Catherine POV

"Really Catherine. Anywho we have everyone so we better start moving. The map sent us here. To Deadman Valley" Brooke said looking down at the ground. She was wearing those sneakers. So that's what they do.

"Everyone has a partner right? Luckily when we went to the Enchanted forest Kyle was already there so it was like three birds with on stone" Raven told us holding on to Kaden.

Andrew held Naomi, Aihisa and a girl I do not know, Kaden and Raven, Alice and Brooke. Lastly there was Kyle and well me. I now know why we shouldn't touch the ground.

"What do we do now?" Naomi asked tightening her grip on Andrew.

"We follow the map. It's says we need to cross Deadman Valley but we can't like this. Everyone needs to be able to fly on there own. And no matter what you do not touch the ground"

"And how do we do that?" The mystery girl asked.

"Good question Krystal. How do we do that?" Aihisa asked.

"We need a royal, angel and or fairy" I don't like where this is going.

"Cat your the royal I need you to repeat these words then Naomi, Kyle, Krystal and I will form a circle. With you in the middle then Aihisa and Andrew with step in" Raven instructed. Once they formed a circle they were floating. I flew to the Centre feeling nervous.

"Repeat after me. I Catherine Johnson give me blessing to these four souls. Grant them passage through the Valley Of the Dead" I repeated after her but when I said it it was different.

They were absorbed by a bright light. Once the light disappered I gasped. Krystal and Raven had fairy wings while Kyle and Naomi had Angelwings (my username).

"Cool!" Aihisa cheered along with Brooke. Good to know there still normal.

"Yeah cool. Let's get a move on. There are some creatures here that aren't exactly friendly. If we keep moving we might not see them" as the words left her lips a battle cry was sounded. Fudge!

Some kind of bat mutant thing started flying towards us. It kept multiplying until they were hundreds of them. Well shoot!

"Run. Remember don't touch the ground!" I flew directly upwards with Kyle following close behind. What do I do? Powers....yeah powers. I stopped in mid air. Focus. Perfect! I felt power rush through my vains. My skin melted away, my hair turned into pure light. Did I mention I was naked.

"Cat your....naked?!" Ignoring Kyle's comment I focused all my energy. I was just about to fire until I heard those voices.

'Do you wish to destroy this creature?' The female voice asked.

'Yes I wish to destroy this creature' the male voice interrupted me.

'Why?'

'To save my friends and help stop the war. I need to help them. Two of them are my subjects and you know this' there was silence until the female spoke up.

'Seconded. Pheoh?'

'I don't like it but I must remain loyal to the royal court. I approve of this motion'

"Motion carried. Destruction of creature engaged!" That familiar feeling of power came over me. A blast of light shot from my hand shocking everyone. The creatue exploded causing blood to splatter everywhere.

"Holy shit Catherine what the fuck did you do?!" Once again I ignored Kyle. The creatues all turned to me with angry expressions.

'Princess I wish to destroy these beast by terms of burial. We will not be harmed once you are in this form. Do you wish to carry out this motion?' The female voice asked. I felt someone take over my body. I was being stared downwards.

'Seconded Nefera. Catherine?' I sighed. If they thought this was okay who am I to judge.

"Motion carried" as the words left my lips I hit the ground with the creatures following close behind. I felt the earth around me expand until it formed a large ditch. The creatues piled in dying once the touch the ground. I flew out last minute just under time for the ditch to collapse. A few of the creatues flew out but Naomi stopped them. Using her powers she crushed them with two large blobs of earth.

And it's gone. My power just went way like it was never there. Before I could fall I flew upwards not liking the fact that I was that close to the ground.

"You okay, I thought you died when you started saying stuff like Motion carried and engaged" Aihisa said shaking me.

"Oh that. That always happens when she's in that form. You get used to it"

"Don't ever scare my like that again babe" Kyle pleaded stroking my cheek.

"I'll try okay"

"That's good enough for me" he smiled.

"Okay lovebirds let's hurry up. We're almost at the end"

"We're here" Raven breathed dropping herself onto the lush green grass. Just a few inches more and she would have died. We were at the very edge of Deadman Valley.

"You said it we were almost there. But no! My wings are killing me" I said angrily throwing my self onto the ground. Kyle followed landing right beside me. As he touched the ground his wings disappered. I frowned.

"I kinda liked you better with wings" he rolled his eyes streching.

"My back is killing me and the sun is about to set. Let's camp here. Alice and Naomi you guys have the tents. Cat and Brooke you already have your own tents" Oh. I glanced at my backpack that was now thrown over my shoulder so I could grow my wings.

"Oh here it is" Brooke cheered taking out a small shell. She lightly pressed something on it then it enlarged itself turing into a tent. But it was different. It had seaweed as the walls and coral was what held it down. Is that how mine will look?

"Is beautiful isn't it? It can hold two people" she said jumping up and down. So much enthusiasm.

"Yeah. Now there are four tents in all one person will have to keep watch. So if two people can hold in one tent-"

"Someone will have to sleep outside" I frowned.

"Not necessarily. Naomi and Aihisa could build a tent. So no one will have to sleep out. After that we'll start on the food. I don't know what type of magic you use to start a fire but we need on. Brooke and I will get some fresh water. Kyle and Raven your good at hunting right?" My mate nodded proudly.

"Good. Any complaints?" Everyone shook there heads.

"Okay. All those who will stay here start on the shelter. I have a strong feeling it's going to rain"
