Okay before you yell at me, I understand that this is annoying. I got off hold not too long ago and suddenly I'm going on hold a g a i n, im sure that's annoying. But let me explain first

So, a lot of y'all may have noticed that my responses are taking a lot longer now. That's on me entirely, but the reason behind that is that recently, my anxiety has been skyrocketing. There have been times I've been so scared about sending a single message that I've felt sick to my stomach. Stupid I know, but that's how bad it's been getting.

But my family is taking a week long vacation, and I plan to use that week as a way to try and confront my anxiety, and hopefully return with my mental health at least slightly in order.

I know this is probably annoying, but if this vacation helps I should return and be more active with replies.
