Chapter 64
''What makes my little girl this worried?'' Ananya pulled her daughter's cheek who sat thoughtful on the terrace of the Palace. Rolli curled her lip going back to being 3 year old.
''Mom, whatever is done till date is not enough. Suryagarh still is a dead place. I don't know where to start.''
Ananya moved her fingers through her daughter's hair. Her little talkative bundle had grownup into a strong young female. Smiling she replied, ''You will know because you have decided to start.'' Rolli smiled. ''How did you start?''
''What?''
''Being Ananya Ranvijay Rathore.''
Ananya smiled. ''All I wanted was to be with him , but situations turned me into Mrs Ranvijay Rathore. You will learn too.'' Rolli studied her mother, the Queen of Jaigarh. A normal girl who changed into a strong woman. ''How did you do it mom?''
Ananya playfully pulled her cheek. ''The day you were born, I decided that you wouldn't live in shackles like Raksha and Dipika. You will be a whole in your own. You wouldn't need anyone to help you, stand by you. Instead, the one you stand by will be confident of his or her win. So, stop thinking and make up your mind. Dev needs you.''
Rolli sat silent, not sure how to ask the next question.''Out with it.''
''Mom, I know you agreed but have you forgiven him.''
''Rolli, Ranvijay is my life. I live for him but you are our world. The proof of our love. I would do all to make you happy.''
''You have not forgiven him.''
''Dev has proved his love for you and that he is sorry. I know he was misled but he shot my Ranvijay. I am not able to forget that. Someday, may be I can forgive him completely.''
''Mom, he is really sorry.''
''I know and I am trying.
''Why did you agree then, for this wedding. Yes, I want to marry him but when everyone is happy.''
''Your father can do anything for you, and I can do anything for any of you. Just give me sometime. That one incident shook my world and it takes time for a shaken world to settle down.'' Rolli nodded understanding her mother's point of you.

''Sorry!'' Vikram held his ears trying to pacify his puffed up wife. When they found Jasmine, she was unrecognizable. Sona had painted Jasmine in the most horrendous way so that she never forgets that physical beauty is perishable .
Sona stood facing him , her brows furrowed. ''What are you apologizing for?''
''For being aware and not telling you about her intentions.'' Sona smiled, the typical Rathore. He would never say sorry for something he hasn't done even if it meant pacifying her. She pulled his hands of his ears. ''She got her lesson. I am sure, she will call all men her brothers after this.'' He threw is head back and laughed. His cute Sona looked adorable with a mountain size anger.
Sona watched her husband, no wonder Jasmine went gaga over him. Vikram looked dashing and the roughness added to his appeal. She caressed his cheek softly. ''How did you get this scar?''
''Long time back. Vansh was a sweet boy, he never troubled anyone nor he flashed his loyalty. Some boys kept troubling him for long but this guy never told us. It was one afternoon when I found my baby brother bruised, and I decided to teach his tormentors a lesson.''
She moved her finger over the scar. ''This must have been deep back then.''
''It was and after getting me treated, mom made sure that I was punished for being a rowdy.'' Sona cupped his cheek, pulled his face down and placed a deep peck on his scar. Vikram smiled pulling her closer. ''Finally, my little Sonakshi is talking to me.''
"If I am that little, I guess you should still be sleeping on couch. Little girls should stay away from bad boys.'' He blinked as she smiled.
''You becoming too smart.'' He tickled Sona as she begged him to stop. Vikram pecked her lips watching her with adoration. ''What's going on in your head Sona?''
''I wonder if I will be anywhere close to Badi ma or mom.''
''Don't worry about that, they will make sure you do. You will not even know and you will gradually become them.'' Sona lay thoughtful reassessing situation and then smiled. ''What?''
''Amba, she cooked a story about Jasmine and you so brilliantly that I just couldn't hold my anger. Now, when I reassess her words, it so clear she was being asked to do it.''
''Has to be A. She will not let anything wrong touch this family.'' Sona pushed Vikram on the bed, adjusting her form over his shoulder. ''I am glad she did, it was fun teaching that wicked woman a lesson. '' She found him staring at her. ''What?''
''I really love you!''
''Why this confession?''
''I am going to confess whenever I feel like, do you have a problem.'' She shook her head rubbing her nose against his. ''Why not show me.'' and he did

''Dhananjay, media is here. You need to do as I just said.'' Dhananjay Raghuvanshi sat lost in his thoughts. Past flashed as if taunting for not being man enough, his dying brother and the promise he gave to her about always loving his daughter Leela, but he couldn't.
Dhananjay couldn't hurt his father then but now in this moment, that decision seemed wrong. Dhananjay made his way to the room where is proud father had arranged the media conference. The moment he entered the room, questions were thrown at him from every angle. Dhananjay was aware his answer would affect his father's political ambition but he was going to do the right thing. Shutting his eyes once he declared. ''Leela Raguvanshi is my niece, and daughter of my deceased brother Ajay. I along with my wife are legal guardian of Leela.''
''Why was it a secret?''
''To save her from all this when she was a kid. Now, she is capable enough to handle all.'' He ended the conference walking out.
''What the hell Dhanajay?'' Jayant roared
''Dad, I think its time you retire. You have had your share, its time I have mine. Leela is a Raghuvanshi, the sooner you accept this the better.'' Dhananjay gave his smiling wife a nod. ''Get her moved into Urvi's room, her rightful place.''
Leela covered her face with palms irritated with the way conference went.'' You should be happy.''
''Happy Urvi? After this I cannot leave this place, I am all over. Don't mind but this family really hates me.
''I don't. I love you.'' Urvi whispered. Leela felt trapped, she just wanted to go away from the once who disowned her parents but now it was difficult. She was a Raghuvanshi and will be followed
''Sit down Leela!'' Nandini commanded a very agitated Leela. She had been on her toes since the news. ''I can't , I just want to go before all this gets ugly.''
''Let it then.'' Nandini replied uncaring. Urvi watched from one to other not sure if she should speak. Her phone went off for the nth time. Since the news went live, Advay has been calling her non-stop. Urvi's eyes met that of Leela and she disconnected.
''Leela, all this is yours and you are not leaving it, and this is an order.'' Nandini stepped out and Urvi's phone started again. ''I know why you are not answering the phone. You fear Advay will leave now.''
Urvi smiled, ''I met him few months back and I know you for life, I will chose you.'' Leela hugged her sister. ''He wouldn't do that, Advay Ranawat loves you.'' There trance was broken by Nandini's voice. ''You have been seeing Advya! How could you after what he did?''
The girls froze. ''The silence speaks all. You both are grounded.'' Leela tried reason but Urvi held her hand. ''Later, for now just leave it.''
''But answer his phone.''
''I will. Later.''

''Urvi please answer my phone, I am worried.'' Advay had been on his toes. Since the news , he just wanted to hear her voice. It was a strange day for the family and he wanted to be with her. In his worry, he failed to notice Raksha who had gone mad realizing that her son was going around with Urvashi Rahuvanshi.
'' How long has this been going on?''
Advya stood with his back to his mother, taking a deep breath he turned and stood facing her. ''Since the day I met her.''
''This is just sympathy you have for. The day realty ll these feelings will be gone and you will be left with regret.''
Advya stared at his mother. ''How do you know what I feel and how can you conclude what our future can be?''
Advay had his eyes locked with his mother. Never in his life he had raised his voice or defied her but today, Raksha felt losing her son. ''Here this out loud and clear, there is no you and her. I won't let my son marry a handi...''
''MOM!'' Raksha turned silent as Advay voice came out strong. ''She is not handicapped, she is complete and there will us, I promise you that.'' Picking his phone he walked out. He had speak to Urvi at any cost, hearing her voice meant more than anything for him at that moment.
Raksha stood frozen where her son walked out on her, her heart blaming Adi for bringing Urvi is Advay's life. In her anger she forgot that she was going on same path as her mother in law, but her son wasn't Adi.

''This menu will be nice, we should not forget what Dev Sir's adoptive family means to him.'' Chitra placed the menu on the table as the Rathore family sat discussing the upcoming wedding. Ranvijay had consulted the chefs of his hotel and then gave the job to Chitra. He had seen her desire to work in the hotel industry and he made sure that she got that exposure.
Vansh sat staring at Chitra, his lips stretched into a big smile. ''Close your mouth.'' Rolli nudged him.
''She looks so cute.''
''And you look like an idiot. Please Vansh, you are spoiling my plan.'' Rolli whispered. He gave her a long pained look as she rolled her eyes. Vansh watched as Ranvijay made suggestions and Chitra nodded her head adding few points to it. She looked up and found him staring. Blushing she tucked the strand behind her ear as Vansh took a released the air in his lungs.
The Rathore family watched the exchange moving there head from Vansh to CHitra and back, as the young couple stole loving glances. ''Are you two done.''
Ranvijay asked as they looked all around embarrassed. ''Vikram-Sona, are you done with the guest list.'' Vansh rubbed his forehead and Chitra took her leave, dashing around with the furniture and walls.
''What's wrong Vansh, do you have a headache?'' Ranvijay asked tongue in cheek as his son sat his face in his palm.
''No I am good.'' Vansh replied as he could hear his family trying to hide their laughter.
''Vansh, you and Vikram will perform the first ritual in next 10 days. This is my daughter's wedding and I want it to be grand.'' The brothers nodded .

''Where are you lost Ananaya?'' Ranvijay took a seat next to is wife. She smiled at him. ''You called me Ananya, the thought of your daughter leaving you is taking toll on you my king.''
''It is. My girl grew up too fast.''
''Yes, she did.'' The whisper that came from Ananya gave away her heart. Ranvijay wrapped an arm around her pulling her to his chest. ''We knew of it , all parents know. She is lucky to have Dev who loves her the way I love you. ''
''Yes, and in end it would be just you and me.'' She completed
''Just you and me, as always my Anu.'' The couple stood watching the night lights through the porch of there suite , there mind living the moments they had with their beloved daughter Aahana Rathore.
