I had a different idea for the concept of respawning :3

What if, every time Sabre died in the RQ world, he would just pop back in without going to the World Beyond... but he becomes a kid every revival?

How it works is when Sabre would die, he would respawn close to where he died (not at a spawnpoint), and basically be 'reborn'. He'd come back as a kid at first, physical age around 5 years old, but he's still just him; When he respawns, he remembers what happened before he died and on rare occasions still have key items after dropping everything else (Ex: A Crystal).

Sabre would still have his normal strength, even after respawning as a kid, so you can imagine what kind of shenanigans that causes because of a player's natural absurd amount of strength. In fact, he stays entirely the same except for the age difference. If he has a scar he got from a long time ago, he'll always have that scar whenever he respawns (although it could fade away over the times he dies).

Now, you might think that coming back as a kid is a huge disadvantage, given how long aging takes. However, I had the idea that instead of that, it would only take a few weeks. Sabre ages extremely fast in this AU after he respawns, and once he's back at being an adult he just stops. Because of this, though, Sabre doesn't know his real age. He's lived for an extremely long time, probably over thousands of years, yet because of the respawning he's forgotten exactly how long.

Now, how interactions would work I have a good idea; There is much teasing when Sabre first respawns, being a literal kid and very small. Sabre gets back at them by using his temporary small size to his advantage and pranking people.

As he grows again, there's either more jokes about it or people start to take him seriously again. I like to think Elemental would make a lot of tree jokes, and other people could have their own little teases about it.

Now, a lot of confusion would happen when everyone realizes Sabre is basically immortal...
