Catherine POV

Flashback

"It's okay little Catherine it's okay" a beautiful young woman in a robe cooed to a baby. That's me!

"Avon please. Let her stay with me no harm will come to her" the lady pleaded wih the king. He shook his head taking the crying bady.

"I'm sorry Maria but it has to be done. For the future of both our kingdoms" She's a queen then why is she in a robe?

"You must go! You can not stay on land this long your kingdom needs you" she sobbed as he comforted her.

"I'm sorry my love but this has to be done" she nodded kissing the baby's forehead.

"Good bye Catherine may my blessing be with you" she said. She then turned and walked to the edge of the cliff it looks just like the one in my dream the same one I keep having over and over again.

"Good bye my daughter"  the king said kissing my forehead. He then grew his wings and flew into a portal which lead to my father house. He then placed me down and knocked the door

I'm his daughter. How can this be. I'm royalty both parents are royals. I'm a princess. He's my father. My mother is a queen.

"Catherine or should I saw Cj that was a wonderful performance" he king said walking closer.

"You've grown so much" I didn't say anything I was just shocked.

"Dad" I breathed looking into his eyes.

"Sweetie" I hugged him like I had never hugged anyone before in my life.

"And who is this young man?"

"I'm Kyle Thompson also known as KT her boyfriend" my father eyed him then smiled.

"Good to know my daughter choose someone like you third Kyler" Wait he's third in command. What!

"Okay first dad his name is Kyle second how come you didn't tell me your a third?" I asked suspiciously.

"You never asked" he replied. I slapped his shoulder hard.

"Oww! Your hand is hard" he whined rubbing his shoulder.

"Why didn't you tell me"

"You two can discuss that later right now I need to have a word with my daughter"

"Catherine!" Aihisa screamed seeing me walk through the door. I smiled at her.

"Hey!" I greeted.

"You missed classes today. Darn your lucky" I laughed not that lucky.

"Did you hear what happened. The demon king is free and if out there. They've advised we stay home" Kaden said appearing out of no where.

"What! No I refuse to I want to stay here with you guys"

"I would too but it's out of our hands. They'll tell us when to leave right now we pack" he said then disappered.

"This is horrible I'm finally starting to get somewhere buy it's gone now" I mumbled to my self.

"Look at it this way they haven't called it out yet and classes are tomorrow we have time" I shook my head.

"The king is going to leave and again I have to perform but this time infront of the whole school" her eyes held realization.

"Oh yeah. Well hurry up I want to see you and KT perform before we leave"

"Catherine wake up" I groaned.

"More sleep" 

"No can do you slept through lunch time it's time for magic logics were going into the lab today"

"Fine I'm coming" I dragged my self out of bed then went to fresh up. Fixing my hair and brushing my teeth I picked up my book bag and headed to class. By time we got there we were two minutes early just in time for the teacher to step in.

"Good Morning students. As you know today we are doing potions. Each is different ad requires a certain amount of magic to prepare" I groaned.

"The most common ingredient is toad heart and -" she was cut of my the headmaster voice.

"Attention all students. We're sorry to interrupt your class sessions but the king would like to say something very important. Please stop what you are doing this information is crucial and you must follow his instructions carefully" Why would my father want to say something?

"I'm sorry to say this but the supernatural world is at the brink of war against the demons and shadow creatues. We urge students to stay on school property at all times. The classes will be rescheduled to suit the upcoming war"

"Training, Hunting, Wood works, Shadow travel, Art of flying, Swimming and Knowing the elements will now be our main focus. Weapon design and Master Building are new classes certain species will take up. Classes for the rest of the day are cancelled. If you have any of the classes stated above please report to the immediately if not report to your dorms. Thank you"

A war. Against the demons. What happens to all the ghost, demons and shadow creatues who attend the school? Will they be sent home? And new classes this war is so unexpected. It's been only three weeks since I've been introduced to the whole supernatural thing and there's already a war.
