Backstory : Katherine was in the military. They train her hard everyday. She fly through the ranks. One day they give her a serum to enhance her abilities. It work and she return home. Not soon after she got home. She was attack by a group who knew. They tortured her and pour acid on her face. After the tortured the group leave her to die. She survived the attack and call 911. The police did nothing and she decide to take action on her hands. She judge people guilty or innocent. Nobody is spared not even the innocent. She writes on the blood in their blood.
