personality
Agatha is a spitfire. Her fiery spirit is as bright as her hair and is fueled mostly by emotion. She always listens to her heart when making decisions. She knows there are some instances where it would be best to listen to her head or her gut, but her heart hasn't failed her yet! Though her emotions can often get the best of her - when she's upset her temper is quick, her romantic nature has led to some questionable decisions, and she often jumps head first into situations - they give her the valuable ability to connect with others. She is kind and empathetic. It is easy for her to put herself in someone else's shoes in order to understand and help them. Though she can be occasionally oblivious of her own situations, she will always offer advice to anyone who needs it (and despite her reluctance to take her own words to heart, her advice towards others is not half bad). Aggie is someone who relies heavily on her connections with others and will go towards the ends of the earth for anyone who needs her. Though she is quick to lend a helping hand, she is reluctant to accept major help from anyone. She'll gladly accept advice about a troubling situation, but if it's something big, she would rather be by herself, as she doesn't want to drag others into her problems. She has to try numerous times on her own before she reaches out to anyone, and her stubborn nature makes this even more difficult. While she doesn't always like to reach out for help, she is more than willing to convince people to go on adventures with her. She has an outgoing and adventurous personality which has gotten her into some good and bad situations. Though she has made some mistakes, Aggie doesn't mind. She is always looking to learn from the world around her and believes that her heart will guide her way.

backstory
Back in the Enchanted Forest, Ariel was a mermaid who held a deep curiosity for the human world. Though they were not supposed to get involved with the humans, Ariel could never help herself from watching from afar and collecting small trinkets and items. One day, she witnessed a shipwreck and immediately got involved. She spotted a sailor drowning and brought him to shore, falling deeply in love with him. But before he could fully awaken, she left, not knowing if he would remember her at all. Ariel soon discovered that every year at high tide, Ursula granted merpeople the ability to walk on dry land. Seeing that this was her chance to see the sailor again and discover if he remembered her, she seized this opportunity and returned to the shore, this time as a human. She soon discovered that her sailor was actually a prince, and after confessing their love to one another, they thought they would live happily ever after. But that was not the case. Multiple obstacles stood in their way, but the small bumps in the road were nothing compared to the curse. Once it hit, the two were separated and lost their memories. In Storybrooke, Ariel is now known as Agatha, a swim coach at the local high school who often spends her free time singing in her small apartment and spending time at the dock. Her past is a bit cloudy, but she doesn't dwell on it and instead spends her time in Storybrooke, completely unaware of her true past.

occupation
Aggie currently works as the swim team coach at the local high school.

likes and dislikes
likes: Swimming, tea, singing, spending time with friends, old necklaces, trying new hairstyles, animals (it's not uncommon for her to volunteer at the shelter), coaching the swim team, vanilla, strawberry ice cream, the piano, and folktales.
dislikes: Winter, snow (but she likes the rain a bit more), being unable to express herself, when people talk over her, lying, keeping secrets, heights, public speaking, dystopian novels, waking up late, and hospitals.

personality
Tristan is too smart for his own good. His mind works at a mile a minute, connecting dots that most people can't see and figuring out answers as quickly as possible. In addition to being intelligent, he is resourceful and always pushes himself to think outside of the box. When his determination is added to his hopeful attitude, there is practically nothing that can stop him from discovering whatever it is he's searching for. Once he gets started on something, he will not stop until he finishes it. Even if the situation looks bleak, he will push through it. If anything, low odds just make him all the more determined to get to the finish line - he's always been someone who enjoys a challenge. Tristan is an optimist and never fails to see the light in whatever dark situation he is in, and will see the good in people that seem bad. He prides himself on being able to connect with people and learn from them. Sometimes he can be too trusting and often gets ahead of himself when he gets an idea. He doesn't always think of how things can go wrong or will not consider the possibility that he could be incorrect. It's at these moments that he will go to the people he cares about in the hopes that they will believe him and possibly offer some sort of aid. He sees the value in depending on others, even if it takes them a while to come around. Finally, Tristan is courageous. Even when he feels fear or doubt, he will push through. His determination to help others and find the truth will always drive him, despite whatever is thrown his way. He's not completely fearless, as he believes it is impossible to never experience doubt or fear, but he's pretty close to it and will do anything to reach what he wants.

backstory
Tristan's backstory is very different from the others in Storybrooke. He is the second child of Snow White and Charming, but he never really got the chance to know his parents in the world of the Enchanted Forest, as he was sent off to the regular realm with his sister in an effort to escape the curse. The two were put into the adoption system, but were quickly separated. Instead of escaping the curse, Tristan was launched right back into the arms of the very woman who had set it: the evil queen. Growing up, Tristan had no concrete sense that anything was amiss. Sure, it seemed a little weird that no one ever left or came to town, and some of the people gave oddly inconclusive answers when he asked about their lives, but he was a kid and didn't think much of it. He was cared for by his adoptive mother and overall, had a great life. Until on one of his birthdays, the book showed up in his room, a little bow and note taped on top of it. The note didn't say who it was from or how it had gotten there, only that he should read its pages carefully. So he did. As time went on, he kept returning to the book and after reading it cover to cover, he noticed the similarities. All of the things that had seemed mildly strange when he was a kid made more sense when he looked at them through the lens of his storybook. He came to the conclusion that the town was under a curse, and there was only one person who could save it. Without hesitation, he got to searching and after tracking down his sister, went to find her and explained as much as he could. And that is where our story starts.

occupation
Tristan claims his occupation is being a "detective" because he's figuring out the truth about this town, but he's really just a sophomore in high school.

likes and dislikes
