What if the Sky People were able to be seen in RQ? Like, Sabre could carry around this magic lantern that we hide out in, and when he needs us we just pop out like little genies like "Aight, who do we murder?"

Imagine the "first death" scene in the Orange Village with this. Nightmare calls down the lightning on Sabre about to kill him, but we just appear and block it like "OH HECK NAAAWWWW" and fight the Darkness like two gangs in a disagreement.

Or the "Yellow Kingdom Siege" one! All the soldiers and people are panicking as Darkness gathers around the walls, Nightmare about to make his plan succeed, when Sabre steps out like "Hang on, I got this." Orange would follow him, of course. All the Yellow Steves would be confused as heck, until magic lantern is no longer glowing and there's a bunch of crazy-looking spirit things holding weapons and charging at the Darkness army. And they get absolutely wiped. Well, there would still need to be something bad happening in order or Orange's turning point for his powers... I guess a wave of Darkness could overpower the Sky People somehow and that's when he does the thing.

Ooh, Void trying to infect Sabre. Just as Soul is about to strike, the Sky People appear and start backing Sabre up, and Void's like "Uhhh... you know what? Bye."

Sabre would not have been bullied as much in the Rainbow Kingdom if we were there hehe.
