T.W. Patton has a bad day, so sad papa bean.

Patton wasn't having a good day, it wasn't anything particular, just a bad day. He got them quite often when Roman wasn't around, he didn't really know why, but whenever his zealous boyfriend wasn't around, he always fell into a slump.

Today, however, was different. Roman was around, but he couldn't seem to crack a smile, not even when Roman made a joke, or smiled one of his dazzling smiles. Patton just didn't feel it.

He sighed and lay back on his bed, hands covering his face, trying to get rid of the slump he found himself in.

"Puppy?" A knock at the door pulled him from his half out of it state, and he sighed, waving his hand so the door unlocked.

His boyfriend sat on the edge of the bed, smiling sadly at him. Patton knee he was being unfair, and he should really talk to Roman, to show him he trusted him, but he couldn't bring himself to say anything.

He heard Roman sigh, and he felt his stomach clench, knowing how much he had the capability to upset his boyfriend.

"Sorry." Patton mumbled, jumping slightly at the hand resting atop his own. "It's not you."

"Puppy, what's going on?"

Patton sighed shakily and moved his hand away from his face, allowing him to see Roman.

"I don't know." He managed out, voice barely exceeding a whisper. "Just out of it, I guess."

Roman smiled softly, and lay next to him, pulling him close, allowing him to feel his boyfriend's presence.

"Sun?" Patton mumbled, looking up at Roman with half lidded eyes.

"Yes, my love?"

"I'm sorry."

"You have no need to apologise, you are entitled to bad days."

"Please just don't leave me, and always smile. Your smile makes me happy."

Patton smiled up at his boyfriend, and for the first time that day, he felt truly happy, and like nothing could touch him or make him feel bad.
