Catherine POV

I groaned getting out of bed. The sun rays hit me like a wrecking  ball. (I came in like a wrecking ball). I laughed at me own thoughts I'm so weird.

"More sleep" a raspy voice said from beside me and soon the window was blocked by vines. Wait who was that?

"I'm so hungry" I groaned walking over to the mini bar in a corner right beside the door. Quickly making pancakes for everyone I made coffee for myself knowing I wouldn't last a day without coffee.

I went back to my side of the dorm then picked out an outfit for today trying to make a good first impression. What about a red sweater with a black jacket and a pair of black leggings white sneakers and a golden necklace perfect. I took a shower then got dressed after brushing my teeth I looked at the mirror then screamed.

My hair was horrible like a birds nest. Gosh what happened to me. Quickly taking the brush I tried to brush it keyword tried. I just gave up and put it in a high ponytail and let the rest cascade down my back.

"WAKE UP!!" I screamed causing everyone to jump out of bed. By everyone I mean Aihisa and Naomi not sure about the boys.

"Gosh woman don't deaf me or I will make sure the plants devour you from lunch" Naomi threatened playfully. I laughed at her. Way to show the love.

"Classes start at seven sharp don't be late!" Aisha said ready already. Wow she moves fast.

"I'm done soo..I'll be going. Uh Catherine you coming" she asked. I nodded finishing my last pancake.

"First stop the lockers then to your first class hopefully it's with me...all magic and stuff trust me if it's with me I wouldn't want to be you miss Basksun is horrible" she joked patting me back.

"I hope your wrong" I said as we were in front of the school building. We stepped am and we're greeted by  a guys flying straight for us.

I waited for the impact but which never came instead I was floating above the ground with Aihisa's hand waving around glowing. That's so cool!

"I am so sorry" the guys said now flying over to me. He held me by my waist then landed with me still in his arms.

"Uh...here you go..I'm Anthony by the way an..angel" he introduced him self once we were both on the ground.

I smiled at him "Catherine but you can call me Cathy..I'm a mermaid" I introduced myself confused for some unknown reason.

"Come on Catherine here's your locker your schedule should be in there hurry up" Aihisa said pointing to a hot pink locker.

"How am I supposed to-" I was cut off by the locker saying "genetic scan...mermaid confirmed....mixed, hybrid..other half unknown recommend mixed classes".

"Your a hybrid too..why didn't you tell me?" Aihisa squealed jumping up and down. I was really confused now I'm a hybrid what's my other half?

"Here is your new schedule and all the books needed for the first two subjects of the day return after lunch" the robotic voice from the locker said then a text book that said : Magics guide to life and my schedule appeared in my hands.

"Uh thanks" was all I said before leaving to go with Aihisa.

"You have the first class by your self but don't worry we have the the whole lunch till after school together" Aihisa said smiling. I realized that's all she does.

"Okay so water works is by the lake but don't worry that's when I have Nature trail so I can walk you" she offered. I gladly accepted not wanting to go alone.

"This way" she said pushing two large wooden doors open leading to the garden.

"So Catherine can I call you Cat " she asked if nodded "I was wondering why you have a dimed aura around you like your heart is good but there's something evil surrounding it?" she asked.

"What do you mean" I asked her confused even more. What is she talking about. Evil surrounding it?

" I mean since I'm a elf I can tell if your good or evil well sometimes but I'm still working on it" she said sounding confused.

"I don't know...I don't even know why I'm here...there's this..feeling inside like somethings trying to get out but me heart says don't let it and it confuses me" I told her truthfully.

"Oh well..Okay anyway what do you think you are?" she asked. I shrugged still confused.

"I don't know but all I know is that it's just who I am and I can't change that fact" I said as we neared the lake. She nodded then said good bye before skipping of the group of people near the medical wing of the school.

I walked over to the lake where all the other students waited for the teacher. Well at least I'm early. I took a seat on a large rock the closest to the lake there where military rocks all covered with moss used as seats.

Suddenly the water started swirling around in the center of the lake it came together forming what looked like a human being but instead it formed a beautiful lady with long hair made of the very you water it self she had only leaves covering her important stuff but other than that she was breath taking.

"Hello students...welcome to Supernatural Academy I'm Miss Assane I'm your teacher for this year. Oh and I'm a water nymph" she introduced herself now walking on water.

"Soon you will be able to bend water to do your bidding turn yourself into water as a matter of fact but first we must know what is water" she started forming a small rose out of water.

"This is water a transparent liquid found everywhere it is tasteless, odorless almost colorless but with a tiny hint of bule" she explained allowing the water to circle around us.

"Now that that's through let's see what you've got" she said dropping the water on a guy that had blue hair and brown eyes he instantly turned into a mermaid well merman.

"Okay now class watch as your classmate dries himself off" she instructed. We all looked at the guy who was indeed moving the water away from his tail. Once he was finished the teacher turned to me waiting.

"Uh...me?" I asked not wanting to go. "Yes sweetie now go let's see how well you have control over our element water" she told me now pushing me towards the lake.

"I...uh..I can't" I told her giving up already I really didn't want to embarrass myself infront of everyone.

"Go on sweetie don't be afraid we won't laugh just focus on the water and you'll be fine" she encourage me.

"But what if-" I was cut off by someone shouting "Watch out!!!" I looked to see a fire ball heading straight for my face again. I quickly used the water from the lake to doge the fire ball which now split into two. Okay I gathered more water from the lake now moving my hands in rhythm.

Soon I used up all the water from the lake as a shield around the class as it was raining fire literally. I moved both hands in a circular motion walking over to the now dry lake bed. Once the fire stopped my energy was drained and all the water dropped on top off me. Really?

"I'm*cough* okay" I said resurfacing the whole class looked at me with wide eyes. Did I do something wrong?

"Okay sweetie your okay..I thought we lost you for a moment but that was remarkable a instant A in my book..darling please sit down we don't want you getting hurt like that again" she said helping me out of the water then gasped at me golden tail.

"It's you" she said now drying my tail I was confused once more.

"We need to-" she was cut off by the bell. Phew saved by the bell.

"Uh...see you next week" was all she said before disappearing. Weird?

Well its time for swimming and it seems I'm special but I don't want to be. Hmm...Wait Aihisa said she had nature trail then Wood works..the craft station is right beside the medical wing which is right there so maybe I can catch her then go to class.

I ran towards the medical wing praying she was near by. My prayers where answered when I saw her skipping to class with wings? Wait wings? Oh yeah she's a fariy.

"Oh hey Cat what's up?" She asked me coming to a halt. I took this time to look at her glorious wings the were a florescent shade of blue moving into green then pink as we neared the edges there was a black outline with white highlights.

"I need a favor" I told her she nodded waiting for me to continue "I need something to change my tail color?" I asked her hoping she actually does.

"No I'm sorry but don't worry your new I doubt they'll let you play" she said flying away. Well I hope she's right.

"I hate swimming my feet hurt" I complained walking into the cafeteria with Naomi she laughed at me.

"It's not as bad as training which we have after my wood works so yeah its pretty bad but don't worry luckily for us the whole dorm is in our session so it's a win win" she said after picking up her sandwich.

I bought two pizzas and a soda then went to sit with the others.

"Did you here the king of Alphas and the King of the Angels are coming next week they said the king of Alphas is visiting his sister" Aihisa squealed jumping up and down.

"Guys check this out:
At a local blood donation in Riverside there have been reports of the Blood going missing. Upon further investigation it was discovered that the blood was supposedly stolen by vampires which are now held captive by the police" Andrew read from his phone.

"Wait they found out no doubt they'll realize something is up. Who did they catch?" Kaden asked putting down his hood.

"The two dumbest persons ever Ryan and Dickson" Andrew said shocked.

"Whats so bad if they know about us?" I asked them eating a peice of my pizza.

"If they find out like last time...they'll come look for us the same thing happened ten years ago they found us then kidnapped us then did experiments on us thinking we were freaks that's why we come here to learn there customs then when we graduate we can either stay or go to the human world" Andrew explained.

"Catherine we need to talk like now" Jason said pulling me away from the others.

"What is it can't you see I'm taking " I complained.

"Your brother is coming and you have a fund raising concert this afternoon right after school so don't be late" he told me.

"Wait my brother is coming?" I asked him shocked Cameron is coming.

"Yes he is he's supposed to be here tomorrow he's looking for you ad the whole school knows it" he said.

"They know it's me?" I asked him a little scared.

"No but they know he's here for his sister oh and the Angel king is coming Thrusday so remember anyway we can go back now" he said pulling back to the others.

"What happened to you two?" Naomi asked curiously .

"Uh...my brother is coming" I said technically it wasn't a lie.

All of a sudden the whole cafeteria went silent with only the click of someone's heels echoing through the air. I looked to see a girl with fake blonde hair, brown eyes with fake boobs.  She was wearing something reveling just a crop top that stopped right below her bra strap, a pair of booty shorts and five inch heels.

"And here I thought we could escape fake barbies " I muttered under my breath. Jason and Aihisa laughed at me. Why? Oh they could hear me. I felt my cheeks grow warm.

"What are you?" the slut asked. I looked at her then forced a smile.

"I'm Catherine a mermaid hybrid" I told her still smiling I so felt like to punch her she's so rude.

"Who are you " she asked Naomi who replied "I'm Naomi a earth elemental".

"How is a mermaid with the elementals" she sneered. I was now confused.

"We're not elementals " Jason said standing up.

"Thank what are you?" The sluts asked. Okay now your just rude.

"I'm a werewolf,  Aihisa's a fariy and elf, Kaden is a ghost and Andrew is an angel" Jason replied folding his arms.

"You all can't be in one group...fairies with fairies and so forth we aren't supposed to be mixed" she said.

"Well we are dealing with it" I replied finishing my pizza.

"What did you say?" She asked her eyes now black.

"I said well we are deal with it " I repeated for her this time slower.

"Who do you think you are?" she asked her eyes now pitch black and her hair static.

"I'm Catherine Johnson nice to meet you" I spat at her challenging her.

"Uh Catherine I think you should step down" Kaden advised.

"Yeah listen to your boyfriend you ugly bitch" the slut spat.

I shot my head in her direction so fast it was a miracle I didn't get whiplash. Who does she think she is the Queen.

"Look here you whore I'm not a bitch unlike you" I spat in her face then walked out side. Not knowing she followed.
