Inspired by and heavily based on the Netflix show Kakeguri, I personally adore the anime and just saying if you want to see the show, warning the show have quite sexual themes and some violence, and the show and this scenario does involve heavy gambling, hope this idea is enjoyable like it was for me to write :)

There is a highschool known as one of the most risky school ever. It was a school that cared not for academics, not for athletics, not for art or anything like that.

This school was known for it's elegance, lack of teachers, it's terrifying student council, it was known for being a rich kids only school and finally...

The school was known for gambling.

In that school nothing matters besides how good of a gambler you are, and if you are the best of the best you're on the students council, but if you're terrible at it you're just dirt under people's heels that can be kicked around easily plus you're in massive amount of dept.

The student council was made up of the top 5 best gamblers in the school.

The head of the student council:
Ryan Ross, the son of the states governor and he was a rich boy who was bossy and quite snarky but he was good at taking charge and setting his foot down and he was the most rich kid in the entire school and state because he was almost impossible to beat at gambling.

Ryan hasn't lost a single game since his first day of school and he is known as "The Devil" due to deals he often made with the students at the school which would he would make what they want come true...but only if they beat him in a gamble. If he loses he helps them, but if they loose they're forever in his dept till graduation.

But despite Ryan's reputation he's  actually a very sweet and caring person who's just scared of showing his emotions around people so he just keeps a bitter persona.

The vice president:
Patrick Stump, he is the son of a famous actress and he is definitely the opposite of a spoild rich kid, he is humble and sweet but he often wastes his life away playing video games and catering to plants and his huge sweet-tooth.

He is selfless and likes helping the kids at the bottom of the chain but at the same time he buries himself into his games so much he forgets reality for long periods of time and often uses the student council room as a personal hangout and a place to get away from home since he hates his home. Patrick is an amazing gambler due to his "good luck" and people often say Patrick his the most lucky guy in the universe which is partly true but Patrick hates his luck more then anything.

Head of beautification:
Gerard Way is a young man who is the oldest son of an extremely rich toy maker. Gerard is the head of beautification which means he helps plan events and make big and well, beautiful, improvements to the school if needed. He doesn't take kind to bullies and is very kind.

Gerard is also extremely sassy and rude, is stuck up and has a bit of a ego and if more then confident in his gambling skills since well, he is the son of a toy maker so he has plenty of tools and objects to help him cheat his way through gambling for almost any game. Gerard if definitely a confident creative as well and he doesn't care where he stands in the chain at school as long as he's superior to the majority of people.

The Treasure:
Mikey Way, the younger sibling of Gerard Way. He is a very quite, reserved and seemingly unfeeling guy. He is the treasure so he manages the counsels budget and money and how much they waste and save but he also doubles as the the Secretary so he deals with plenty of files and paper work.

Mikey is a hardworker and became on of the best gamblers due to his focus and amazing intelligence. He isn't a rude or bitter soul but he also isn't a kind and sweet one, no one knows much about the true Mikey besides his older sibling and Mikey only got into the council due to his bothers suggestion and because he's a hard worker.

The Chairperson/Observer:
Josh Dun is the son of a real estate company owners and he is also the chairman of the council, he searchers of other potential members to join in on the council and prove their worth. Josh is a very kind and gentle soul who didn't want to be in the council in the first place. He is focused on improving to school and making it better for everyone.

But Josh can't run away from his other duty which is being an observer. He often seen around the school, observing and managing the gambling matches to potentially find their final person for their council but he also make sure no cheating or fights are going on. Josh became an amazing gambler by skill and experience because when he first started he was at the bottom of the chain and worked his way up.

They were intimidating no matter how nice they could be. Everyone either loved or feared them and so many people try to take them down so they can be at an advantage but no one has ever succeeded...

One day A was a new student who had just arrived at the school, seemingly clueless and having no clue what was going on. It was B's job, ordered by the principal of the school to give A a very warm welcome to the school.

B and A eneded clicking after their first meeting and B wasn't gonna lie, he was already pretty fluttery cause of A, but that feeling didn't last long because B had to explain the school to A.

A was seemingly confused before being challenged to a game by one of the other students. A had immediately accepted the challenge despite Bs advice. B was a anxious and worried mess as he watched A gamble and A had lost the first round and quite a lot of money. B was immediately gonna remove A from the session before something flickered in Bs eyes.

A immediately demanded a rematch and immediately won and bet more money then B could have imagined. Despite their looks A was a master gambler and didn't care for money, didn't care about the consequences and only adored the thrill of risking it all.

B was intrigued by A but also shocked but...they had to keep an eye on him to see how he would turn out.
