(Before we begin, this idea was suggested by aizakkuverse so give him a shout-out. And before you begin yes I ship Lisa x Darcy.)

It's been a few months since Luan competed and won the bodybuilding competition thanks Lynn and Benny. But then she found out that her only brother Lincoln was an assassin for hire on killing most wanted and most dangerous criminals and killers. Soon, Lincoln had to leave royal woods behind but not before spending time with luan and lynn one last time, saying their goodbyes as Lincoln left.

After their last moments together, Lynn had told Luan that she had to travel to New Orleans for pro wrestling after she got an opportunity to be in a wrestling tournament. Luan understood and wish Lynn luck before she left. Benny took an opportunity at a year long travel around the world for comedy shows, being known as one of the best comedians in the world alongside Luan. Luan also understood that and promised to contact him often so they could chat. Benny promised the same thing too, right before he left as well. So now Luan was without Benny, Lynn and Lincoln.

Meanwhile with Luan....

She was finishing up her workout for the day inside her gym. She was doing barbell curls with a lot of weight on them.

Luan: 97...98...99...100!

She finished and dropped the weight, her body looking sore and sweaty yet pumped up. She had on her workout clothes, which were still a little snug on her muscular body, her yellow sleeveless shirt on and her yellow and black shorts as well.

Luan gets up and grabbed some bottled water to drink.

After grabbing the bottled water, she drank it all in one sip before crushing the bottle in her hands.

Luan sighed in relief.

Luan: *sigh* I needed a drink after that workout.

Luan then heads upstairs to grab an energy bar.

After grabbing one, she eats the energy bar in a few bites, chewing and swallowing it before throwing her trash away.

Luan: Alright, I think I had a good workout today, and my daily energy bar. Time to go take a shower!

She runs upstairs and goes to her bathroom to take a shower.

Soon, after a few minutes, luan got out of the shower. After drying off, she puts on her yellow shirt and dark gray sweatpants as she went downstairs to watch television.

Luan: Let's watch some TV.

She sits on her couch and turns on the TV, trying to find a good show to watch.

Luan found a really good comedy show.

Luan: Oh boy my favorite show is on!

She then sits back and watched her comedy show.

Luan laughed so hard as the hilarious moments happening on screen.

Luan: HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! OH MAN HE LAUNCHED THAT PIE RIGHT AT HIS FACE!!!! HAHAHAHAHA!!!

This lasted for a couple of hours until her show ended. When she checked the time, it was only 1 in the afternoon.

Luan sighs as she was getting bored.

Luan: I'm getting bored. *Sighs* Hmmm.... Maybe I can call my siblings and see if they aren't busy!

Luan picks up the phone and starts calling.

First she tried calling Lori, so she dialed her number.

Lori: Hello?

Luan: Hey Lori, it's Luan. You busy right now?

Lori: Yes. I'm heading to a meeting at my job so I literally can't chat right now. Bye Luan. 

Lori hung up.

Luan: Dangit. Lori's busy. What about Leni? I hope she doesn't have a ton of customers in her store as usual.

Luan dials Leni's number next.

Leni: Like, hello?

Luan: Hey Leni, it's Luan. Are you busy?

Leni: Hi luan! I'm not busy at work but Chaz are I on our anniversary vacation right now so I can't visit. I'm really sorry, maybe next time, okay? Bye! I'll bring you someone back!

Leni hung up.

Luan: Aww man, Leni is busy too. What about Luna?

She dials Luan's number next.

Luna: Luna Loud speaking?

Luan: Hey Luna, it's Luan. Are you busy? *Whispering* Please say no, please say no...

Luna: I wish I wasn't busy lu, I miss ya and I would love to visit ya but Sam and I have a huge concert gig and we can't cancel. I'm really sorry dude. See ya, lu.

Luna hung up.

Luan: Aww come on! Well... Maybe Mom and Dad are home and would want me to stop by, along with the others.

Luan then tries to call one of her parents next.

Rita: Hello?

Luan: Hey Mom, it's Luan! You think I can come over to the house today for a visit?

Rita: Sure Luan, it'll be nice to have you visit.

Luan: Yay! Thanks Mom!

Rita: No problem sweetie! See you soon! I love you!

Rita hung up.

Luan: Alright! I better get ready to go!

Luan then goes and freshens herself up before getting into her car and driving back towards her old home, the Loud House.

Narrator: A long drive later...

She arrived in front of her old home, which looked like it hadn't changed at all over the years.

Luan: I'm here! I hope the others wouldn't freak out when they see me again.

Luan then get out of the car and heads to the front porch of the loud house, knocking on the door.

Luan: Hello, anyone there?

She waited until she heard the door open.

The door opens to reveal Rita loud, who haven't changed much over the years, except being more bottom heavy and a bit of grey in her blonde hair.

Luan: Hey Mom!

Rita was a little shocked with Luan's new look, especially considering what she looked like the last time Luan came over the house.

Rita: Hi sweetie! Wow... you've changed a lot...

Luan: Yeah... I needed a break from comedy so I decided to take up bodybuilding.

Rita: That's great, how was it?

Luan: It was amazing! I won my past 3 competitions! And I gained a lot of muscle mass too, which helps for my comedy acts too!

Rita: Nice! I'm so happy for you!

Luan: Thank you! Can I come inside? I'm a little hungry too.

Rita: Sure! Come inside.

Luan smiled and went inside the house with Rita.

Luan looks around the house, seeing that the living room has changed a little.

Mostly everything was the same besides a new TV and some trophies taken down. Those were the older Loud trophies.

Rita: Well I'll make some food for you dear. Oh yeah, Your father is at work, preparing dinner for a special guest at his restaurant. The twins are at their friends, Lucy's at a poetry club and lily's at her friends. Only Lisa and myself are here.

Luan: Thanks Mom! At least Lisa is here.

Rita: Yeah. You can check on her while I prepare lunch.

Luan nods and goes towards Lisa's room, knowing where it's at. She arrives and sees the door closed, so she knocked on it.

Luan: Lisa, are you there?

There was no answer.

She tries to see if her room door was locked by turning the doorknob.

It wasn't locked as she walks in.

Luan: Lisa? Lisa are you here?!

Luan looks at the room, it was dark, messy and it smelled of chemicals.

Luan: Man, Lisa needs to clean her room more often. This is a mess! It smells worse than when Lana went an entire week without taking a bath or a shower!

Luan heard light snoring as she turns around to see a large figure in the bed.

Luan: Huh? Whoa.... Whoever is on that bed is pretty big! I better see who it is.

???: Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!!!!!

Luan creeps towards the figure until she was standing right next to it.

???: Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!!!

Luan: Time to see who this figure was.

Luan then grabbed the blanket that was covering the figure and yanked it off, Luan gasping at who she saw.

It was a sleeping lisa loud, but... she looked... different.

Luan: Whoa.... That's Lisa...? She looks so different....

Lisa has messy brown hair and glasses, was wearing a green shirt and black sweatpants. And that wasn't what shocked luan.

What surprised Luan the most was...

Luan: GOD DAMN! LISA IS SUPER FAT!!

Lisa: ZZZZZzzzzzzzz...

Luan saw that Lisa was at least half Luan's size, but she was completely fat.

Luan: She looks so unhealthy! I better wake her up!

Luan then picks Lisa up with ease and drops her onto the floor, softly

Lisa: ZZZzzzz... huh...? What?

Luan: Lisa what the hell?! You're so fat!

Lisa: *Yawwwwwwn* fourth eldest sibling, what are you doing here? And why are you so muscular?

Luan: I wanted to come see you guys again. As for why I'm so muscular, it's because I'm a bodybuilder now!

Luan flexed her left bicep to show Lisa how big she was.

Lisa: Ok...

Luan: Now for my question, How and Why the hell are you so fat?! You look a little like a beach ball!

Lisa: Sigh... Between countless, sleepless nights from research and technology development, I'm doing fine. As for my... increase in mass, Darcy and her girl scouts were selling cookies and Darcy wanted me to free sample each different type of cookies. Unfortunately, my mind succumbed to the sweets influence and taste that I... consumed too much.

Luan: Cookies?! Cookies got you fat?!  That's crazy! What you need is to lose weight!

Lisa: Luan, I'm perfectly fine.

Luan: No you are not! Just look at yourself! You're shortening your lifespan with obesity!

Lisa: I'm not near obesity level, luan. I'm a bit overweight but not obese!

Luan: If you continue to eat so many cookies, you'll become obese! You need to lose weight!

Lisa: I've stopped eating cookies 2 weeks ago! Those delicious treats are a curse on my mind! And stomach!

Luan: And you haven't tried to lose weight at all?!

Lisa: I was too busy with my experiments to indulge in exercise.

Luan was about to say something else before she thought up of a brilliant idea, at least to her.

Luan: Okay fine then. How about I help you lose weight by training you to become a Junior Bodybuilder!

Lisa: Pardon?

Luan: You heard me. I train you to become a Junior Bodybuilder!

Lisa: .... I don't have a choice, do I?

Luan smirked.

Luan: Nope, you don't have a choice at all.

Lisa attempts to make a run for it but..

Luan grabs her and picks her up with ease.

Luan: Nice try Lisa! But you were too fat to run fast, and had you known that fat reduces speed, you wouldn't try to run away! Don't ask how I know that, it came with the training!

Lisa: Dang it.

Luan: Mom's making us some lunch so as soon as we finish, we're heading straight to my mansion to begin your training!

Lisa: Gulp... fine.

Luan smirks and brings Lisa downstairs towards the kitchen, carrying her the entire time.

Luan carries Lisa to the kitchen as Rita was done making lunch.

Luan: Hey Mom! You don't mind if I bring Lisa over to my mansion so J can train her to become a Junior Bodybuilder after lunch? It'll be awhile before she comes back.

Rita: Sure honey.

Lisa: Mother!!

Rita: Lisa, you've been in your room experimenting and eating cookies for weeks. This'll be good for you, a little exercise won't kill you.

Luan: That's right Lisa, a little exercise won't kill you... Oh and you won't be doing any experiments at my house, just so we're clear. Thanks Mom!

Rita: No problem Luan!

Lisa: Sweet mother of science help me... I've been betrayed..

Luan: Your prayer won't work Lisa. Now let's have some lunch.

Luan set Lisa down and sat in a chair as Rita took out the food.

Rita: Here we are, lynnsagna.

She began to serve Luan and Lisa the lynnsagna, which Luan began to scarfed down with joy.

Lisa ate some as well.

Soon enough, they finished their lunch.

Luan: Thanks for the lunch Mom! *Belches* Oops, excuse me.

Lisa: *Belches hugely* Oh pardon me. Thanks mother.

Rita: No problem you two.

Luan: Well we're leaving now. Tell the others I said hi when they come back. And if they ask about Lisa, just tell them that she's safe in my hands.

Lisa groaned from hearing this.

Lisa: Ugggghhhh....

Rita: Ok I will. Take care you guys.

Luan: Bye Mom!

Luan and Lisa walked towards the front door, leaving the house.

Lisa: And so today begins the date of my demise....

Luan: Relax Lisa. You haven't even gotten to my house yet.

Lisa: I know....

Luan: Besides, I'm doing this to improve your health. Trust me, you're gonna like it!

Lisa: (sarcastic) Sure I will....

Luan smirked as they both went outside and hopped into Luan's car before driving off.

Narrator: One moment later...

They arrived at Luan's mansion, with Luan parking her car before they both got out of it and walked towards her home.

Luan: Thankfully I have my own gym in the basement where I can train you at.

Lisa: I can see these kinds of events from Lynn but you... has the world gone mad?!

Luan: I did it because it seemed interesting and I was taking a break from comedy, like you can take a break from science and studying by training.

Lisa: Sigh... there's no use complaining. Let's... just get it over with.

Luan: Yep! *Opens her door* Let the 7 months of long training begin!

Lisa begrudgingly enters Luan's home.

Luan: First we need to get you into a workout outfit! Luckily for you, I have some spares!

Luan goes to her dresser in the living room and pulls out a green workout T-Shirt and some green shorts for Lisa.

Luan: There we go!

Lisa: Why... thanks.

Luan tosses them to Lisa.

Luan: No problem. You're gonna need some workout clothes for your intense workouts!

Lisa: Of course.

Luan: Let's get you a bottle of water so you can begin your workout!

Lisa: Sure.

Luan grabs a bottle of water and leads Lisa downstairs so she can workout.

Narrator: A few hours later....

Downstairs, Luan put Lisa through the most maximum exercise training imaginable from jogs to runs, pushups to sit ups and lifting weights.

Luan showed no resilience, and helped out Lisa by telling her how to do a specific exercise so she doesn't injure herself.

Lisa: Huff... huff... huff...

Lisa was very sore and very tired after her first workout.

Luan: Good job Lisa. I had to go easy on you today so you would understand the basics. You did well.

Lisa: Basics... huff... huff... noted..

Luan: Drink some water. We're gonna go at it again for today before dinner!

Lisa grabs some water and drinks it.

She drinks half the water bottle before putting it down.

Luan: Ready?

Lisa: Sure...

Narrator: Another 3 hours later...

Luan continues to help Lisa with her workout as the chubby genius was having a hard time keeping up with luan's lessons.

Luan wants to be tough on Lisa so Lisa can gain the will to train harder. After the next workout, it showed a bit that Lisa was even more sore and even more tired than before.

Luan: That was good. Two workouts in already! And you haven't broken down....yet.

Lisa: Huff... huff... I'm thinking about... huff... considering it... huff... huff...

Luan: Nonsense! I'll make sure you won't break down on me! Even if it means pushing you harder!

Lisa: Sigh.... this is... absurd... I'm a scientist... huff... not a bodybuilder...

Luan: Who says you can't be both? I'll train you so hard you'll be an amazing bodybuilder and scientist!

Lisa: Huff... huff... fine...

Luan: Now come on. Let's get dinner for us!

Lisa: Sure.

Luan and Lisa went upstairs and back into the living room.

Luan: Find a towel in the closet right next to my bathroom and take a shower so the water can soothe your body. By the time you come out, dinner will be done.

Lisa: Very well.

Lisa heads upstairs to grab a towel in the closet right next to the bathroom before heading into the bathroom to take a shower.

Luan meanwhile enters the kitchen and begins to cook dinner for the two of them.

It was a well healthy dinner indeed that Luan put together.

And it didn't take long either. In fact, she finished right after Lisa got out of the shower.

Luan: And finished! Lisa's gonna love this dinner!

After putting on clean clothes, Lisa exits the bathroom and heads downstairs to the kitchen.

Luan sets the table for her and Lisa so they can enjoy their dinner.

Lisa: Something smells exquisite.

Luan: That's our dinner for tonight. Lean cut up steak with some white rice and steamed corn on the cob.

Lisa: That's very good Luan.

Luan: Thanks Lisa. Now let's eat.

Lisa and Luan then dig in.

Both of them began to enjoy the meal that Luan cooked for them.

Lisa: Quite a great dinner you made, fourth eldest sibling.

Luan: Thanks Lisa. I did my best to make a healthy meal for the both of us. All of our meals will be like this for the next 7 months.

Lisa: I see.

Luan: That also means no sweets and no sugary drinks. And especially no cookies.

Lisa: Got it.

Soon enough, they both finished eating their dinner.

Lisa: Aaah... delicious.

Luan: Yeah, that was delicious.

Lisa: Heh.

Luan: Well it's getting late. You can sleep in the guest room that's upstairs and to your right. You need as much rest as you can cause tomorrow and from here on out, I won't go easy on you.

Lisa: Very well. Goodnight Luan.

Lisa gets up and heads upstairs to the guest room to sleep.

Luan: Goodnight Lisa.

Luan went to her bedroom and fell asleep there.

Narrator: 7 months later...

7 months of hard work put Lisa through the edge but it didn't make quit, oh no. It was the exact opposite of quitting.

It made her determined, determined to change her body for the better of her health and her life!

So far, Lisa was finally getting with the program as she was keeping up with Luan's lessons.

And her results were fantastic. Right now, she was finishing up her workout with Luan, doing her final few reps on the leg press machine.

Lisa: Almost... there...

She finally did the last few reps, almost yelling as she did the final one. Then she got up and took a drink from her water bottle before heading towards the mirror.

Lisa was no longer overweight, she was now lean but athletic, almost to Luan's level. She was wearing a black and green shirt, black shorts and shoes.

Lisa: phew.

Luan: I'm impressed Lisa. I honestly thought you were gonna try and quit out on me. But you didn't, and now look at yourself. You're almost as big as me, and only as a junior competitor!

Lisa: Why thank you, I have more brains but now I have brawn to back it up.

Luan: *pulls out a measuring tape* Come on, let's measure your muscles to see your progress.

Lisa: Ok... sure.

Lisa proceeds to flex her muscles as Luan proceeds to go and do some measurements, taking some mental notes down.

Lisa: So...?

Luan: Huge improvements. Your biceps alone are 22 inches. Your chest is 46 inches, your quads are 35 inches and your calves are 25 inches!

Lisa: Ok.

Luan then gets up as Lisa released her flex. 

Luan: I told you. I told you I could do it. How do you feel? Feel fat and lazy anymore?

Lisa: Not at all. I'll still be a scientist but I'm also a junior bodybuilder.

Luan: Of course you are. And with your much healthier body could also help you with science, like some heavy lifting maybe.

Lisa: I guess so.

Luan: Come on now, you had a good workout today. Why don't we have a little fun? Your competition is in a few days so let's have some fun now. What do you want to do?

Lisa: I'm not quite sure. Normally I would work on my scientific studies.

Luan: Come on! I'm sure there's something else you had wanted to do besides studying right?

Lisa: Hmmm...

Luan: Hmmm...

Lisa and Luan continued to think until Lisa came up with an idea.

Lisa: Maybe we could spend time at the park.

Luan: Sweet idea! There's one nearby!

Lisa: Let's go.

Luan: You got everything you need?

Lisa: Yep.

Luan: Alright then. Let's go.

Luan and Lisa began to head outside towards Luan's car.

The two siblings head to the nearest park.

Soon enough, they arrived at Royal Woods Park.

Luan: Alright, we're here.

Lisa: Neat.

They both got out of the car.

Luan: So, what should we do here first?

Lisa: A jog would be acceptable.

Luan: Alright then so let's go for a 10 Kilometer job!

Lisa: 10 kilometers is also acceptable to me.

Both of them then started their 10 kilometer jog together.

Narrator: 1 hour later...

Lisa and Luan finished their 10 kilometers run as they relax.

Luan: Ah, that was a good run. Let's relax for a bit and look around.

Lisa: Very well.

While both of them were relaxing, Darcy, who was in the park, was selling cookies towards most of the people there. And it only took her a couple of minutes to spot Luan and Lisa at the bench.

Darcy: Thank you again sir! *Looks around and sees Lisa* Hey... Is that...

Lisa and Luan were relaxing on the bench as darcy was shocked at what she was seeing. It was definitely Lisa but she's gotten athletic.

Darcy: That's Lisa but she looks so... Different now. Hey Lisa!

Lisa: Hmm? *sees Darcy* Oh, greetings Darcy.

Darcy quickly ran over towards Lisa and Luan.

Darcy: Lisa! It's been so long since I've seen you! Last time I saw you, you were.... Well... Fat!

Lisa: I was but thanks to my fourth eldest sibling, I've managed to lose weight.

Darcy: Oh you did more than just lose weight. You look like one of those bodybuilders on TV!

Lisa: Yes.

Darcy: You look amazing! But how? And in only a short amount of time too?!

Lisa: 7 months exactly.

Darcy: 7 months?! Wow, you never looked this good 7 months ago! This might be a dumb question to ask but, you wanna buy some cookies from me?

Lisa: Normally I would Darcy but I politely decline.

Darcy: Well that's fine. If you ever want some cookies, just call me and I can bring you some.

Lisa: Sure.

Darcy: See ya later Lisa! *Winks*

Darcy then walks away and goes to sell more cookies.

Luan: You know, I think that girl has a liking for you.

Lisa looks away.

Lisa: Yeah...

Luan: Aww come on, you know it's true. Looks like you got a very "close" friend. Hehehe.

Lisa groans at the pun.

Luan: Why don't you try and invite her to your competition in a few days? I'm sure she would love to accept.

Lisa: You know we're just friends, right?

Luan: So what? I'm sure she thinks of you as more than just a "friend". Hehe. Now go ahead and invite her.

Lisa: Ignoring that statement. And sure, I'll invite her.

Luan chuckled as Lisa got up and headed towards Darcy, who just finished selling another box of cookies.

Lisa sees the conversation between luan and Darcy, who had a happy smile.

After they finished up, Lisa headed towards Darcy.

Lisa: I see luan told you the news?

Darcy: Yeah, she told me.

Lisa: Neat.

Darcy: She asked me if I wanted to come and I said yes. And it's a good thing I have no plans for that day!

Lisa: Excellent.

Darcy: I can't wait for you to be on stage and perform! You're gonna do great!

Darcy then grabbed Lisa and pulled her into a hug, which shocked Lisa to an extent.

Lisa: (surprised)

Lisa regained her composure and hugs her back.

The hug lasted for a few seconds before Darcy had let go.

Darcy: Well, I gotta go and finish selling now. I'll see you at the competition!

Lisa: Ok, see ya later.

Darcy giggled and winked again before walking off. Luan got up and walked right towards Lisa.

Luan: I told ya.

Lisa sighed in annoyance.

Luan: Let's go for another jog, then head back to the house for another workout.

Lisa: Sure.

They both then went for another job throughout the park.

Narrator: 3 days later....

Today was the day of the competition for Lisa, who was still asleep in her bed after a hard workout yesterday.

Lisa: Zzzzzzzzzz....

Suddenly, her alarm rang. She groaned a bit as it vibrated to ring right next to her ear.

Lisa: *yaaaawwwwnnnnnnn*.... (turns off the clock)

Luan then comes into the room Lisa was sleeping in.

Luan: Come on sleepyhead! Today's the big day!

Lisa: Yaaawwwwnnnn... very well fourth eldest sibling.

Luan: Get ready! Because you have to be prepared to lift, pose and show off your talents!

Lisa: Sure.

Luan: Oh by the way, what are you gonna do for your talent part of the competition?

Lisa: A special scientific surprise... (creepy smile)

Luan: Well it better be good. Get your stuff ready, I'm gonna go and pick up Darcy so she can come.

Lisa: Sure, fourth eldest sibling.

Luan leaves to go get Darcy while Lisa still kept that creepy smile on her face.

Lisa: Hehehehe.... oh, it's a special surprise indeed.

She then goes and gets all the stuff she needs for her special surprise.

Lisa got her equipment in her duffle bag and briefcase as she got dressed and went downstairs.

After a few minutes, Lisa headed outside and saw Luan inside the car with Darcy in the backseat.

Luan: Come on Lisa!

Lisa: Coming!

Lisa ran over to the car and hopped in, with Luan driving off towards the competition.

After a long drive, Luan, Darcy and Lisa made it to the competition.

Luan: We're here!

Darcy: Yay! Maybe I can sell some cookies here!

Lisa: Let's go, shall we?

Luan: Yes, we shall.

The trio headed inside to the competition.

They look around to see the junior bodybuilder competitors.

They were pretty big on their own. Some of them were smaller than Lisa and some of them were bigger than Lisa.

Luan: Looks like you got some competition.

Lisa: They have been preparing themselves.

Darcy: They look huge!

Luan: Yeah. Well me and Darcy are gonna go to the audience now. Good luck out there today.

Lisa: Thanks fellow sibling and friend.

Both of them smiled as Lisa headed backstage and they headed towards the audience.

Soon, the competition begin as the audience cheered with the judge announcing the whole thing.

Judge: Welcome to the 5th annual Junior Bodybuilding Competition!

The audience cheered loudly.

As they were cheering loudly, the 10 junior bodybuilders, including Lisa, came to the front of the stage.

Lisa was dressed in a black and green top, black shorts and shoes.

Her muscles were pumped up from earlier as she was ready for the first part of the competition.

Judge: For the first part of the competition, heavy lifting!

Each competitor, including Lisa were lifting weights heavier than the last. Some competitors struggled while some were doing fine.

Some of them had below 20 while others, including Lisa, far surpassed that.

The audience, including luan and darcy cheered loudly as the judge called out the next event.

Judge: Next event, the posing competition!

The competitors had on different swimsuits. Lisa was wearing a one piece green and black swimsuit. The junior bodybuilder competitors started posing for the audience.

Many different poses were performed by the competitors, such as the lat spread, the double bicep and the side chest pose.

The audience cheered loudly while some were taking pictures. Soon, that was done as the judge called out the final event.

Judges: Final event! The talent show!

Soon, the competitors started doing their own talents, from lifting more fridges stacked on top of each other to releasing a loud singing voice to shatter glass. After that,.it was lisa's turn.

Judges: And finally, Lisa Loud!

The crowd cheered as Lisa made her way on stage.

Lisa: Now behold my greatest invention!

The crowd looked on as Lisa pulled out her greatest invention, a robotic suit!

The green and black robotic suit automatically attached itself to lisa as she was wearing the suit. She then displays it's weapons of power.

The crowd oohed and aahed at her invention. Pictures and videos were taken as well

Soon, after displaying the suits modifications, Lisa then started mixing very chemicals together carefully until they started glowing and shaking.

But instead of exploding, the chemical shot out various covered fireworks which light up the stage.

The crowd oohed and aahed even more as the stage was lit up. Even the judge was amazed at this.

Judge: Wow! What a performance she is putting on!

Lisa takes a bow.

Lisa: Thank you, Thank you. You're too kind.

Lisa heads backstage as the judge discuss the votes for the top 3 winners.

While she was backstage, she heard some of the competitors talk about her and her performance. Most of them were compliments on her. The others were a little insulting.

Lisa paid no mind to the insults as she didn't care about it but love the compliments.

One of the girls, who was just around her size, walked up to her.

???: Hey, are you Lisa Loud?

Lisa: Yes.

???: That was an awesome performance that you did out there today! Especially the robotic suit!

Lisa: Thanks. I build it myself for weeks.

???: For weeks? Wow, that's even better! My name is Stacy! It's nice to meet you!

She held out her hand to shake.

Lisa: Nice to meet you Stacy. *shakes her hand*

Stacy: You got a real shot at winning today! Good luck with the votes!

Lisa: Thanks. I expect the same from you.

Stacy: Thanks! See ya on stage!

Stacy then left to get herself some water.

Lisa nodded as she got some water.

Narrator: Later with the judge...

Judge: Alright competitors! The votes are in! Come on out!

The junior bodybuilder competitors, including Lisa came out on stage.

Judge: Alright. 3rd place and winner of 10,000 dollars goes to.... Arianna Reeves!

An Asian-American Junior Bodybuilder came out onto the front and collected her check and the bronze trophy.

The audience clapped for her as Arianna takes a bow.

Judge: 2nd place and winner of 20,000 dollars goes to.... Stacy Anderson!

Stacy headed up towards the front of the stage and collected her check and the silver trophy, flexing for the crowd and taking a bow.

Lisa was clapping for her as well.

Stacy smiled as she saw Lisa clapping before heading to where the other competitors were.

Judge: And finally, 1st place and winner of 50,000 dollars goes to....

Everyone was waiting dramatically for the final winner to be chosen.

Judge: .... Lisa Loud!

Lisa was shocked and overcome with various emotions.

Lisa: Normally I wouldn't show various emotions but... (squeals excitedly) EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!

She ran up and gotten her trophy and her check as the crowd was cheering out her name, along with the competitors too. Well, most of them.

Stacy: Great job Lisa! I knew you would win!

Lisa: Thank you for the applause! I couldn't have done it without my fourth eldest sibling, luan loud.

The crowd turned towards where Luan was and cheered for her as well. Most of them recognized her from her competition before as well.

Lisa: Give her a round of applause everyone!

The competitors and audience started to clap and cheer for Lisa and luan while Darcy runs on stage and hugs Lisa.

Darcy: Oh I knew you could do it Lisa! I knew you could win!

Then, a real surprise was Darcy pushing her lips against Lisa's lips for a kiss.

Lisa was surprised by this but didn't argue with the kiss.

The crowd and the competitors awwed at the two while Luan smirked.

Luan: Ha! I called it!

Luan took a picture of the kiss as the competition was over.

Narrator: Later after the competition...

Luan was walking towards her car with Darcy and Lisa, who held her check and her trophy in one hand while holding Darcy's hand with her other hand.

Luan: That was an awesome performance you put out there today Lisa!

Lisa: Why thanks Luan, I couldn't have done it without your lessons.

Luan: No problem. Now, you want to continue training with me and do your science studies or not? Cause if you want to, you can move into my house and do your experiments there. Whaddaya say?

Lisa: Hmmm... I guess I can do that. I accept.

Luan: Good. Let's go back to our old home. I'm sure the fam would definitely want to see you now.

Darcy: Can I come with you guys?

Luan: Lisa? You want her to come with us?

Lisa: Sure, You can come with us Darcy. 

Darcy: Yay!

Lisa: Let's go.

They all got into the car and Luan drove off towards the Loud House.

The three exit the car and heads to the front porch of the loud house.

As soon as they arrived, Luan knocked on the door.

Luan: I'm sure everyone will be surprised by your new look Lisa.

Lisa: Yep.

The door opens to reveal Rita, followed by Lynn Sr, Lucy, Lana, Lola and Lily.

Rita: Hello-Gasp!

Lana: Whoa!

Lola: Luan? Lisa? Is that you?!

Luan: Hey everyone.

Lisa: Greetings.

Lana: Lisa?! What happened to you?!

Lola: Last time I saw you, you were the fattest girl on the block!

Lucy: Gasp! You're different!

Luan: Hehe, we can explain everything. Can we come inside?

Rita: Sure.

Lynn Sr: Come on in.

They left Luan, Lisa and Darcy inside the house.

After they went inside, Luan and Lisa explained everything to them, making them even more shocked. She even showed a picture of Lisa and Darcy on stage.

Lisa blushed redder than a tomato as the picture of the kiss with Darcy.

Darcy also followed up with a blush as well.

Luan: And that's what happened.

Rita: I must say that I'm shocked and in awe. Congratulations on your win Lisa. 

Lynn Sr: Yeah, congratulations. You showed brains and brawn, hahaha!

Lisa: Thanks.

Lola: I still can't believe you're a bodybuilder now!

Lana: That's so awesome! You must've won the competition by a landslide!

Lucy: Congrats.

Lily: You're amazing big sister!

Lisa: Thanks fellow siblings.

Luan: Now that that's out the way, Lisa said she wants to continue her new career. So would it be okay if she can move into my house?

Rita: Well... I guess I can allow this but don't cause trouble, be careful with your experiments and don't overdo it with the bodybuilding, okay?

Luan: Don't worry, I'll make sure she doesn't cause any trouble, being careful with her experiments and I definitely won't over train her. Isn't that right Lisa?

Lisa: Affirmative Luan.

Luan: Now go get your stuff. We'll be leaving soon.

Lana: Already? Can't you stay for a bit?

Lola: Yeah, we really miss you!

Lisa: Hmmm... I guess we stay for dinner then we'll go.

They all cheered and ran up to hug Lisa!

Lily: Yay! Lisa is staying for dinner!

Luan: I guess we can. What's for dinner?

Lynn Sr: My special Lynnsagna with extra cheese and green peppers, garlic bread and corn on the cob.

Lisa: Neat.

Luan: I haven't had lynnsagna in a while! I can't wait to eat some more!

Darcy: Um... Is it okay if I join you guys for dinner?

Lisa: Sure Darcy.

Lynn Sr: You're our guest.

Rita: And Lisa's special friend.

Darcy blushed as she heard that last part.

Darcy: Thank you!

Rita and Lynn Sr: No problem!

Lisa: Indeed.

Soon enough, the Louds and Darcy were enjoying their dinner together. It's been 7 months since Lisa first started her training, saying she didn't like it before. But now, she enjoys being a bodybuilding and accepted Luan's offer to continue on her journey. And while nothing will ever be the same for Lisa again, she doesn't mind the changes that she went through. Especially the ones that helped her towards a better and healthier life.
