Long time ago, a woman name daphne appeared in Asgard, unable to remember anything but her name, she fell in love with loki  a half wolf/ frost giant but slowly after a year or two she regains her memories and leaves loki, when lily was born she use her magic to put a spell on her so loki couldnt find her and took her to a different world leaving her on vlad doorstep, unaware of what he would do to her. Daphne then used her magic to erase memories in her mind of loki and lily before opening a portal to her home world never to be seen agian.
Years later lily created a portal watch and used it to escape vlad from experimenting more on her, once in manhatten she lived in a old appartment for awhile and didnt go to school until one night daredevil found her and took her in. Since then she has started school, started to crush on peter, met her symbiote. And has become white archer

*music playing: sunflower*

It was a calm winter morning in hells kitchen, lily woke up and quickly got ready for school
Matt was making breakfest despite that he is blind
Lily finished getting ready and eats scrambled eggs with bacon
Matt gives her some money:"for the taxi ride there and back"
Lily smiled:"thank you matt....."
Matt curious stop her:"hey um lily what would you like for your birthday?"
Lily look at him:"i already have a guardian who loves me no matter my abilities....i would love anything from you"
Matt smiled:"have a good day today and be careful"
She nod and heads outside in her thin winter jacket and glooves, lily always wears them
A taxi drives over and drives her to school
Crystal her spirit wolf mentally spoke:'only four days till your birthday, come on there must be something you want?'
The spell on lily hasnt faded off but will by the fourth day, thankfully her birthday was on a friday and it was only tuesday.

In the meantime, Peter had already woken and had begun to get ready for school, despite the long night working on his spider-suit.
May: Peter, come and get some breakfast.
Peter: Can't. Still showering.
May: Maybe if you woke with your alarm maybe you wouldn't be so late! Come on!
Peter gets out of the shower and grabs a bagel to go, kissing Aunt May on the cheek and heading out.
Peter: Oh, I'll be late heading home, Ned and me are going to the mall to get Lily her birthday present!
Aunt May: Alright, sweetheart, just be careful. Have fun at school.
...
Meanwhile, on Asgard, Loki sits in the throne room, steaming as he contemplates his only daughter not knowing who he is.
Loki: Mark my words, girl, I will find you. It is time you learn what your mother kept hidden from you.

Thor walks into the throne room over to loki:"ah brother your missing the asguardian traditions of before christmas celebration (i couldnt come up with a name) what are you down about?"

The taxi stops over a block near the school
Lily steps out and goes into the alleyway
Her symbiote galaxia disguised as a choker necklace mentally speaks:'i know you like peter but are you ever gonna tell him also i feel weird around him like danger...'
Lily:"i been staying away as far as i can from peter, but i dont want him to think that i hate him. He is very kind and sweet just..."
She touch her choker necklace and it turns into symbiote covering her body transforming her into white archer
White archer uses arrowzipline to get to the rooftop and starts heading towards the school
Meanwhile ned waits for peter to show up and is hanging out with mj'

Loki remains quiet and crosses his arms "The daughter that wicked woman stole from me is nearing her coming of age, brother. I intend to find her if it is the last thing I do." 

Loki looks to his brother with malice and heartache in his eyes. "I will not have her go through what I went through."

MJ is the one to notice Peter coming towards them and raises an arm.
MJ: Hey, Pete, we still on for the mall after school? Any ideas on what to get Lily?
Ned: Why would he get anything for a girl that's been avoiding him?
MJ: Because his crush on her is beyond obvious it isn't even funny.
Peter: Guys, look, I'm getting Lily a birthday present. Just because we aren't close doesn't mean she doesn't deserve one. She's...she's absolutely amazing.

Thor suprised:"dear brother she will be fine. What you went through? You were taken in by us yes but she may have had a different life than you loki"

White archer jump rooftop to rooftop to get to the school, once ontop the school she goes behind the school and touch her necklace.
White archer changed back to lily
Lily heads inside through the back entrance, she walks past lockers and notice peter nearby
Galaxia mentally spoke:'avoid him'
Lily thought about it:'no im not'
Crystal mentally cheer:'yes!'
Galaxia send shiver down her spine
As lily got closer to peter
Lily walks over to peter, ned and mj

Meanwhile in a broken down theater
"It is time to rise up agian.....no matter the costs......those two heroes couldnt stop us from starting the machine and now we can get more minions" a ink man with a cartoon mask says
"Now now sammy~ we just have to play our parts right and that book will be in our hands~" alice angel said putting makeup over her right melted side of face
Sammy chuckled:"of course it shall be ours soon enough, that ink book is our only way to stop her from capturing and turning us back"

Loki glances to thor almost insulted as he crosses his arms. "How do you know she hasn't?" He asks before walking off to help his mother prepare for the Winter Solstice.

MJ smirks: speaking of which -
Peter turns: Lily! Hey!
Ned: what's good lily?

Thor follows after loki:"im just saying i dont know exactly"
....
Lily smiled then frowned:"nothing much,kinda been failing algebra and chemistry agian......."
She felt her symbiote sending shivers down her spine making peter spidey senses go off a bit
Her ink book in her backpack

Peter flushes as MJ gives him a knowing grin.
Peter: I wouldn't mind tutoring you, Lily. It's all easy for me. Mr Stark helped me a lot with my schooling. Least I can do o repay the favour.
MJ: he's an awesome tutor Lily. My algebra mark soared after a few lessons with him.

Lily was glad and silently blush:"then i will accept your offer of teaching me, what time? Im free during study hall period...."

Her symbiote kept sending shivers to her spine
Ned:"he is very good at algebra and chemistry though i can see a bit of chemistry now...."
-The bell rings-
Meanwhile
Thor caught up to loki and his mother:"loki im sorry if i have hurt your feeling....."

Peter gives Ned a playful shove turning red.

Peter: Shut up, Ned."
MJ and Ned both laugh and gather their bags to head to class.
Meanwhile
Loki turns to look at Thor.
Loki: you wouldn't have known. You have no children.

Lily watched and blushed bit more silently
She noticed the bell ring:"see you later peter"
Lily went into her first class english
Meanwhile
While the ink creatures were planing,
Outside the school two black vans were there, it was the men in white suits, five of them, armed with laser blasters and net guns
They were going to try to capture lily agian for the thirteenth attempt, they have attacked the school before so it would be normal.
The men wait for the signal from their boss, vlad. so they can head in

Thor frowns:"yes but i care for others safety even midguards people and children, i know it is a terrible worrying feeling"
Peter: See you Lily.

Peter smiles gently and heads off to class with Ned and MJ despite the embarrassment his friends are causing.
....
Loki: You've never had to lose someone you've never met. That you grew you love and have them ripped from you.

Lily takes notes and read while she was in class

The four men in white in the van wait for the signal
Thor frowned:"i realize you are right but i want to help you"

Loki: How? You cannot bring back the years with my daughter stolen from me. Unless...bring me the woman. I wish to speak to her myself.

Thor thought about it:"loki i dont know where your love daphne went, but i can suggest this, why dont we go to midguard? We can look at their winter traditions and maybe look for her there or maybe use your magic to try to find her?"

Loki: I guess your option isn't as messy as mine may end up being. *he hums* I will look before something happens with her. Let's go find Heimdall.

Thor nod and goes with loki to the observatory where heimdall is
Meanwhile
Lily finishes her second and third class, she heads to study hall
The four men in white head to the back of the school making sure their net guns and blaster guns are ready

Peter waits outside study hall for Lily, his books in hand ready to tutor her, pausing when his spider senses pick up something amiss.

lily was walking down the hallway and was almost inside study hall room until she felt her symbiote sending shivers down her spine, something was wrong, but she would need to distract peter or somehow make an excuse
she walks over to peter:"hey peter i'll be back i need to go to the music room to get my book" she heads over to music room closet to go change
four men in white head inside now in the kitchen of the cafeteria, opening the door to get into cafeteria
