Continuation of the Amnesia part 1

Under the darkness,where no light is supported. A girl with long golden wavy hair started to look around her surroundings,she was scared but at the same time curious on what's happening. She started to walk forward,even if she can't see anything,only to feel or take the latter that she doesn't trip on anything.

"I HATE YOU!"

'What?' Ruby's head turned to the direction of the sound. She was shocked to hear her own voice that made her afraid.

"I HATE YOU!" There it is again,her voice. Instead of going forward again,she decided to follow the voice. With only a few steps,she could see a little light that's flashing right infront of her. Immediately running to the light,thinking that this is all a dream—only to stop on her track and watch as tears started to flow.

While walking, a bunch of scenes randomly played like as if she's watching a movie. She noticed that these scenes are mostly about her past that couldn't help but see and recall them all. That's when she reached into a pure red void and saw someone.

"Martis?" She muttered under breathe and frozen on her feet, more tears started to pour out,only to stop when something grabbed her ankles,making her back away but tripped down. Ruby groaned in pain but was immediately placed with panic when she saw her friend Guinevere crawling to her, the blonde maiden backed away, only to have one of her hands grabbed then backed away again to another horrific scene. It was Alucard, Miya and Gusion who are now crawling close to her. Soon enough, more people started to arrive and crawl close to her. All of them have cuts, bruises and fully covered in their own blood —that almost made them unrecognizable. Ruby ran in panicked that she kept apologizing on what happened to them. Honestly, she doesn't know where she's running but her mind is telling her so. She turned to see them gone but just as she turned around, she was jump-scared by a disfigured Angela that made her scream and tripped down her own foot. Worst case of all, she was not alone as everyone started to crawl close to her again.

She ran again,only to see herself trap in which she presumed was a maze. The voices followed as Ruby could see their shadows getting closer,she ran in whatever direction she feels safe. Just as she thought she was safe,met with a dead end. Cursing under breathe,she turned to go to another direction but soon stopped to see the person infront of her. Tears automatically pour out on her eye while collapsing down on the ground.

"C-Claude? Is that you?" The man named Claude only smiled as he reached out his hand. Without hesitation,Ruby immediately ran up to him. She pounced herself to hug him while fully crying,she could feel him stroking her hair while whispering nothingness into her ear but she knew, he was consulting her. They suddenly gave each other a kiss,which was unbelievable but that it felt like so real and believable.

"W-Where were you?" Ruby asked while pulling away as he looked at the man,who's smile slowly faded.

"I'm sorry Love but, I'm already a goner. Don't worry, cause our Justice shall be serve. Do me a favour and live your life to the fullest with the person you'll be with." He gave her one last kiss on the lips before slowly fading away. Ruby didn't took the time to process his words as she was devastated at his disappearance again.

"WAIT! CLAUDE!" Ruby screamed out but nothing happened. She continued to cry even more,only for the shadows to slowly approach her.

"Ruby...!" Guinevere cried out,her voice cracked as blood started to gush out of her mouth.

"RUBY!" This time it was Lesley. Ruby covered her eyes then started to back away,only to feel the wall blocking it from behind. With panic around her mind, the people crawling to her and their voices screeching out louder and louder to the point where she just wanted to be deaf. Knowing that she's completely trapped, she continued to cover her ears while closing her eye.

"Please..Make it stop..." She said but she could still feel them going closer.

"Please..Have mercy! I beg of you.."

"Please..I'm sorry."

"Don't hurt them! Anyone but them!"

"Please leave them alone."

"Please don't hurt them."

"Please don't leave me alone."

"Save me.."

"Save me.."

"Help me.."

"I'm scared.."

"I'm sorry.."

"PLEASE SAVE ME!" She cried out louder.

"RUBY!" Ruby suddenly opened her eyes and jolted on a bed? She started to gasp for air while looking around her surroundings,taking small breathes as she saw her friends.

"Gu-Guin? Is that you?" Ruby asked while looking at the other people.

"Yes its me, Thank God you're finally awake!..I- I-..." That's when Guinevere suddenly hugged Ruby, before she could ask, the Auburn maiden started to cry alongside everyone in the room.

"I'm sorry Ruby! I wish we have known it sooner, we could've save you!" Guinevere continued to cry, which made Ruby more confuse.

"W-What happened? Can someone fill me in?" She asked. Instead of an answer, everyone just looked away but would cry as if it shouldn't be something to be spoken of.

"I-.. I'll Tell you.." Lesley said then approached Ruby, who's still getting hugged by a crying Baroque.

"So..Let's start off on who's house is this and who owns it, well..It belong to Martis. He saved you and took you here as you were in a coma for 4 weeks now.."

"Wait? 4 weeks? I swear it felt like it was recently... and what about Martis saving me?"

"No..You were in a coma for 4 weeks. About Martis saving you...it was because of your abusive husband,Quinten. The man, Who we taught was a good guy but is actually a snake." Lesley gritted her teeth after saying Quinten's name, balling her fist that made her knuckles turn white. Ruby was shocked at the info but already, her head started to ache. During her coma state, she recalled some moments— though its a little bit blurry. When Freya asked if she's ok, Ruby simply said 'no', so they ordered Clint to get Pharsa or other mages for help.

"Ruby? Are you remembering something? Just take it easy." Kagura chimed in.

"I dunno but..When I was in a coma..I saw Claude..?" She started to shake, ever since her friend's told her about Claude— her past boyfriend whom she love 7 years ago, has disappeared and was never seen. She instantly remembered it and was sad, as she didn't knew why or how.

"Wait? You saw Claude? What happened?" Lunox suddenly asked.

"I don't know..But,all I remembered is that..We encountered each other then we kissed? But was cut shortly as he disappeared..."

"Did he say something?" Guinevere asked.

"All I remembered is that..How we will be given justice and that I should spend the person who I'll be with? I don't quite understand..What does that mean?" They thought about it but have no clue on what is it.

"Do you think something happened to him?" Freya asked. The girls turned to face her with confusion.

"What do you mean?" Lesley asked.

"I don't mean to make it awful but I think something happened to him cause why would he leave a last message and see Ruby,like as if...He's.." Freya paused as her face darkened, as if it was something awful.

"Freya? What?" Kagura asked while shaking Freya by her shoulders.

"He's what? Just say it Freya." Layla chimed in.

"He's..Dead.." Freya gulped down, her words made everyone frightened.

"It can't be..Claude..But could it be?"

"I mean..He suddenly did disappear..but for what reason?" More questions started to bubble up but Ruby stayed quiet, she stared down at her hands as her head begun to ache even more.

"Ahhhhh!" She screamed in agony,making everyone panic. Luckily for them, Clint arrive with help.

"Ruby Darling, don't worry." Pharsa said while opening bottle of potion then pouring it to a bowl.

"Ms. Rafaela please pure in some of your healing powers." Pharsa requested while giving her the bowl. The Angel didn't say anything but nod her head and did what she's told before giving back the bowl on the blind mage's hand.

"Drink this Ruby..This should help ease the pain." Ruby struggled a little to hold the bowl but successfully chugged down the given potion,soon enough..she felt drowsy and slowly laid on the bed then went to sleep.

"I think that's enough info for today, Let's give her some more rest. Although, Where did Martis go? He's usually here by Ruby's side to watch her,like a loyal dog." Pharsa said, everyone just told a white lie then left the room. The Mage may be blind but she knew better, using her magic to communicate with her partner that's soaring to the sky— watching Martis with some companions.

"Make him pay Martis."

Meanwhile, At the Moniyan Empire, A man is fully running in panic. He would hide on alleyways or by the shadows, running away from whoever is chasing him. The man hid behind a merchant's stand while looking around his surroundings, immediately retreating while covering his mouth as he saw a group of men looking around.

"Any sign of him?" A man with black long hair and metallic arms said.

'Shit..Its Badang.'

"No,But wherever he is...needs to pay." A man with silver hair said, gritting his teeth as his fist clenched.

'C-Chou.."

"Hey guys, We should check around that area. He may not be that far." A man with boxing gloves spoke out with pointing at the direction he was talking about. The two men agreed then quickly ran to that given direction. This made the man who's hiding behind poke out his head then checked to see, if they're really gone. With a sigh of relief, he started to run again out of the Moniyan gates. He ran to the Dark Forest, the place where Ruby lives alone—Big mistake to try and hide in it.

"You should watch where you're going." Another man suddenly spoke, making the other male shock then outbalanced himself and immediately got caught into one of the traps. The ropes tightly held his right leg and was hoisted up, his view was now upside down. With fear and panic arising from him, he started to scream for help.

"It hopeless, did you forget this is the Dark Forest? A place where strange creatures live even if they're predators, like Werewolves. The people might not save you as they would think that you're already a goner by getting eaten by some creatures." The man said while clicking his gun while aiming at his chest.

"By the way, You've also attracted unwanted guest around you." Instantly, A lot of people were out of the shadows with pure rage and spite on them.

"Great job Granger." Martis said while jumping down a tree. The other followed then they all walked close to the trapped man.

"What do you have to say for yourself Quinten?" Gusion asked while pulling out his short sword then placed it on his neck. His smile was nothing delightful as he pressed the blade unto his neck,drawing out blood. Quinten could feel the blade, so he tried to wiggle his way out to no avail.

"Its useless, this trap was set before Ruby met you. A fine one too, I'm surprised that its still intact for 9 years."  Martis said while touching the rope that still hung up on Quinten's leg. He then cut the rope off, making the male drop on the ground. As Quinten was going to stand up, a fist on the gut made him drop down again while coughing.

"You...Disgust me. I regret everything I did for you." It was Hanabi, her face was full of rage while balling up her fist. Hanabi was classmates with Quinten, they immediately became friends. She was the one who got Quinten and Ruby together, after the disappearance of Claude— Ruby's former lover.  Her mission was a success, but didn't knew nor noticed the grimace her friend shows. After knowing what happened to Ruby and the suspect, regret immediately filled her mind that she wanted to commit suicide — as she thought was her fault. Kagura, Hayabusa and Chou were there to stop her, since it really wasn't fault as she didn't knew his true colours. They were fooled by him.

"Why did you do it?" Hanabi asked while grabbing his collared shirt so their faces could meet.

"What in the world where you thinking?!" Her voice grew agitated when he didn't respond.

"QUINTEN!"

"Because I love her!" He immediately answered, Silence filled within their area.

"If...If you loved her, then why did you have to abuse her?!" Hanabi asked again, this time— she grabbed unto his collar shirt tightly. His fave darkened as a grin on his face appeared, his eyes were lovestruck and his facial expression went lewd.

"Abuse? What abuse? That's just rubbish, I'm simply just disciplining her. She was giving troubles...Ah....Although, The pained expression on her face was beautiful, So enticing and addicting. She was nothing like my other exes, I knew from the start that she was the one. Her beauty never ends..its immortal. I just couldn't help myself." Hanabi's face turned to disgust as she let go of him. Quinten dropped down but begun to laugh hysterical, everyone on the field didn't move but could only watch. That's when he pulled out a knife and tried to aim at Hanabi, only to get knocked out by Chou.

"Are you ok?" Chou asked.

"Y-Yeah..Thanks." Hanabi blushed a little but soon regained her posture. Martis stepped in then carried Quinten.

"Where are you taking him Martis?" Badang asked.

"I'm sending him for judgement, I would like him to confess the things he did." Martis simply said while dashing through the direction of his home. Everyone followed as they were curious on what's going to happen.

For a few hours, Quinten was sent to a life time in prison for the abuse of Ruby, the planning of her Amnesia and for the death Claude. Everyone cheered while congratulating Martis for his success, the only thing they should matter for know is Ruby.

For a few days, Ruby was back as the nightmare had finally ended. Martis took care of her as he brought out his feelings for her,more and more. Martis was one of the people who had a crush on Ruby, of course he was heartbroken at the knowing of Claude dating Ruby but he would never do something sinister like what Quinten did. He started to be happy for her, sadly he never got to have Ruby's heart again as another man took it.

After their College years and were now adults, Martis was the first one to noticed something between Ruby and Quinten's relationship. At first he brushed it off but they were a lot of red flags, so he decided to check on them. At first, it was nothing on the ordinary, a very big mistake. After they were officially a couple, Martis soon realized his first mistake and regretted it. On the car accident, he saw it..That dastardly snake. The vehicle flipped alright, but Quinten didn't have any damages on his body. Martis saw Quinten pulled out a bottle, opening it then started to pour it on Ruby's head—who was unconscious. He even enchant some magic to himself, so now he's fully covered in wounds then let his body fall unconscious. Martis was the one who save them and brought them to the hospital.

Martis soon became curious as he investigated some info about Quinten, even if he needed to break into their home. True to his words, the house is like the house of a person abusing their partners. He checked every cranny, then left the house unnoticed.

For the death of Claude, Martis found a gun on Quinten's basement which belonged to him. What made him confirm his death, was the rotten corpse of Dexter on a chest. Sadly he wasn't able to find the corpse's of the said exes Quinten said but he hopes their souls could finally rest.

Enough of those cause he's gone and now its Ruby and Martis' day. They soon dated after Martis finally confessed to her.

3 years passed then they got married with Guinevere hosting their honeymoon. It was the best day of their lives, they would also visit Claude and Dexter's grave to bless their souls in Heaven.

For a few months now, Ruby gave birth to twins, a boy and a girl. They named the girl, 'Amber Rose' while the boy was named as 'Mourice'. (Pronounced as Mo- ris).
