F O U R:
electric fire
The warm water ran down Bibiana's back. She knew she should hate the thing that can kill her at any minute if she let out a spark. But the water was something that kept her in check. She stood there for a good few seconds before she turned off the water.
Bibiana dried herself to the best of her abilities before she put on her undergarments and a white robe. She walked into her room to smell something smoking. The girl closed her eyes and let a spark run through the nearest outlet. When it returned to her body she knew there was an electrical fire. Bibiana grabbed her phone and ran.
She quickly sprinted out of her apartment and into the hallway where she pulled the fire alarm. Soon everyone was trying to get out. Bibiana ran into every room and helped as many people to the stairs.
The girl of electricity turned on her phone and called Cisco.
"Hey, Cisco," Bibiana greeted. She ran into the stairs and headed a floor up to help more people. Another small electricity was sent out and informed her that the fire was upstairs where the cables were fried.
"Hey, Bibi," Cisco replied. "What's up?"
"There's a fire in my apartment building," Bibiana said letting out a cough. Smoke was entering her lungs. "The firemen are on their way but I need someone faster to get here as there are people trapped in their rooms."
Bibiana stuck her phone into her robe pockets and kicked open a door. She should've considered changing first but that wasn't her priority at the time. Her eyes scanned the area as fire consumed the room.
"Help!" yelled a voice. Bibiana used her arm to cover her nose as she followed the noise. "Mom! Mommy!"
Bibiana eyes widen at the sound of a child's voice. She quickly rushed to the child and embraced her in a hug.
"Hey," Bibiana tried to say in a calm voice. "Everything is going to be okay."
"Where's my mommy?" The girl asked.
"Somewhere safe," Bibiana promised. "But I need you to come with me."
Bibiana took off her robe, not caring that she was in a fire in her underwear.
"Cover your nose with this," Bibiana instructed. She picked up the girl and tried her best to shield her from the fire. She turned around to see that the fire was blocking their exit.
"Oh sh-" Bibiana stopped herself from cussing. "Poop."
Her eyes then fell on a guy in a red suit. He ran towards them and took them outside. Bibiana was able to set down the girl before Barry took her back inside. They brought out several more people before Barry took off with Bibiana.
He dropped her off in an alley before he took off again. Barry then returned and threw clothes at Bibiana before he turned around. The girl quickly changed.
"I'm dressed," Bibiana announced. Barry turned around and saw that her face was covered with ashes.
"Are you okay?" Barry asked. Bibiana nodded her head. She was about to reach into her pockets to call a cab when she remembered. Her phone was in the robe that the little girl had.
"Do you have anything else for me Cisco?" Barry asked in his headset.
"Barry, it's Caitlin," Caitlin told Barry.
"Hey Caitlin," Barry said in a tone that caught Bibiana's attention. She sent him a confused look. "How's your day?"
"Get back to S.T.A.R. Labs. Now. And pick up Bibiana on your way," Caitlin commanded.
"On my way," Barry replied.
"Are we headed to work?" Bibiana asked.
"Yes, mind hopping on?" Barry asked. Bibiana hopped on Barry's back. He was about to take off when he winced in pain.
"Are you okay?" Bibiana asked taking notice of his pain. Especially since he touched his head.
"Just peachy," Barry replied. "Hold on."
Bibiana's grip tightened on Barry's neck the moment he took off. Everything blurred into one color.
Soon Bibiana fell off of Barry and onto the floor when they arrived.
"Never again," Bibiana moaned. She then let out a cough. "Medical attention please?"

"Have you lost your minds? Who do you two think you are?" Caitlin asked while treating Bibiana. Once she was okay, Caitlin took off walking with Bibiana walking behind her.
"Well, I'm the eyes and ears, and he's the feet," answered Cisco.
"And I'm the victim of an electrical fire," Bibiana added, wiping away the ashes from her face.
"This isn't funny. You could have gotten yourself killed," Caitlin said. "You can't be running around the city like some supersonic fireman. And you, Bibi, you can't go into the fires saving everyone and almost get yourself killed."
"Why not?" Barry asked. "That is what we talked about. Me using my speed to do good. I even saved Bibiana."
"We talked about you helping contain other people who have been affected by the particle accelerator explosion," Caitlin replied. "Meta-humans. And aside from Clyde Mardon, we haven't found any. And I appreciate you saving my best friends life but it wouldn't have happened if she left the building."
"People in the city still need help. And I can help them," Barry argued.
"We can help them," Cisco added. Bibiana bit her lip and thought about something.
"Will you please say something?" Caitlin asked Dr. Wells. Bibiana turned around to see her boss.
"I think what Caitlin is saying in her own spectacularly angry way is we're just beginning to understand what your body is capable of. Not to sound like a broken record, Mr. Allen, I do caution restraint."
"I still think we need a bell on you, Dr. Wells," Bibiana commented.
She tried to reach for her phone again before she remembered again. Instead, she went over to a table and picked up her tablet and started to type away.
"Dr. Wells, I doubt restraint is how you got to be the man you are today." Bibiana winced at that sentence. She had also accidentally sent a spark to her tablet. During the fire, her gloves were on her bed but she ran past them during the time of need.
"In a wheelchair and a pariah," Dr. Wells said. "Lack of restraint is what made me these things. Know your limits."
"Don't expect me to patch you up every time you break something," Caitlin told the speedster. Bibiana continued to type away on her tablet.
"Hey, uh, did anything happen out there today?" Cisco asked. "The sensors in the suit were kicking back weird telemetry. Like your vitals spiked for a few seconds."
Bibiana snapped her head up.
"Oh God," Bibiana said in horror. "This better not have to do with anything you seeing me in my underwear."
Barry's face turned red at the mention of that.
"Wait, he- he saw you in your underwear?" Cisco asked in disbelief. "This is so awkward for me."
"No!" Barry's eyes widen. "No. No. It didn't have anything to do with that. I just never felt better."
"I hope so." Bibiana used a warning tone. She walking over to her favorite seat. She sat down and immediately started typing again.
When she saw that Barry was on the phone, she grabbed a stapler and placed it on top of her papers. Bibiana needed to go out and a buy a paperweight. Barry took off running letting papers fly off except hers.
"When do you think he'll realize he didn't take his clothes?" Dr. Wells asked while Bibiana went back to her work.
"I give him seconds," Bibiana answered. "Before he gets new ones."

People usually say that when you bite your tongue it doesn't hurt, but when you do it by accident. It hurts way more than it should. That was a lie for Bibiana as she continued to type on her tablet. She wasn't concerned about her phone since she could buy a new one or have it returned.
"What are you working on?" Cisco asked. Bibiana looked up from her work and stared at Cisco.
"It's a debate and preparation for something that I know deep down will happen," Bibiana answered. She finally finished it before she sent it to the nearest computer.
She leaned over it and started to type something else before she showed it to Cisco.
"We were able to make a suit for Barry that would be able to resist his speed," Bibiana said. "So what if we could make one that is resistant to my electricity when I go all Strom Girl."
"Okay, first of all, don't do the naming thing again. Secondly, red doesn't suit you," Cisco said. Bibiana gave him an offended looked before she realized that's how he usually felt.
"Okay, so what did you have in mind?" Bibiana asked.
"What do you think of the color purple?" Cisco asked. The girl held out her hand and let a spark of purple energy dance.
"It's always been my favorite color," Bibiana answered. Cisco leaned over Bibiana's work and fixed a few things.
"A mask would be good too. Can't have you going Black Widow on us," Cisco said. "And what're your thoughts on Electric Storm?"
"I lo-" Bibiana got cut off by Caitlin.
"He did it again!" Caitlin said. Barry was far behind her as she sat him on the table.
