So (Oc/character) has an enemy, and that's (crush). Obviously, I mean, this wouldn't be an enemies to lovers story without an enemy.

But there's something....odd, about you two.

You both get flashbacks at random to a past life, one where you two were madly in love. This upsets you both, since you're supposed to hate each other goddamnit.

You're probably thinking "oh, lemme guess. The past relationship ended in heartbreak and betrayal and that's why they hate each other now." But actually no. They died yes, but they died still together, still madly in love, and happily married. So why the hell do you hate each other now? That's one of the top five questions science can't explain.

To boil this prompt down: enemies to lovers, who loved each other in a past life, but didn't end up hurting each other so there no reason to hate them and now you both need to sort out your current beef.
