What if Sabre was a crystal creature that lived underground until Orange and Red found him, known as the Crystalmaker?

Sabre could make crystals out of thin air, whether they were just normal crystals or powerful ones like the chromatic Crystals collected in the series. His home, a cave with interlocking decorated rooms, was entirely covered in many different colors of crystal. Sabre has crystals growing out of his back, also in many different colors. He was given the nickname "The Crystalmaker" because he helped many with making them powerful crystals before heading underground to live his life (A little after SL). At the time Orange and Red found him, he was just a legend passed down through generations.

Here are some situations with this AU:

(Sabre, Orange, and the Orange Leader getting the village's crystal from the cave. It's the real one, not a fake.)

Sabre: (Picking up the Crystal) Huh, well this definitely isn't one of mine... how did you people figure out crystalmaking?

O. Leader: I dunno. The story was lost to generations of being untold.

Orange: Yeah, but we need this thing to make the Hero, and we have it now.

Sabre: (Inspecting the Crystal)

O. Leader: What're you doing?

Sabre: There's something there...

(After a minute, Sabre quickly hands the Crystal to Orange Steve.)

Sabre: There's a soul in it.

O. Leader and Orange: WHAT?!

(Sabre found out about the fake Orange Crystal being able to explode at the Nightmare King's palace)

Sabre: Seriously?! Do you have any idea how much more dangerous the situation is now?!

Orange: Yes...

Sabre: You literally just could've asked me to make a fake one and I would've!

Orange: Wait, really?

Sabre: I'm known as the "Crystalmaker" for a reason, ya goof.

(Sabre and Rainbow are ambushed, and they don't have weapons.)

Rainbow: What do we do?! We don't have anything!

Sabre: I got this.

(Sabre breaks off one of the larger crystals on his back, and turns it into a crystal sword. He hands it to Rainbow, then does it again to make a sword for himself.)

Sabre: Now use it!

(They fight the Darkness surrounding them)

Rainbow: SINCE WHEN COULD YOU DO THAT?!

Sabre: Always! I just never needed to!

Rainbow: HOW MANY OTHER THINGS CAN YOU DO WITH THIS CRAP?!

Sabre: Anything involving crystal, I can work with!

Rainbow: BRUH. AND YOU DIDN'T TELL ME?!

Sabre: Thought it was obvious!

(The last Darkness falls, and the two put away their new swords.)

Sabre: I'm the Crystalmaker, after all.
