Senarios:

1. Goth came to the asylum after he killed his parents. His mental state is unstabel and he hears voices every now and then. He might sometimes be aggressive but usually is pretty quiet. After attacking his last doctor (COC/OC) is transfered to be his new doctor. After some time (COC/OC) starts to get Goth to trust him and he starts to get a bit better
