Six

"What are we doing here, Harry?" I asked him looking around the room. He brought me to his apartment or as they called it, flat in London. It was nice and calming.

When we entered there was a short hall then we got to the living room, it was painted in light brown and other colors that did not match, but somehow he matched them so well! He had some pictures of London hanged up on the wall in black and white, but I noticed there was not any photo of his family.

It made me wonder why, but it was none of my business. He sighed and sat on his brown couch smiling. "Nothing, I just thought we could change our place. We always meet at the cafe and I got bored, so why not meet here?"

"Do you live alone?" I sat down next him.

"Yeah!" He smirked. "Are you scared, Eve?" I laughed at him.

"Me, scared?" I shook my head. "Why would I be? I could kill you in a minute while I'm blindfolded." I smirked.

"Eve, have you forgot our lessons?"

"I did not curse or said a bad word, and I did not act very rude at least." He slapped his hands on his both thighs then rubbed his hands grinning.

"Okay, so let's start our lesson!" I turned around to face him better and nodded. "Our second lesson is me asking you some questions." I frowned after he said that because basically, I hated it when people asked me questions, it never turned out well. He sensed that I was not feeling comfortable so he put his hand on mine.

"Are you okay? Did I say something wrong?" It was not a big deal, but I knew that he would ask some personal information. Everyone did when you spent with that person a lot of time, you needed to know him better.

"No, it's just I hate it when people ask personal questions about me."

"Do not worry, Eve. If you don't want to answer then it's okay, I understand." I nodded smiling. He smiled back and turned himself to face me on the couch. "First question, do you have a brother- Oh wait!"

"Harry, we are not on a date and you are trying to get to know me, you know?" I laughed and he slapped his hand on his forehead.

"Yeah, sorry!" I realized that his hand was still on mine all that time. I decided to tease him about it.

"Is my hand so soft or are your hand is glued on mine?" I smirked. He raised his eyebrows then he got what I meant. His eyes went wide for a moment then he pulled his hand quickly off mine. I burst out laughing, that was what I always did when I was around him. He was a funny person and I had to admit that after a long time, I kinda enjoyed his company.

"Sorry," He said looking down at his hands that were now in his lap, he was playing with his fingers embarrassed. I decided that I wouldn't tease him again, but I noticed a bit of red shade on his cheek.

"Aw, did I make you blush, Harry?" I giggled. He looked up and glared at me. "Okay, okay. Sorry!" I put my hands up in defense and contained myself from laughing harder.

"Back to the lesson. Do you fight with your brother a lot?" I nodded. "Because of your attitude?" I chuckled remembering my fight with Nathan two weeks ago the day I met Harry.

"Um, yeah! Like the day we met, I fought with him first because he ate my favorite cereal and it was gone. So, I chased him to teach him a lesson."

"You are so mean!"

"Yeah, I know!"

"It is just a cereal for god's sake!"

"Well, I always loved that cereal and everyone knows that! Plus, I ate it everyday since I was child because my dad made me get used to it."

"Oh, that reminds me. I always have wondered where is your father?" I frowned. That was why I hated it when they asked questions. I was not the person you could read or know anything about easily. He noticed my changing mood and I did not answer like he said, if I did not want to answer then I shouldn't and that was what I did. "You do not want to answer, right?"

I did not say anything because I was drowned in the thoughts of him and Elizabeth, how both of them seemed to be in love. I hated that and it drove me mad, I could not see him with my mother together anymore. That picture was ruined forever and for the first time, I was glad that Nathan did not have to see that and I hoped he would not.

I did not want him to be like my dad, to love and marry then leave his children and his love behind. But I did not want to think like that a lot because I could reach to the point where I would hate my dad, and I couldn't do that. I never forgot what he taught us or his memories and laughs with us.

"Eve?" I zoned out and looked at him.

"S-Sorry." I stuttered embarrassingly.

"No, no. It's okay." He smiled. "Talk whenever you are ready. Remember you are the winner here and I go by your rules," He said. I smiled for the first time feeling happy that finally someone understood what I felt.

"Thank you, Harry." He smiled wider.

"Wow, for the first time I feel like you meant it."

"I really do, you are the first person to understand me. I appreciate that."

"No problem." I sighed. He looked at me and studied my face as if he was trying to read me, after staring at me for a few seconds he spoke. "Do you want to ask me something?"

"Um, yeah. But it's okay, never mind."

"Oh no, ask really. Be comfortable."

"Well, I noticed that you don't have any picture of your family."

"Oh, yeah. It's just, I miss them so much and when I put their pictures around me, I feel home sick and that does not help my case. So, I just did not put them, but they are always in my heart," He spoke so quickly for the first time. I raised my eyebrows confusedly, he never spoke that fast. "What?"

"It is just you always talk slowly and you just talked so fast for the first time!" We burst out laughing, after we stopped I felt bored and I did not feel like taking any lesson at the moment. "Harry, I'm so bored. Can we stop the lesson?"

"Yeah, that is enough. Um, would you like to drink something?" He nodded agreeing then he stood up and headed to the kitchen.

"Yeah, what do you have?"

"Coffee, tea, green tea, soda, juice and- oh, detox tea? What the heck?!" He looked at the box carefelly before throwing it off his shoulder. "When the hell did I buy that?" I chuckled.

"Hey, You just cursed!" He turned around and glared at me.

"You are not my mother," He said in a childish tone, I smirked and pulled out the chair that was in front of the kitchen table to sit on it. His kitchen was opened to his living room and looked nice just like the whole apartment. It makes you feel like home and feel safety to be honest.

"Tea is good," I spoke as he put the kettle on the stove then he turned around and leaned on the table. He gave me a questioning look after thinking for a few moments.

"What is your talent?"

"Well, I really do not call it as a talent, but like I enjoy making accessories or design stuff."

"Oh, like do it yourself stuff?" He chuckled as I nodded. "Well, that is an amazing talent, not everyone could do things like that and accessories by themselves. Whether they are lazy and buy it or fail at it. Also, you could be a designer one day."

"I wish." I smiled.

"But do you design clothes and dresses?"

"Yeah, but my guilty pleasure is designing t-shirts, right now!" I pointed at my t-shirt. I designed it by myself, I drew a wolf on it because I loved wolves and then I put studs on it to trace it. It looked good and it was my favorite of all the t-shirts I had designed.

"Wow!" He looked impressed, at least I had other talent than being rude. "It looks amazing, you have to teach me how to do that. Or even better, design for me one." I giggled nodding.

"Yeah, sure! Oh and I could do bracelets too." His eyes went wide for a moment.

"Really?! Because I love them, I have like a huge collection."

"Yeah, me too!" The water was boiling so he turned around to the stove. "I have always wanted to learn how to do them, and you will teach me." He put two tea bags in two mugs then held the kettle and poured the hot water in the mugs.

"Hey, was that an order?" I asked raising my eyebrows. He turned around smirking at me, he walked towards me holding our mugs in each hand then he gave me mine nodding.

"Yes." I was surprised, no one had ever bossed me or ordered me anything. Other than my mom and dad, of course.

"No one order me anything, Styles." He clapped his hands with another impressed look on his face.

"How did you figure it out?"

"Well, I saw your ID." I smirked. When I entered his apartment earlier, I saw his ID. It was thrown on another table beside his wallet and keys. "A tip from me, never throw your important stuff around." I gave him an advice back like the one he texted me.

He laughed. "You are smart."

"Well, you are not the only smarty pants here."
