T W O:
There was a loud crash that caught Cisco and Caitlin's attention. They both and looked over at Bibiana who had purple electricity consuming her hand. She looked at it in shock, pun not intended, as she tried to calm herself down. This shouldn't have been happening. For the past nine months, she has been trying her best not to see a single purple electricity.
"Here," Cisco threw a pair of rubber gloves at Bibiana. "I made these high tech gloves that can control your electricity in your hands. It made out of rubber to keep it contained but it also had wired in it so you can still use the electricity without feeling pain."
"How did you know about the pain?" Bibiana asked. She tried very hard to hide it.
"You would let out a groan everytime you were about to so Ms. Sparks on us," Caitlin said. Cisco shook his head.
"Ms. Sparks? No. No. Bibiana needs a cooler name," Cisco said.
". . . but Detective West and his daughter gave me permission to bring you here where we were able to stabilize you," Dr. Wells said while entering the cortex with Barry.
"Iris?" Barry asked.
"Iris, yes," Dr. Wells said. "She came to see you quite often."
"She talks a lot," Caitlin said passing by them.
"Also, she's hot," Cisco added. Bibiana could agree with that statement.
"And she's nice," Bibiana said. She put on the gloves that immediately camouflage her skin color. Now that was Cisco forgot to mention.
She walked across the room and picked up a tablet. Her eyes scanned the data collected from Barry. Bibiana felt like her old self for a second.
"I need to go," Barry said. The girl looked up to see him heading for the door.
"No. You can't," Caitlin said. Bibiana went after him and grabbed him by the collar of his shirt.
"Hey!" Barry said.
"Listen to them and I'll let you go," Bibiana told him.
"Caitlin's right. Now that you're awake, we need to do more test. You're still going through changes. There's so much we don't know," Dr. Wells said.
"I'm fine, really. I feel normal. Thank you for saving my life," Barry said trying to back away. "Uh, can you let me go?"
Bibiana released her grip and let him take off running.
"Really?" Caitlin asked towards Dr. Wells and Bibiana.
"I made a promise. I'm a person of my word," Bibiana shrugged. Barry then appeared again.
"Can I keep the sweatshirt?" Barry asked.
"No, you have to return it and run around shirtless," Bibiana said sarcastically.
"Yeah, you can keep the sweatshirt," Dr. Wells said.
"Okay," Barry said before he left.
"He seems to have taken it better than I did," Bibiana noted out loud.
"But we still don't know if he has powers like you," Dr. Wells said.
"For his sake, I hope he doesn't," Bibiana mumbled.

Bibiana took off her jacket and set it on her chair. She took off her gloves and was ready. It was no secret that she has trained with her electricity. It was either she didn't want to hurt anyone with it or she wanted to know that she was still good.
They were currently in an empty lot that belonged to S.T.A.R. Lab. They were going to see what Barry could do.
"You don't believe he can run that fast, do you?" Caitlin asked.
"Well, I believe anything is possible especially with Bibiana. In a few minutes maybe you will too," Dr. Wells answer.
"How does it fit?" Cisco asked Barry. The boy who claims to be fast walked out looking like a bicyclist.
"It's a little snug," Barry said.
"At least you'll be moving so fast, no one will see you," Cisco said. Bibiana took out her phone and snapped a quick picture or two.
"Not unless these pictures get leaked," Bibiana said. Barry let out a groan while Bibiana hid them in her phone.
"See, you thought the world was slowing down. It wasn't. You were moving so fast, it only looked like everyone else was standing still," Cisco explained. "Dr. Wells will be monitoring your energy and Caitlin your vitals."
"What do you and Bibiana do?" Barry asked. The girl looked up and set her phone down. She joined them.
"I make the toys, man. Bibiana helps with her talent with computers," Cisco said. "Check it. This is a two-way headset with a camera we modified designed to combat battlefield impulse noise. Or in your case, potential sonic booms. Which would be awesome."
Cisco took off Barry's helmet and walked away. Caitlin then walked over and started to press a few things. Bibiana also walked away to check her energy levels to see if it was normal for her.
"What?" Caitlin asked.
"Nothing," Barry said. "I just noticed that you don't smile too much. Either of you."
"My once-promising career in bioengineering is over. My boss is in a wheelchair for life. My best friend is stuck with something that she doesn't want. The explosion that put you in a coma also killed my fiancé. So this blank expression kind of feels the way to go. I don't have Bibiana's humor to sometimes smile."
Caitlin walked away and joined Bibiana. The dark haired girl tilted her head as she read her readings.
"This is normal enough for me? Right?" Bibiana asked with a frown. She did not like how high it was.
"If our calculations are right. It is," Caitlin answered.
"Mr. Allen, while I am extremely eager to determine your full range of abilities. I do caution restraint. Not only for you but also for the safety of Bibiana," Dr. Wells said. Bibiana walked over and stood next to Barry.
"Yeah," Barry answered. He turned around and got ready for the track starting thing. Cisco stood next to Bibiana with a speed monitor in his hands.
"While you are running, you may feel something trying to attack you. This will help push you a bit but it will also help me," Bibiana explained. A small spark appeared in her hand before it disappeared. "You may go anytime you want."
The second Barry took off running, Bibiana stood her ground while shooting purple electricity after him. She ignored what her friends were saying as she tried to make the electricity keep up with Barry. Just to say, it involved a lot of math.
Bibiana almost hit the speedster when he ran into the dead-end barrels.
"Was that me or was that him?" Bibiana asked in a pure panic.

"It looks like you had a distal radius fraction," Caitlin said, showing Barry the tablet.
"Had?" Barry asked.
"It's healed. In three hours," Caitlin said.
"How is that even possible?" Barry asked.
"We don't know. Yet," Caitlin said.
"How can you run so fast? How can I shoot electricity and control it?" Bibiana asked while playing a game on her phone.
"You really need to learn how to stop," Cisco said.
"What happened out there today?" Dr. Wells asked. "You were moving pretty well while Bibiana shot electricity at you. Then something caused you to lose focus."
"I started remembering something," Barry said. Bibiana looked away from her phone. "When I was 11, my mother was murdered. It was late. The sound woke me up. I came downstairs and I saw what looked like a ball of lightning. Inside the lightning, there was a man. He killed my mom. They arrested my dad. He is still sitting in Iron Heights for her murder. Everyone, the cops, the shrinks, they all told me what I saw was impossible. But what if the man who killed my mom was like me?"
"Well, I think I can say unequivocally, you are one of a kind," Dr. Wells said.
"Yeah, you have speed and I have electricity. There isn't anyone else out there like us that we know of yet," Bibiana said.
