It is clear to all that know her that Penelope is ambitious. She has a strong sense of determination and confidence, qualities that she is quite proud of. She isn't afraid to go for what she wants even if certain things seem out of reach at the time. She is clear-headed and extremely logical, as well as intelligent, something that is clear to everyone she meets. She often goes by what her head and heart tell her to do. Once she gets started doing something, it is impossible to pull her away from it. As a result, there are times she can get too focused on the small details or the outcome, which isn't always bad, but there are certainly situations where she needs to look at the bigger picture. Penelope is also unafraid to share her opinions and thoughts, even if people disagree with them. She is almost always honest and direct. At times, this can make her seem intimidating or cold. But that isn't exactly true. Penelope is clever, creative, and witty. She genuinely cares about the people around her, even if she doesn't know someone incredibly well. She's got a sensitive side that she doesn't really like to show to many people, but it's still there. She knows what she wants and isn't afraid to go get it, but if it comes at the price of hurting someone she loves, she will not hesitate to find another solution or way to go about things. When it comes to her passions or someone she truly cares about, any belief that she's cold or superficial breaks down. She turns animated and bubbly, a big smile coming to her face as she talks about what she loves. She dreams big and though she tries to stay focused on what's in front of her, she often has stars in her eyes. When it comes down to it, she's a big softie on the inside. She just doesn't like showing that soft side to everyone.

- Penelope has a pet cat that she adores. The cat's name is Peaseblossom (Pease for short) and he was named after the character in A Midsummer Night's Dream.
- She is currently working as a newspaper editor, in addition to working part time at a bookstore near her house.
- If you couldn't already guess by her occupation and the name of her cat, Penelope is a very big fan of literature. In addition to loving to read, she loves to write fiction - though this is more of secret, personal passion than something she likes to share. She'd love to be a published author, but it seems like an unreachable goal. She doesn't share her works in progress with anyone.
- Penelope absolutely adores old movies, poetry, and flowers. She's a very big (secret) romantic.
- Her birthday is September third.
- She is pretty close to both of her parents, though between her mother and father she is closer to her mom.
- One of her common nicknames is Penny, though practically no one aside from her close friends and family call her that.
