Any one up for a tutorial on how to make a brush, exclusively, on Clip Studio Paint?

Specifically, a texture brush for scales. I actually used this brush in the Mermay drawing in the previous chapter.

Learned this technique a few days ago so I'll try my best to explain for those who are interested.

Will post the process soon, if anyone is interested. It will be a little complicated but once you know how the process works it's pretty fun.

I may not be the best to explain, so if your confused at the end there are always others who can explain it better.
