Arrow for us."
"I will," Felicity said. Bibiana looked back down at her phone when Barry got closer to Felicity.
"Bye, Felicity," Barry said. The brown haired girl typed onto her phone with such speed.
"Bye, Barry," Felicity said. Bibiana looked up to see Barry and Felicity hugging. When they pulled apart Felicity looked at Bibiana. "Bye, Bibiana. Don't be a stranger next time you go to Starling City."
"And you better stop trying to hack my things," Bibiana said. She held up her phone. "I already have an entire album full of your face and I'm sure I don't need more."
"Oh ha, ha," Felicity said. "And don't you forget what I told you."
"I won't," Bibiana said with a real smile. "Bye, Felicity."
"Remarkable young woman," Dr. Wells said when Felicity left. "She's special."
Bibiana started to gather her things. It was time to go home.
"Yeah, she is," Bibiana heard Barry say. She had everything in her arms as she left the building and to the place she loved.

"Come on, Black Widow," Bibiana muttered. Her eyes were glued to Black Widow being badass. "You can beat his ass. I still love you, Bucky. But Natasha is a fine piece of art."
Bibiana sat on her couch eating ice cream while watching Marvel movies and shows. It how she dealt with feelings she didn't want to deal with. It is also how she survived high school and living with three boys and two military parents.
There was a knock on Bibiana's apartment door. The girl paused the movie and set down her favorite ice cream. She stretched her body before she headed to the door. Bibiana looked through the peephole and saw Barry Allen.
She opened the boy to see that she had four boxes of pizza, two bags of chips, some drinks, and a jacket.
"Hey," Barry said. "You left your jacket at the lab and I was thinking. Since we both almost died at the hands of Captain Cold, we should celebrate still being alive."
Bibiana stared at him with a straight face before she stepped aside and let him in.
"Come in," Bibiana said. Barry speeded over to the couch as Bibiana closed the door. She walked over to her kitchen and open the freezer. "What kind of ice cream do you like? I basically have every flavor."
Bibiana found herself on her couch with a slice of pizza in her hand while watching the Winter Solider.
"I got it covered," Barry said. Bibiana's heart was racing fast and she didn't know what it was from. Instead, she enjoyed the moment and watched the movie with Barry.
